I go here once a year for an inexpensive smog check. The gentleman who did it went the extra mile and did a quick safety check. I check my tires once a month but he found a thin 10 inch split in the tread area. I could see the steel through the split and was about to go on an hour-long freeway trip. He didnt try to sell me anything. He may have saved my life. Thank you!

Incredibly helpful and really sweet, she made my experience awesome. My price at the end (after getting new spark plugs, wires, o2 sensors and more) was $1,500 LESS than the dealership. Went here to get two jobs done. Got a quote for each. I waited for around 30 mins, only to be told they couldnt do them because they didnt feel safe. When I asked why, rather than explaining, they took some sort of passive aggressive offence. Complete waste of time.I went to their neighbors, they did both jobs in minutes, in and out.Im kinda glad they didnt do it, some of the quotes I heard them give people. WOW! So high!I gave 2 stars because the lady behind the counter pulls this business together. Without her, they would be screwed!2 stars from a local guide. Well deserved! Wish it would be 1, but you have one person here that apparently likes their job.

I used to pitch the Tuesday mail flier ads until recently and i also used to wait until the last minute to get my car smogged for registration until recently. Im awfully glad came here for the smog special of $7.77; with a good tip, it still cost me half of what Ive paid in the past. I forgot my coupon but they still gave me the low price. They were busy with other customer auto problems but had me in & out in 10 minutes. The staff was efficient, funny and courteous. I highly recommend them!

I live out of state and was traveling earlier this year to attend a college basketball tournament in Vegas and my Audi nearly fell apart as I arrived in Vegas with my family. I was referred to Auto Tech 4 Less and they did a phenomenal job assessing and fixing several problems with my car in a few hours. The pricing for the repairs was very reasonable and their service was excellent. It is nice to know I have a reputable and efficient auto repair establishment in Vegas should the need every arise again. Thank you!

I called over the phone and they told me that I can do an oil change for $27 dollars and no wait if I come right now. I left immediately and when I got there they told me that my car doesn’t take the type of oil that they quoted me for even though I told them the year make and model over the phone. When I got there 5 minutes after I spoke to them they also told me that is was a 2 hour wait even though they just told me no wait me 5 minutes prior. Moral being don’t trust anything they say over the phone. They’ll say anything to get you to come and change it once your already there.

I constantly advise everyone I know in the area to stay away from these incompetent con artists. I took my vehicle in for a simple wheel bearing replacement. For those who dont know, its a very simple job but requires a press which I dont own. I pay them $360 for labor and it was ready by the end of the next day. All seemed fine until I drove the truck down to Tucson and actually inspected the work. It then came to light that they failed to press the bearing in fully. This was absurdly obvious if they had even bothered to rotate the wheel. It wasnt just a little wobbly, it had A LOT of play. I then had to take the spindle off myself over my vacation and take it to a competent mechanic to re-press the bearing and have it fully seated which cost me $45 along with an upper ball joint.When I arrived back in Vegas I stopped by to speak with the manager. The manager was somewhat sympathetic but could only offer me $45 as a refund which was not at all acceptable. By driving hundreds of miles on wheel bearing that was not pressed in not only endangered my own life if the bearing were to have failed, but also jeopardized the integrity of the bearing. So the manager said to talk to the owner who would be in the next day. That is what I did. The owner was entirely unsympathetic and wouldnt even offer the $45 as a refund. He claimed that he personally watched his best mechanic perform the job. That is just plain embarrassing. The owner and his best mechanic couldnt press in a wheel bearing properly? Pathetic. After arguing with them for several minutes I realize I wasnt getting anywhere and that I had been conned and just had to take the loss. He offered me a discount on future work though. Wow, how nice! Why would I ever take my truck to a shop that couldnt do a simple job and takes no responsibility for their work?NEVER GO HERE!

Very unprofessional and I had a bunch of work done from the shop to find out that they didnt even install the parts and then soon after they move locationsdouble-a took over and said they would help meso I ended up getting a lot more work done on top of the other work and double-a screwed me over two and did just about the same thing very unprofessional I would not recommend anybody take their car there they will take your money and not install the parts that you pay for...

I brought my Audi in because there was a noise in the power steering area. He initially told me I needed a power steering pump and I braced for the price. He quoted me just shy of $400. When they pulled my car in and further investigated, I was informed I only needed power steering fluid and a clamp to stop the leak. I got a synthetic oil change and was outta there for only $70. Amazing service and knowledge of late model cars.

