Difficulties moving the gear shift out of neutral - not a normal problem, as someone had shoved a piece of plastic on top of the gear mechanism - anyway - it broke off. My car has only been in the shop once before - so it must have happened about 5 years ago at a Nissan Dealership in Santa Clarita, CA. My SUV was fixed and ready to go the next afternoon - even after having to bring in a specialized part from California! I was referred by a family member about Allied Service Center. They were professional and very understanding. Their services towards my car was terrific. When leaving my car for a diagnostic, they offered shuttle. Their updates and explanations of the diagnostic were very helpful and forthcoming. Service to the car was done at an exceptionally time manner.Would definitely refer and recommend.

Allied is fantastic! Ive had electrical gremlins in my low mileage 1990 Cadillac for years. First the antenna stopped working, then months later the car stalled while driving, then it wouldnt start, then months after that the entire digital dashboard and all electric controls go out. I had to retire it to my garage for the last few years. Its been serviced by 3 other shops over the last 5 years without success. Given the history, and the fact that there were multiple wires under the dash which were cut by other shops, it was hard to even find a shop willing to work on it.I did research and liked what I saw on their website about electrical repairs. Then I spoke with Mike over the phone who made me feel comfortable that they could diagnose with an ohmmeter as opposed to wire cutters! In an hour, they were able to identify the short circuit that caused the problem and the subsequent problems caused by that short circuit. In just a few hours more, they were able to resolve the issues completely, and at a reasonable price. Alex kept me up to date on the progress, and I met Ryan when I picked up the car 2 days later. Each of them was courteous, knowledgeable and communicative. I would not hesitate to recommend Allied as a place that approaches work professionally (and logically.) I only wish I had found them sooner!

It started with my initial call as I spoke with Alex and he was everything Customer Service should be so I felt at ease taking my car in the next morning. Alex and Ryan were equally nice and I had no problems leaving my car, especially since Sammy drove me to work as part of their customer service.Their communication was excellent, they were upfront about all costs and time needed to fix my issues. The job was completed in said time, Sammy came back to get me the following afternoon and everything went smoothly. Yes, I would refer anyone I know and yes, I am a customer for life!

While on vacation in Vegas after driving from Missouri our water pump decided it was time to go. I read the reviews on google about Allied and being from out town thats all I had to go by. But they were not wrong they were able to give a quick diagnosis and a fair quote on replacing the water pump and recommended replacing the t-stat as well. Which in my opinion is a good idea when you have to drive back home 1500+ miles. And they were able to get the job done the same day saving us a lot of stress also we got a ride to and from our hotel. Also Im happy to say it got us home with no problems. I would highly recommend this shop for there fair service and helping us out in a jam. And would like to thank them for the quality work!

I found these fine people after having a terrible experience at USA Auto. This shop stands behind their work! They give a 2 year warranty for all parts and labor. Plus, their mechanics are actually certified by ASE. They did a great job on my air conditioner, and did it quickly. They also offer free rides back and forth to your home while they are working on your car. This will be my go-to shop from now on!

Allied Service Center got me out of a serious jam when my van broke down on the way to Las Vegas. Its a Roadtrek 190 camper built on a 1999 Dodge Ram Van, so its too heavy for a lot of shops lifts, but it wasnt a problem for Allied.Other shops told me Id have to wait several days to even have it looked at, but Allied got me in the same day. I dropped it off on Thursday afternoon, and got it back, fixed and ready to go, on Friday afternoon.The diagnosis wasnt easy, as it turned out to be an intermittent fault in the crankshaft position sensor. It was working well enough that it didnt throw a Check Engine code, so they had to troubleshoot it the old fashioned way, which is even more impressive to me.

