Needed to have my Nissan cube serviced for an engine noise. Brought my car here to have them determine the issue. Was assisted by Kinsey, and he said hed call me later that morning.When I received the call a few hours later, with the diagnosis, decided to have the work taken care of. My vehicle required a new AC compressor, so my car had to stay overnight to have this repair taken care of.The following day my vehicle was ready and I could pick it up.Great sevice, and I will definitely bring my car here for any other future sevice needs.Thanks Auto Pro for your quick repair on my car!!They service all vehicle makes except German made autos. Kinsey has done work on our car several times. WE brought our car to the dealer who told us we needed all four brakes done. We then took it to Kinsey and being the honest man he is, he told us we only needed the front brakes done. We have had our cars in his shop numerous times for different things and he does excellent work at an honest price. He will only do what needs done. Thank you Kinsey for being so trustworthy.

Manager has an anger problem, talks to customers and employees disrespectfully. Watched him push and threaten a man who was trying to ask a question about service. Not how you treat anyone. He could have gone to jail for that.

Soooo rude, I have never experienced anything like this before. The guy at from desk was miserable, my car died in front of his shop and he refused to help me with a jump. What kind of auto store does that? He was so mean and unprofessional... talking over me - stay away, plenty of other stores where owners are not miserable old white men with a chip on the shoulder

Very trustworthy shop! Kinsley is a first-class guy. We need like him! My car broke down 1,400 from home and Auto Pro took care of me like I was a long-term friend or relative.

Been there once and got great quick service! It was affordable and Ill be going back whenever I have any car troubles.Update: Had to go back to get my radiator replaced. They fixed my car in a few hours and were really affordable. I stand by my 5 star recommendation!

I love that they are family oriented business. Everytime I come here I have my hands full with babies and they try to get me in out and on my way In a timely manor and boy do I appreciate that. They are very honest, calm, and have amazing customer service which is hard to find here in vegas. This is the only place I will go to while Im in vegas.

While passing though Vegas I had noise from my brakes and assumed I needed new pads. They checked them out and informed me I still had 80% pad left and that the rotors were only glazed a bit. When I asked if the rotors needed turning Kinsey said not unless the noise persisted and became bothersome an no charge for just checking the brakes! I have never left an auto place owing nothing! Friendly, honest service.
