I went to a different auto shop on Boulder Highway, they were swamped so they sent me here. Its not the flashiest place, but they gave great customer service. Theres a Panda Express right around the corner so my family and I had a delicious meal and our car was ready by the time we were done. Im giving 4 stars because they have yet to steer me wrong! Pun intended! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Top notch. went to fire stone said i would need a new trans told them i would get back to them. went to aamco did not tell them anything about fire stone. they took my car in and came back out in about 5 min, waiting to you need a trans. the manger came out and talked to me and tooled me i had a cut wire going to the trans gave me my keys and said have a nice day. this is my new auto shop. great people and im telling all my friends.

If you having trouble with your transmission or your brakes or air conditioning and AAMCO is one of the best places to take your vehicle to be repaired.

This place went above and beyond for me. I had my truck here for two months because an AAMCO in Manassas didnt want to send the part to them under warranty. ( i was working in Manassas, VA but live in Vegas which is why my truck was getting fix in Vegas) Anyways, anytime I called Mark to check the status he was patient with me and told me everything he knew in regards to the status of the part. Finally i had to get ahold of corporate and he dealt with that too. When they finally sent the part out he was the one who told me from where it was coming from and when it would be here(the other place didnt want to give me that information). I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a honest, reliable mechanic.

One thing I hate is a lying mechanic. If you messed up the job just fess up and tell the truth. They charged me for a catalyst converter. The check engine light comes back on and now spark plugs. Hold on the best part is another shop tells me the catalyst converter in my car is old and worn out and needs to be replaced. Hold up I just paid $700 A month ago for a new one. What a shady place, see you guys in Court. I hate liars and today you met your match.

Would never go to this place again! This establishment is a joke. Slow slow slow service. I will never take my vehicle to this particular Aamco again. It took this place four days to replace a broken air conditioning system hose. Thats just crazy. Im good on Aamco. I wouldnt let them work on a razor scooter or skate board for me!!! Can I give them no stars? They give the Aamco franchise a bad name.

Wow.. such a crooked place.. full of liers and disrespectful people... Mark actually told me that my engine mounts came up on the diagnostic lol.. he did not do anything we agreed on and just had my car sitting there in the back collecting dust.... when I got it back 2 days ago, my rear windows do not roll down anymore, and side mirrors no longer tilt... straight fake people...

I am a 45 year resident of Las Vegas and for almost 36 years I was a loyal customer of Homer Powells 10th Street Automotive. Homer retired and his son and master mechanic, Ron was stricken with parkinsons and had to also retire. They had a top notch automotive repair facility since the 1960s. As good as we were friends through the years, they refused to suggest a shop, as they obviously had class and didnt want any of their long time friends/customers to consider them as anything but. I must tell you that I just inadvertently happened on Aamco and couldnt be happier. The owner, Ray did a small job for me a couple of years back and I knew I found a automotive shop I would call home. There is no better shop in the Las Vegas valley for honest, reliable, knowledgeable, work at a fair and reasonable price than Aamco at 5710 Boulder Hwy, period!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk to Mark, the mgr. and youll find out that you are in good hands.

Terrible rude people put a dent in my car and said I brung it in like that and said they had pics but never showed me when I asked to see terrible service quotes me $2500 I go to another shop for $800 They talk real nice and smooth on the phone but its just a front they dont care about you Im never going there again and hope u take my advice

I went here for a routine transmission service because my engine was slipping they told me they checked my cars pan and filter but saw that there was nothing wrong and i needed my transmission rebuilt which would run me about 1800 dollars when I took my car somewhere else they actually did drop the pan and told me the fluid was darker brown and even showed it to me and informed me i was past due for a change these guys didnt even touch my car and completely lied to me I think its because I brought a competitors coupons and asked if they would honor it which would lower the price by $40 and i had them drive me to work so I wasnt able to stay and see them actually look at my car I dont recommend taking your vehicle to these people they were classic shysters wasted my time and cause me to worry unnecessarily about something being wrong with my transmission