I had my oil changed there. A very simple any one can do job.I noticed oil leaking about a week later, cleaned my garage floor and found oil on the floor again!Took my car to another mechanic and was told the bolt was not tightened at all and would have fallen off and ruined my engine!They do shoddy work! This should have been a piece of cake! Makes you wonder if it was intentional.😡

Ive been going to this shop for several years. while they have lost my information several times over the years they have always taken good care of me and my vehicles. lol I normally just come in for oil changes from time to time but I have had them do everything from breaks to fuel pumps and alternators when needed. I wont say they are the cheapest but they are definitely not the worst priced out there and they always seem to go above and beyond for me. thanks again guys.

Cheap skate douche bags. I bring my car in for one thing and a problem that was once non-existent happens right after I bring it home. I also had them fix my turn signal switch not even 6 months ago and I brought it back thinking they would fix it for free since this should not be happening because I paid them to fix it the first time. It was literally falling apart and he made me pay for it. I briefly worked for him too, I wont even get into how unfairly he treats women there. My family has done tons of business with him from his mechanic shop to his dealership. Bought 3 cars from him in which all had to be brought back due to some sort of problem. i was there yesterday and there was a woman there who also bought a car from him and she hasnt even had her car for a month and its already starting to malfunction. The owner is a cheap ass con-artist who has screwed my family over one too many times. whats that old saying,fool me once, shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

Had my truck fixed twice at this shop. The service was exceptional.. Delt with Sam who answers the phone, he does come of unfriendly but hes a nice guy once I met him at the shop.. The shop is always busy but they do get the job done right.. Havent had any issues with the things Ive gotten fixed from them. But was reassured if anything does to bring it back.. But everything is running and working well😁😁

DO NOT waste your money at this mechanic. I brought my car in 3 weeks ago on a Saturday monring because it was over heating, white smoke coming from the exhaust, shaking, and had some other problems that I knew of before hand. I informed them of the problems that I knew of and also said that it is overheating and that the check engine light was on. Once I had come to pick up my vehicle the check engine was still on, the car was still smoking, and was still shaking. I asked the mechanic that had worked on the vehicle why the vehicle was still like this and he said to me We were never paid for a diagnostic and were not told to address any of those problems, the check engine light was on when we got it. The whole point of me bringing in my vehicle was to FIX ALL OF THESE ISSUES. Why would I pay over $700 to get my vehicle repaired only to have 50% of the problems fixed? But instead they rushed to fix only the obvious problems that I had informed them of instead of discovering why the check engine was on, why it was overheating, and why it was smoking, so that they could go home since it was the weekend. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with their work and their integrity. For them to knowingly give me back a car with these issues is very alarming.I then had my car towed to my regular mechanic the next day as my car was basically not drivable since it started overheating, smoking, and shaking IMMEDIATELY after driving out of their lot. Unfortunately for me I had to get a brand new car since it ended up being a head gasket issue and was going to be another $2000 in repairs. If the mechanics at AUTO TECH 4 LESS had informed of this I would not have even bothered paying to fix all of the other repairs!I gave them over $700 of my hard earned cash for nothing. They basically wanted to make a quick buck off of me and go home instead of addressing all of the issues with my vehicle.I would recommend going to EXPRESS AUTO CARE on NELLIS BLVD if you are looking for an honest mechanic who will address all issues with your vehicle and get the job done right the first time. Please do not make the same mistake I did by going to this establishment.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Didnt do my smog because my vin had glue onIt and still had me wait 40+ min. Also, couldnt tell me where to park my car, was really unorganized. They also gave attitude. Never going back there. Stupid people. Ignore the one star. They dont deserve s@%$!

Beware of this place. Owner was very verbally abusive. Took my car in for simple oil change. Had no problems until I left and coolant lights started coming on. They had car two full daysand $1300.00 later got car back. Bad scary experience.

Brought my car in early one morning for a driveshaft to get rebuilt and put back into the car. Was told that it would be ready before the close of business and it was which was super important to me. Price was reasonable and TBH I had no issues.Communication was good and I feel I could go back to them for future maintenance on my car.

The Alternator on my car had gone bad. I towed to them on advice from a friend. They were really busy and took into consideration my circumstances. They were realistic with me about what theyd be able to do. They didnt make any promises on account of how busy they were, but they got my car fixed in less than a day!

