Ripped me off! I took my car in because the thermostast housing needed to be resealed. Apparently the mechanic broke the throttle body inlet pipe while taking the housing off. I was charged $160 for the replacement part.$420 total to reseal my thermostat housing and replace the part they broke. AND the part I was charged $160 for I didnt even get installed on the car! They literally replaced the inlet pipe with 2 different size coolant hoses attached by a hose clamp and charged me $160 for that part, not even including labor. They certainly didnt expect me to even notice but I did, too bad I cant prove how they are scam artists.The check engine light came on for my catalytic converter the day after i got my car back, when I never had that happen before, and I still have a small coolant leak. This was a huge waste of money and I was lied to and ripped off. I will never recommend this place and I tell everyone to stay away!

So after hunting down an engine for my truck, I was able to find one! I took it to him to get it checked out and asked if it was a good motor to rebuild! He said yes and recommend me to one of his connections. Taken his advice since I’ve gotten service from them before, so I did. He quoted me a certain price and I was okay with it! His boy then took longer then expected and finally got it done. Get my truck to there auto shop and was told it’ll be done in a few days! Almost two weeks later, buying parts for the truck which I appreciate it Bc it would have been cheaper. Was upset that my vehicle had oil from another car all over my hood, my window and roof! Was upset that they told me my battery wasn’t working when in reality I bought a new one! They installed it and didn’t even tell me that the alternator was bad! Made me get a different battery again! Took it off and got it tested and now was told my carburetor was bad! Had I not checked my alternator, the bold literally came off with little to no effort. All of this I had to call and find out my self! Was always told they’ll call and call but nothing! Little things go along way! And for the price and time I should of gone with my gut and took it with another shop that included parts and labor and firm price! Sucks that you’ve trusted someone but didn’t get that service! Still waiting on parts so I’ll update as soon as it’s running and going! Just careful with them up pricing you and time! Noel was great overall with all of this!

Old bait and switch, had coupon for synthetic oil change, even called to confirm if valid. First thing they have sign saying ask how to get free oil change next visit. Only have to post a Yelp review while there. I needed to download app, but worker couldn’t remember password so I couldn’t get free oil change. Of course mechanic soon told me small words on coupon said it only worked for certain cars, my car was not eligible for coupon, of course!!!!worse part while sitting in lobby I saw something crawling on my sleeve, I threw it off looked like small roach, ugh!!

I’d give 6 stars!!! Raul did me right. He was honest about my A/C “issue”. I brought my car to these guys to get my A/C tested/repaired. They told me nothing was wrong AND waived the diagnostic fee! What other shop would do that!? NONE!!! I’m going back for anything my car needs.

They advertise $9.99 oil change, then they say the oil filter is a canister type, which shouldnt matter because the oil filter cost the same, changing the oil filter is actually even easier. People feel scammed because this shop advertises $9.99 and customer ends up paying $30, do yourself a favor and just charge $30 from the start, people wont feel cheated. If it costs $30, charge $30, no problem. I would just do my own oil next time and wont come again.

Put my car there for 3 months and did not do any works and lied about it. Took my car there, spent 1500.00 on repairs and when i got it back it was making a noise it never made before , so when i brought it back they informed me i needed something else repaired. I feel like i got scammed.

Front desk had me wait over 30 min extra after the mechanic gave them back my keys because they didn’t realize they were mine. Didn’t even bother calling out my name, had to go ask them myself to give them back. Mechanic was really nice and informative though!

I went to get my ac fixed. I pointed out to the mechanic that something he did during the diagnostic made my AC compressor stop working. He then slammed my hood and said thats it Im done I deny you service obviously I got upset and the mechanic then said welcome to America which made no sense whatsoever, he said that because I am a Hispanic man and he assumed I was from Mexico. And then they tried to charge me for absolutely nothing. I will never be coming back to this place and I hope they get shut down for their poor business management.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a antifreeze leak.I have been driving my car for the past 3 months with zero problems. I bring my car in and they ask me to come look at the car and they say my coolant is empty and they would fill it up. I drive home and park my car only to see loads of antifreeze spilling from my car. They didnt even reset my oil gauge. I went back and they wont hold themselves accountable. They said 750 for new radiator and I told them its a 300 job, they dropped the price to 475. My car only made it 2 miles before the over heat light came on. All from a simple OIL CHANGE. I also have video of everything that better explains the situation. I dont know the mechanic filling my car with water, the main guy kept asking me not to take pictures and he is controlling the water on/off squatting. He said to bring it.