Story in photos but the synopsis is, took it in for a radiator, got talked into doing the head gaskets, they couldn’t rematch one the gaskets, said it would be $9,000 to put it back together and do an engine rebuild. Complained directly to the owner, he found a 60,000 mile engine in New York, put it in our truck. We paid $5,400 for said engine. Picked up truck and 1 1/2 miles from the shop, it exploded. While dealing with Allied’s insurance company, they had the truck they blew up impounded, and cost us another $700 dollars. Not a stand up company. I have videos and pictures of all I have described. I wish I could put the video up of the fire and engine explosion. Beyond reckless endangerment.

These guys were the best, broke down outside of Vegas. My month old alternator from a Napa shop in SanDiego failed and I needed a new one. This shop handled the repair with a minimum of hassle to me and much more hassle to them dealing with my claim. If I lived in Vegas these would be my mechanics. Thank you Ryan.

I have relied on Allied to take care of all the vehicles in our house hold for over 20 years. They are accurate with there diagnosis and fix the problem. I have 5 cars under there care, 2 are classics, 1 foreign and 2 others 1 of which is pushing 200,000 miles that I bought new. Even when there is an issue with a part they stand behind their warranty. Deception Alex quoted a $700 repair I agreed than he charged my card $1700.00 I have a witness to the original quote of $700. Scam artist I reported them to BB I’m 68 yr. veteran Living off my retirement.

What a dirty nasty place, as a female no waiting room that is not filthy. Treated horrible by I think his name was Ryan. He tried to overcharge and pad my bill. I wound up getting the brakes and front rotors done cheaper at the Toyota dealer for my Tacoma! Just because they are not the dealer does not mean you will get a better deal even though I was recommended by triple AAA.BIG FAT 0I have made a complaint with triple AAA

As a side bonus, working with a local animal shelter to find homes for pets is huge! Took my 2015 Nissan Juke in for what I suspected was serious engine issues and as I suspected it needed major repairs. The staff was polite and extremely helpful through my entire experience. Even though I chose to not undergo major repairs on my vehicle at this time they were continuously helpful and upfront about the whole process. They were a pleasure through out the whole process and even helped me arrange a tow for my car back to my home. When I do repair my vehicle it will be at Allied service center.

I am so happy, I finally found an auto shop/mechanic I can trust that is honest, friendly and professional, these guys and lady (shuttle service!) at the shop are amazing! I had my car diagnosed at another shop for an issue, and that was gonna cost quite a bit of money. I decided to look around online, found the ratings for this place was great, which wasnt a lie, they actually did a diagnostic found out, I didnt have the problem the other shop was telling me about saved me a lot of money. Amazes me, they were honest about it when they could have gotten over on me, so I am happy Im able to afford Christmas this year and not be out of pocket on an unnecessary repair, they are definitely getting my business for my vehicle and my mothers.

Last week I had the Timing Belt & Water Pump replaced on my 2010 Honda Accord. I was overdue on mileage but was nervous about trusting this job with any old shop. I have been going to auto repair shops for over 40 years in 3 different states. Allied Service Center has been THE BEST. The front counter people are very knowledgeable, courteous, processional and most of all, Honest. They have taken care of all 3 of my vehicles and I have been more than happy with the service and repairs. They only tell me what is wrong and needed. They do not try to over sell me things I do not need. They explain everything to me in detail, show me the parts replaced and the estimate is always spot on, or less than quoted. My problems are always fixed right and I feel safe and comfortable driving them afterwards. Then, they even have a shuttle service to take me home or to work when I do not have a ride set up. Allied took care of my car as though it was their own car. Everything was great! I would not trust my car with anyone else.