Just go to Jiffy Lube for less harassment, less BS, less issues and for a cheaper price. Wont be coming here again. If you want 5 issues when in reality you have 1 issue come here.

Horrible customer service ! They will tell you anything over the phone and get you there and change the price and wait time once you drive down. Didn’t even get my car worked on because customer service was so bad.

Terrible customer service, and they misdiagnosed the problem (which makes me wonder what they were doing with my car for two days). They charged me erroneous fees (like a hazmat fee, even though they were not dealing with any fluids) and made up some BS about services rendered. The problem persisted so I went to a different place and they found the problem and fixed it no problem. This place is a rip-off!

WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD: Brought my wifes car in to get a tune-up . They said the timing belt needed to be replaced. Said they could do it in 3-4 hrs. We said ok. They kept the car for 5-6 hrs, didnt call us back to tell us when it was ready and overall were very uninterested in customer service or common courtesy. Then 2 weeks later my wifes car started making a whistling noise -- we brought it back in. It was the timing belt that they had replaced. They again kept the car for 5-6 hrs even though they said it would be 3-4 hrs and were very rude and uninterested in customer service. Then, a week later the car started to again make the same noise and we had to bring it it.It was THE SAME timing belt and once again they took a long time and couldnt care less to do it fast -- all the offered us for all our troubles was a free oil change which costs them what, $5 maybe? In any case, 3 months after the last repair my wifes car died in the middle of an intersection. This was very dangerous and we very lucky not to have something worse happen to her. She had to tow the car to another repair shop and guess what the problem was? The timing belt!!!! After fixing it, we went back to Auto Tech 4 Less and asked for a full refund.The manager was very nonchalant and unresponsive -- answering phone calls, taking care of customers, etc. Finally we had to threaten to take him to small claims court if he didnt give us our money back plus towing expenses. He said he needed to discuss the issue with his partner and that he would calls us back that day. He still hasnt. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Victor the shop manager is basically a pos, sat in the waiting room and watched numerous customers come in and ask for oil changes and then when the mechanic comes out each customer had something wrong with their vehicles, you need a new johnson rod, or you have a leak in the radiator , some nonsense to that affect. Criminals.

Let me start off by saying thank you. Thank you. Mr.Victor who i started out with helped me fix a mini cooper.My mini cooper was a good car but had a lot of problems with clutch and trans of the mini.Mr.Victor helped me gave me a great deal for fixing my clutch didnt have alot of the money but he helped me out on a payment plan to help get mini back,got mini back and she gave me more problems so i had to give her up mini was just draining my pockets now the trans decided to go weeks after i got clutch more money for mini not Mr. Victor pointed me in the right direction for another car. took a little then i got this corolla which was and older car he looked at it he was very honest too me about the status of the corolla i was devistated another car not going too get me from point A to B. Mr.Victor told me he open up a car dealer and he can help me get a better car went home and talked to wife and we came up with some money too make it happen. We got the money and went back too auto tech Mr Victor sent wife and i too the dealer on twain and flamingo all i can say it was a great everybody who i ran into at the dealer they were all nice and helped wife and i with finding a car and getting us a car to get us from A to B and C D E and any where i want too go.While we were waiting for banks and stuff we had too take a trip over too craig rd too sign the paper work to get the car when we got to craig rd we met another nice man who help us out very nice and kind not some one who think they know it all we talk and found out he likes game of throns wife and i smiled when we found out and we just talked and signed paper to get us going thank you. After that we went back too twain where when we got back there it was my new car, no engine problems no nothing it was beautiful, i was happy because as i look forward in my life i dont see a bus in my future,cause it get hot here in Vegas really hot. Thank you for everything. Next day had too go back too pick up tags and get car detailed while i was wait for car detailed had time to mingle with shop tech and they were all family orianted had great conversation with all thank you very nice people check them out Mr.Victor and his whole team are great people too go too if you need work on your car or if your looking for a new car or use check them out you will not reggerted . Big Rip Off!!! They wanted to sell me $1600 worth of brakes, struts shocks etc. I went around the corner to Goodyear and they checked everything and I needed nothing!

Very expensive and they keep your vehicle for a long time to charge you more with 90 days warranty and if you going back to them for same issues they will charge you again