Worst auto repair company in vegas......took my range rover to this shop due to long waiting periods at land rover dealership......I got my water pump replaced....now my car is worse than I brought it. My coolant light come back on in less than 2 hours leaving the shop....so I return back the next day and now making me wait for a job that was not complete......the guy Charles that helped me out all of sudden last day was yesterday.......so the workers are upset and arguing with each other......being unprofessional....I will never or recommends no one go to this unprofessional shop.....I spent 800 dollars on service here but this review is worth my 800 dollars.

THANK THE LORD!! John took care of me!!! I had to drive to see my grandparents this weekend and I came to get an oil change and found out my car needed a major repair... they were kind and gave me a discount to help with my 6hour drive to make sure I got there safely!! I cried and was so happy to be able to meet John and the tech peter!! We laughed I cried and in the end my car was ready to make my journey to take care of my grandparents!! I can’t thank them enough for what they have done!!

I came here at 11:30 am and it’s now 2:00pm. Nothing was done to my car because they couldn’t find the paperwork. The lady told me it would be a 45 minute wait and ended up being over 2 hours without my car being looked at. The guy called around and was trying to charge me almost 1300 dollars in service I don’t recommend this place at all. Sooo Unprofessional.

Not doing this review for the free oil change, but simply because they deserve all the stars they can get. They were thorough, friendly, and went the extra mile(s)! Literally. They went for a test drive with me when I told them I felt something in my vehicle on a specific onramp. They got in the vehicle and rode with me to experience it themselves to better understand what was wrong with my truck.Even allowed me to go under into the basement to see where the leaks where coming from my undercage and how they were going to fix them. After I had everything fixed the manager asked me to come back 48 hours later to check and make sure the leaks were fixed completely. They offer a AAA membership discount as well which I will definitely be using in the future. Shout out to Raul and John for this great experience.10/10

Thanks for taking good care of me, just needed a smog this time but 9.99? Thats 15 dollars I saved coming here! The smog guy at the gas station charged $25 and failed me and sent me on my way, had attitude too. Purrfect auto practically met me at the door, welcomed me there and got me out the door on less than 10 minutes, they were even about to close but squeezed me in. My daughters just went and got her oil changed and a gasket changed keep in mind she took the gasket with her and they still charged her something that to me is un reasonable and beside that her drivers side window was not working can not put it don’t with the automatic button and we know this because we tried putting it down and it was not working at all so I know for a fact that they forced the window down but they never mentioned that part they thought that she was not going to figure that out and I called them and they never picked up the phone to see how this is going to get fixed because I’m going to have to come out of pocket for this for one it’s not your car and you weren’t going to take it for a long ride why would you mess with it like it was yours

I took my car there because my steering wheel module (I believe is what its called) went out and they also had to program the computer for it I guess I dont have a power steering something lol. So I brought my car in they fixed the problem for about 562! ]=. Then about 6 days later!!!! It went out again! However, when i took the car back it was under warranty and they ordered the part and its fixing it today no additional coins spent! Woot!! I always take all my cars here for repair. The Manager or owner of the garage is A1. keeps my car right points out problems before they happen. I may not fix it right then , but when it goes out in 6 months or 5 months its not a surprise. They are honest.

I went into this shop and bi gosh they actually fixed my car I had went in for a oil change and it was nice of them to inspect the whole car for me and they had informed me that a hose and belt needed to be replaced on top of that I knew that I needed work on my brakes so I had them replaced and at that moment I had asked about any leaks at first I was told that I didnt have any but this one guy whos name I cant remember looked again and noticed that my brake caliper was leaking and he literally fixed it before coming here I had taken my car to reliable on rancho and all they were doing was lying to me I had to keep going back to reliable like 6 times for the same brake caliper and I came here and they fixed the problem the very first time and I really do appreciate them. I would like to give a shout-out to Chewy and the gentleman in the yellow and black checkered jacket whos name is John!!!!