My father took my car to Allied after being given the run around from another shop my friend recommended. My family has been going here for years. Anyway, I have one of those 120,000 mile cars that has mostly been taken care of but I let go a little over the last couple of years and now it wouldnt start. The personnel there were very nice just as my father said they would be and were very professional and didnt make any promises that they couldnt keep. As it turns out, the other shop was wrong and Allied was the same price but for a completely different part! They took the time to show me what was wrong and explain the other concerns I had. I didnt do it all but they did put me on a plan to get everything up to par. Low pressure too was kinda cool. So Im over the guy down the street thing and wished I had listened to my dad in the first place. Thank you very much for not taking advantage of the situation and getting me up and going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I got the air conditioner in my car fixed at this location. First of all, that Toni is wonderful. Her personality is amazing she makes you feel comfortable and at ease like everything is going to be taken care of. Ive been going to Allied for 10 years now after one too many hard hits by the dealer. every single time ive gone there ive been treated respectfully and theyve never taken advantage. last week i went in and told them that i thought i needed a compressor after speaking with family. i was fully prepared to pay the cost for the new ac system as my child has asthma and a hot car is a major problem. . i got a call on my cell phone from them before i got home and while i was in their free shuttle saying all i needed was a simple valve that cost $150. the shuttle turned me right around and with major relief now im not having to buy an ac compressir especially because im off work now. this was the good news i needed now. thank you very very much from a very grateful customer. i promise ill bring cookies in next time. thank you!!!

Replaced the timing belt/water pump. These guys started out on the phone with professionalism and a real desire to earn my business. The work was completed on time. My car runs better than ever. I already have referred my daughter to this shop. Also...less expensive than the dealer, and easier to work with.

I needed a new radiator and chose Allied do to the favorable reviews. I am very happy that I did. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. The service manager Larry took the time to explain not only the work being done, but things that could be done in the future to keep my car in good condition. He even showed me a video of how the timing belt works. I would highly recommend Allied Service Center to anyone, and will be using Allied exclusively to service my vehicles.

I went to this place yesterday for an oil change and to have my vehicle checked out, they wanted to charge me a diagnosis fee of $89.00 fee that will not be put towards the cost of any repair. The guy said he was honest, and upfront so I went with it.I get a call a few hours later, stating that the diagnosis is taking longer than expected so they wanted to charge me another diagnosis fee. So because your tech is incompetent I have to pay an additional fee.Idk if its because of the Covid-19 or because of their lack of good business practices but this oil change ran me $350... idk anyone elses experiences here but Ill never reccomend, have anything serviced there or mention this place again.

Went in today to find out about some AC problems and honestly as soon as i walked in there was just a very negative customer service feeling. No smile no good morning after i said good morning just whats up what can i help you with? I went there because of the high star rating. Now that i am reading the negative comments and seeing the responses given to the people making these complaints it doesnt look like they will ever take accountability (makes me think a lot of these reviews arent legit). The gentleman told me he had 3 booked for that day plus 3 cars from the previous day that they were working on (mind you there was absolutely no customers on there property when i arrived) . I was there around 8am and he told me that i would have to leave the car there and come back at the end of the day. I felt very uncomfortable and went with my gut and left. Thank god i did because i googled a mechanic near me and there was one right around the block. I get there and the guy says hello sir good morning. There were about 5 or 6 customers in the waiting room so i thought this is going to take a while. I told him my issues and he said ok let me hook it up and run some tests. He came back about 15 -20 minutes later and brought me to my car to explain what he did and actually showed me on his machine the exact readings. After agreeing to proceed with the work i was out of there about 20 minutes later. The whole time i was there this guy was multitasking very well with all his customers. The place was called Busy Buggy Auto Repair just in case anybody was wondering.

Found these guys online and with great trepidation I made the repair appointment. No need to worry; the service was fantastic! Weve lived here for 25 years and only now have found an auto shop that is thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. They did what they said they would do when the said they would do it. They have a shuttle service to take you where you need to go if your vehicle will be tied up for any length of time. The warranties on service that they provided were outstanding and unexpected. Since moving to the area a year ago I had yet to find a reliable mechanic. I stumbled upon allied service center for its great reviews and decided to give it a try. From the first call with Larry, I knew that I would feel confident bringing my car to him. He was friendly, courteous and took the time to ask me and write down what exactly the issues were with my car. In addition, he was able to advise me on what potentially may be the problem and told me to bring the car in. Upon arriving the whole staff was amazing; Nice, professional and very friendly. Before leaving my car with his shop he insisted that his main priority was to ensure that all the safety issues first. (I was even able to receive a ride back to my home through their company car!) With my experience in other shops there always seems to be other unnecessary things that need to be fixed--but not with Larry. When I received a call explaining what all had to be done, he explained in detail his main concerns and other issues that could wait. I felt he was completely honest and wasnt trying to push me to fix non-urgent issues with my car. On top of everything he took the time to send me a video on a part of my vehicle which needed desperate work. I have never heard of anyone doing that! Most mechanics dont ever take the time to really give you a personable explanation on your vehicle. Larry was the complete opposite. I now feel safer in my car while driving my newborn. I highly recommend Allied Service Center to those looking for a reliable and safe place to bring your car in. Larry and his staff will provide great service to you and your vehicle!

Definitely a 5 star experience. I was treated with respect and kept informed through out the whole time. Dan is the man as far as I am concerned, He kept me informed and let me know exactly what was going on. I have had some bad experiences with other mechanics but I will be going back to Allied. I think I have finally found a great repair shop.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Allied for 8 years now and i have always had great experiences there. I find it very reassuring that i can send my wife and kids there and know that they will be treated fairly with no gimmicks whether I am present or not. A happy camper here. I love my little Honda and it developed some oil leaks and I finally took it in after my husband thought it was out of his abilities. He called Allied and they listened to the whole story and recommended an oil dye test because they said what we were thinking was wrong is a common mistake. We thought, and were told by another shop, it was a camshaft seal and timing belt. So I let them do the test and yes there is moisture, not a leak at the camshaft seal. The real leak was a valve cover gasket and quickly repaired. I was so happy I had them do the job and a tune up too. Hubby didn’t want to do it :-) driveway is clean

Tried this Service Center for the first time with a repair that was of a serious nature. From the first contact with the front desk for an appraisal to the finishing of the work, I was really pleased. The price for the work to be done was very reasonable and stated before the work was to be done. When picking up my Auto, I wasnt hit with any surprises suggesting additional work or services which is unusual as many shops try to sell you more than you need. I will recommend these people to others and will have them work on my other Vehicles.

We are very satisfied with Allied Service Center services. Our cars coolant hose adapter broke on a Saturday and couldnt get fixed right away because the part was only available in CA. Although we couldnt have the car fixed right away, a bit disappointed, but Kevin did what he could to get the part shipped ASAP and we could pick up the car on Monday. He even offered shuttle service from the airport since we had to fly in to Vegas. Their customer service is great! I definitely recommend them to anyone who need their car repair.

Lost Power steering as I arrived in Vegas. Allied was recommended to me by my home town repair shop. Car was towed in on a Monday morning, by Monday afternoon I had an estimate and repairs were completed by Tuesday afternoon. Excellent service with a fair price. I would highly recommend.

When I first moved to this state, I search for a reliable mechanic. Allied was the top on GOOGLEs search list. I used their services and was very pleased. Now Ive seen other reviews one which stated that their services are not cheap. Well in my opinion, Id rather pay their cost for the services I was needing and asked for than to pay a dealerships overhead expenditures for a concession stand charging $2.50 for a bagel, $3.00 for a bag of chips etc. The cost of the 5 flat screen 55 T.V.s blasting sports channels all day er day and free Wi-Fi...for who? With an appointment youre stuck there for a minimum of 3 hrs + and charged for a regular maintenance of a oil, filter, lube and tire rotation...for the low, low bargain basement price of $350. REALLY?, SERIOUSLY? NO!!! YOU WANT A REPUTABLE AUTO SERVICE CENTER-------ALLIED IS THE ONE!!!!!!