*****BEWARE OF GETTING RIPPED OFF AT THIS LOCATION**** The problem with this shop (I cant speak for all of them) is that there is a new manager eery couple of months. Sometimes you get one that you can work with and sometimes not. Unfortunately since Dexter left this location we have not had a good experience. We came in for an issue and left with 2 major issues that come to find out WERE NEVER WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. On top of it, not only did we almost get charged for replacing 2 major performance parts but 3 of the 6 engine coils were unplugged all of a sudden!!! STRAAAAAANGE* and ridiculous. Much less than perfect auto...Lets just be straight-up this time. I explained I was a single father of 4 and that I was relying on my hard-earned money to finally get my truck on the road (bussing it to daycare and work two times a day is exhausting). So I paid $3,000 for a new motor and so forth. The car didnt pass smog, was shutting off at every stop. I took it back and it stayed in there shop for a week or so. I called back, anyway, my transmission was swapped out as well as other shops. THIS IS A SWAP SHOP. DO NOT bring your car here if you need serious work. I only recommend small things like oil changes, IF THAT. My apologies if any ones feelings get hurt but my children deserve more than this. SHAME ON YOU!!!

My family was there for a memorial service. We had 10 rooms. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much we will return for our family reunion.

Ive 5 years frequent, a loyal customer based on consistent flexibility, good and reliable service. As of recent seems to have new lead mechanic, whom has been rude on my last two encounters and basically said hes hiking prices because its hot. Also, wait time has tremendously increased to ridiculously time frames. You lost a long standing customer. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Walked in to get a smog check. Lady up front saw me walk in, no greet. Waited for someone to acknowledge me to help. 10mins later? mechanic finally spoke up and grabbed the lady’s attention only to tell me the smog guy won’t be back til about an hour. Waste of time. Not coming here again.

We were driving through from Seattle on our way to Phoenix, and our AC compressor went out. We took it to Raul here and he had it fixed in an hour and a half and got us back on the road! He also did it at a lower price than all the other places we got quotes from. 10/10 would recommend!

The manager Thomas and the front desk clerk are really awesome! They really know how to take care of the customers needs. Came in with a few problems on my car came out all fixed and ready to go all for a great affordable price. Thomas even dropped off my car home after the service was done since I live across the street from the shop. Best experience at a shop ever so far no complaints! 101% recommend this place ! And Thomas, we will definitely be bringing you a plate of mole and posole next time when we make it !

Good oil changes but really high prices for everything else they are really trying to charge high prices would definitely not recommend letting them fix your car if you dont want to seriously over pay.Good place cheap oil change specially if you dont have any tools to do it your self or feeling lazy. Doubt the oil is of any quality but for $9.99 can. Get it changed frequently. They will try to add this and that to your bill dont get swindle but good luck if you dont have any car knowledge. Their fixes are expensive in my opinion but I am able to do most things by my self with a little YouTube help.

It was an emergency and closest to me. Their ATM machine varies on giving cash out. They put a tire on with a bubble, maybe thinking I wouldnt notice. They replaced it and its a different tire size than the rest of tires.

Bertha falsified my income on a loan document to get an offer of more money for repairs that I didnt even need on my vechile. When I asked for a copy of the original loan paper I filled out she told me she shredded it. When she got confronted about falsifying the documents, she said oh well you signed them. I told her they were signed under the pretenses that she didnt enter false information. Then YShe became hostile and almost violate about the compliant and being called out about falsifying the documents. She acted if she wanted to do bodily harm to me because she committed fraud. I had other issues with the shop, but Bertha falsifying the information takes the cake over all especially since its against the law for garages to have “deceptive trade practice” if a garageman “fraudulently alters any contract, written estimate of repairs, written statement of charges or other document per Nevada law. I will also be filing a police report against the shop because thats apart of identity theft!!! Bertha pushes these reviews so I hope this one makes her think twice before coming around the counter and getting in a customer face, pointing her finger and yelling because she knows shes guilty of fraud. And I expect my free oil change, even though I will never be returning here and the next time I see them will hopefully be in court for falsifying the loan information and denying me access to a requested document.