Best and most thorough shop Ive ever dealt with. Thank you to everyone involved in making sure our car was properly diagnosed and fixing what was really wrong with it. The guys here saved us a lot of money by taking the time to know exactly what was wrong instead of just fixing it based on the first thing that was encountered, unlike the last shop (a dealership). Will never take my car to another shop. Nice to know there are honest and thorough mechanics out there.(Update) left for work this morning for the first time since I got it back and the CEL came on and is making a rattling noise when I accelerate. This was not happening before. Not sure if something is loose but too scared to drive it like that.

Absolutely the most honest place in Vegas! After being told I needed a new engine and $9K worth of repairs to my car by Findlay Chevy I inquired help from a friend for advice. He told me to go see Dan at Allied. Dan was incredible. I explained my situation and he assured me they would take care of me. He kept his promise! Four days later I had my Yukon back running perfectly and costs were $2K versus $9K. A true, genuine, honest and hcustomer service oriented place! They also have free shuttle service and Toni (shuttle driver) was a riot!

The guys at Allied have always done well by me. My car is always taken care of the first time, no going back because it still has the same issue (which saves money in the long run). They are honest about the cost and keep me informed should they find any other issues without insisting it has to be done immediately unless it is a major safety concern.As a woman, I dont feel intimidated when talking to them and they understand general hand gestures and the odd noise when I cant describe it any other way. I will always take my car there first and recommend them to everyone.

I drive across town passing many other shops to get my car serviced at Allied, and Ill tell you why. Larry Shapiro and his staff are fair, straightforward, and honest people; they arent going to overcharge for repairs or do unnecessary maintenance just to get a few extra dollars out of their customers. They always take the time to show you what maintenance the are doing on your car and explain why its necessary, and I appreciate that. They also have great customer service and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. My car was recently in an accident, and I had it towed to Allied. Larry had already found the parts for the repair and had them in the shop in a few hours so that they could start fixing the car immediately after dealing with the insurance company. Not only that, but Larry and his staff spent some time finishing my repairs on their own time so that I could get my car back ASAP--thats the kind of people you are dealing with at Allied. I was expecting to be without my car for a week or two, and thanks to Allied, I had it back in less than 72 hours. If this is the kind of service you want (and I dont know why anyone wouldnt), bring your car to Allied, even if its 20 miles out of your way--you will not regret it!

Great Service!! Stopped going to the dealer with my Town and Country. Just had brakes done at Allied. Easy to drop off and they picked me up when the van was done. Troy was up front with what we needed, and the brakes do not make that grinding noise anymore.Fast forward a year..was buying a Certified Toyota TRD pickup...the dealer informed us that all the service work and repairs had been done. I took it to Allied for a used car inspection, paid about 100.00, and Allied found out the truck needed about $1100.00 worth of work, to get it up to par. This helped us negotiate the price for the truck, and the needed repairs. We also bought a used car warranty, and Larry informed us that we could use the warranty at Allied. So, we are now a 2 car Allied family! (We still take the van in for all our work). Thanks Guys!

We took our truck to Allied, after having a horrible experience with another shop. Kevin was outstanding in his assistance, getting the truck repaired, and when there was still an issue, they went over and above to make sure it was corrected right, and that we were happy.We would recommend them for their honest, fair practices, and their good work. We would go back to them again without hesitation.

The end of March we drove from Denver to Las Vegas. After leaving the mountains we discovered that the cooling system had ceased to work. I checked with AAA and one of their recommended service centers was Allied Service Center at 4047 W. Desert Inn Road. What a great experience. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The required part had to be ordered so they took us to a nearby car rental service. They were able to get the part and make the repair in record time and were able to save us some money from the original estimate. It was a pleasure to deal with them. And we even received a guarantee from NAPA that will cover any possible problems with their service. So we dont have to worry about that. If I could take them home with me, I would use their service again.

Dan at front counter is just an awesome person, he really helped me out. Took in my Sienna, for a broken fan belt told me to drop off the van and pick it up on Wednesday...it was Monday afternoon they were really backed up. After learning that I had just drove in from L.A., and my kids were waiting for me at a taco place, he was able to get my van fixed in 2 hours.