Brought in my own part for them to install, and they installed it in the wrong place. Even though I told them numerous times where to install it. Complete waste of my money. And the mechanics are not knowledgeable.

Went to their 1770 E Charlston location for smog and an oil change. They have apparently new management and a new shop manager (Tory?). Passed smog, as I knew it should.However they totally BUNGLED the oil change. If youre familiar with engines, you know theres a nut inside the oil pan that the drain plug screws into. Somehow their tech in the oil pit busted the nut free. I work on cars, my own and a few clients cars. Ive rebuilt a couple. Never busted out an oil pan nut. My partner had his own garage back in NY. He never busted out an oil pan nut.Tory came to me and said the oil pan had to be changed. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $400. I told him you broke it, you fix it. The arrogant SOB told me I broke the oil pan and it wasnt anything they did. I told him theres a nut inside the pan and it busted loose and it was their fault. He repeated I broke it. I told him I had my last three oil changes done there and havent been under my car in ages. Repeated to him, you broke it, you fix it. He just repeated You broke it and that it was broke when I brought it in. We got into it pretty good. Bottom line, I had it towed back to my apt, dropped the pan, braised the nut to the pan.Pics of the nut, the oil pan with busted out nut and the repair.The only reason I have been going there is I cant buy oil and a filter for what they charge. Lord was that a mistake.

Slow service they mess with my gas cap and tried to get an extra 49.99 to check the code but I have fix auto and solved the problem within minutes now I just have to drive 50 miles since I just cleared the code from my vehicle. Never will I return there again. Be wary of going to places like that!!! In less than 24 hours my smog was a success and pass but did not return to this lousy place and they call themselves and auto repair shop more like a auto repair rip off. I also submitted a complaint to the State of their practices.

If it aint broke dont fix it LITERALLY. I only come here for their good deals, well apparently the staff thinks I need more work done... My last oil change with them was my Last oil change with them. Less than 3 weeks after oil was leaking down my driveway, oil light coming on in the car, pieces were loosely attached. Just sad! Will not be returning.Old review:Quick and easy service. Do not trust this establishment. It is full of lies and fast talkers. I strongly recommend you do not bring your car there. I can’t even vouch for the quality of the auto service because the staff and management were so rude, unprofessional, and shady that it overshadowed the car service we received. The manager is disrespectful and brusque, telling us to “listen to him” while he was trying to explain something and not taking our complaints seriously. They try to put you as the client in the wrong instead of taking responsibility for their incredibly poor service.We went in for an oil change and at the end of the service asked to see the car before they pulled it out of the garage. At that moment the technician noticed they hadn’t reinstalled the metal cover plate under the car once they finished service so they were going to let us drive away without a piece of our vehicle. He put it back on but while doing so was smoking a cigarette over the car. It could have caused an explosion! Or fallen in and damaged under the hood to say the least.They had also advised changing the drivers side control arm because the bushings were going bad. It was recommended we change it now because of safety which is a compelling argument anyway, but we are travelling across the country and are totally reliant on our car right now. It was a Sunday so we had to wait until the next day to get the part. On Monday, they told us they “received the wrong part from the parts dealer” so they couldn’t install it until the next day (now delaying our trip by 2 days) and told us they were going to pay $1200 for the part we needed to get it there fast but weren’t going to charge us because they already charged us for all the service (like they’re doing us a favor). Not to mention who charges the full amount when they say it’s just a deposit?The next day, we get there and they have the part plus another one. They had ordered 2 control arms (we needed the drivers side one), so we thought they were going to install both since they had them and told us they paid $1200 in parts. They did the service and when we checked they had not installed both, just the drivers side. We asked why both were ordered and they said because they didn’t know which one they would need. Really? You’re a licensed mechanic shop and you can’t figure out what parts you need to fix a vehicle?Multiple other things happened but this review is already long. If it was possible to give a negative star rating, I would.

Perfect auto is the only auto shop I will take my vehicle. I haven’t been disappointed in them since I Decided to use there services. They have always provide excellent service. If your looking for a reasonable auto shop that will work with you not again you , this is the place for you!!

I found Purrfect Auto on Charleston through a newspaper ad and I found them to be very friendly, honest and reasonably priced in fact this is my second visit for my 3 month scheduled oil change. I will also be returning again in 3 months and I will refer my friends and family to Purrfect Auto .

First time here actually..currently in front of the place actually...came to get my coolant tank looked at and my pressure tanks. So far everyone has been nothing but respectful and understanding about the whole situation. The 2 front desk representatives were so polite and helpful. Not to mention the guy who looked under the hood before we proceeded... he was friendly and nice as well . Definitely will be coming back to get my car done here..

These guys live up to their name=perfect auto. Tory & Daniel are great guys & take their jobs seriously, every time I had any issue I take my vehicle there & they get it fixed FAST!! I wont explain every detail as I did on a prior review,(which was my first review ever) but these guys go the extra mile to help you. I felt that this place deserves a great review. And as I mentioned prior I left a review that was approximately 5 screens long, going on & on about how vital customer service is theese days. I think I went off the trail as I spoke of so many factors & personal beliefs behind my lengthy novel & the review disappeared. It was too much!!!! But. ....our opinions are what make everyone different. A successful business has to make most all of their customers satisfied considering we all have various opinions & expectations. Ive returned there for other problems & I get treated the same every time whether its just a question or 4 new tires. Money is not the issue, customer service is, especially nowadays with so much competition & reviews/surveys that can easily break or make a business. Keep it up guys! One last point is they do everything! You dont need to go all over the place to get each problem fixed...example, oh sorry we dont fix stuck doors here you need to go to a body shop heres their number....we all love a one stop shop.

I had the best Auto Shop experience ever at Purrfect Auto! They caught a car problem I didnt know about that save my car from potentially catching fire. Mark was so great! He really took care of me and gave me great reasonable prices even though it was a last minute emergency. Bertha at the register is very nice and they were quick with service. Definitely the only place in Las Vegas Ill be going to for now on!

Been coming here for some time now, we take all our vehicles here, been customers for about 5 years now. they have the best staff and great customer service you can get. They always explain what they will be working on whats needed and why. They communicate with you any questions you ask they answer if they cant or dont know they find out some how but will have an answer for you. Prices are reasonable. Thank you guys we appreciate you all and keep up the awesome job!!!!

Took the van in cause steering was shaking . They showed me the problem and were able fix it for a reasonable price and get me back on the road. The service management did a great job. I would recomend this place. Thanks for the great service.

Great customer service, had wheel bearing replaced and suspension arm replaced. Service was complete when they said it would be done. Was costly, but had to be done. Go ahead see Mark & Bertha. They will take care of you. They helped me in and out for a complete oil change. Even though they closed at 6pm. I went there @ 5:55 & was seen. Now that exceptional quality service. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys & gals!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!I went there for a overheating engine and after a diagnosis they recommended me to change the water pump, the thermostat, a belt and coolant flush all that for almost $1,000. I didnt have that amount of money on me but they offered me snap finance I said well Ill like to get a second opinion first it was then when I felt like a pray because they were very pushy saying things like well youre driving a nice Camero especially when they also noticed I was a tourist from California 500 miles from home.After all that they kindly offered me a $250 discount....I was like wow but no thanks!Long story short I left (after playing $50 for the diagnostic)and went to the next door shop PAULS AUTO SERVICES and got my car fixed for only $400.If youre a tourist please avoid this place and dont get fooled if they speak your language they are all crooks!

The prices are great.The staff was friendly and informative.One stop shop where I could get all my work done in one place.Same day service.Nice cool waiting lobby with cold word and coffee.I have no complaints and this company has gained a loyal customer.Thank you.

The only place I take my Chevy Tahoe 2003 to get my oil change now. Great prices and great service. Last time I needed a complete fluid change for transmission and they gave me a great price

I recommend you to update the time and days of service I came Sunday from faraway because sunday is open from 9am to 6pm and I wait 30 minutes to discover that Sunday is closed if you really care your customers please update time and days open just to start