Bait and switch with pricing to get you in the door. Quoted repair price to install a fuel pump that I would supply increased by $70.00 after scheduling repair. First and last time with these guys. The people never even checked out, looked at, inspected, or test drove my car. The price magically increased.In response to Dan.I called your company because I was looking for someone to install my supplied part, in this case, a fuel pump, nothing more. Many places will not do that unless you buy the part from them. When I initially called and explained what I wanted, the person who was helping me referenced the manual you all use to determine labor and how long the job will take.You gave me a price and said you would have no problem using my supplied parts. I didnt need any troubleshooting, or a test drive, or any opinion from your staff. The only reason I didnt do it myself is because I am permanently disabled and can no longer do that kind of work. When I called the shop to schedule the job I reiterated my previous call and dollar amount to the lady on the phone and we agreed an a time and day. She never said the quote was incorrect or had to be revised but did confirm they would be replacing a part that I was providing.I didnt need, nor did I ask for any troubleshooting to identify some unknown problem. I knew the problem, I bought the correct replacement part, I just needed an honest shop to install my part, realizing that they dont warranty installing customer parts.And Dan, there is more than one person named Dennis in this town, and my one and only trip to your business was to replace my fuel pump. And the car that I drove in when I arrived on my one and only visit to your business, is the car that I told you guys about in my initial and appointment setting phone calls.Got to give you some credit though for being very creative in making up excuses.

Excellent front desk - appointments on time - car ready when promised - all work performed as requested and even a bit extra - car returned in same condition, no residual dirt and grime from work performed. Intend to come back. This is a COSTCO recommended auto service repair business.

I ended up not needing any repairs for my vehicle since it passed smog, however these guys were great about answering my questions and staying in contact with me. Kevin and Jim were very pleasant to talk to and professional.

Thank you Ryan for letting me know JUST replacing ac compressor will also need a condenser every other place. Says just compressor. Would have been very disappointed to have that chain reaction when I really cant afford compressor itself barely

I have a 2001 Corvette, obviously out of warranty, an the air conditioning went out. Found Jim at Allied service center and all is well again. Not only was I shuttled home and picked up but my car is an ice box on wheels, at a price that was better than expected. Thank you.

I emailed Larry yesterday with questions about my truck. He called me back within minutes and accepted further phone calls with questions from both me and my husband later in the day. He was always courteous and understanding that we know very little about engines, especially trucks and offered his expertise in simple terms that we could actually understand. He made an appointment for the very next morning and his courtesy was obvious again in the service center. My truck was inspected so promptly and a full written report was given with the best advice about what was urgent and what not. The whole atmosphere in the repair center was that Larry and his staff and colleagues do care and represent a bygone type of mechanic, where the handshake still has value, like in the olden days. When I have visited Allied Service Center or had worked done on it, they did a great job. The technicians are very knowledgeable of all the cars that in for repair. They didn’t have to put my car in for diagnostic test. They already know what happen to my car.

Pleasant, helpful people. We sure appreciate their service today. They replaced our radiator, checked it out, and we were on our way.

I NEVER give 5 stars, but I must say that my entire experience with Allied Service Center was excellent.From setting up the appointment to getting the estimate and completion of the work. First they said they did not want to quote me a price without seeing the problem first hand. I was having problems with my A/C and knew it could be anything. They also let me know about other concerns, they did this in such a professional manner. At no time did they make me feel that I had to or that it would be a risk or any other gimmicks that I have encountered at other shops to force upping the bill. They also provided a shuttle service which I took advantage of so I wasnt waiting there all day. When my car was ready the driver picked me up promptly. I will tell my friends about Allied Service Center as well as be back myself.

Allied has been a God send. I have a complete amputation of my right arm and have been totally disabled for 30 years supported by long term disability. On a fixed income since1986 my buying power has dwindled to the point that I live well below the poverty level. Jeff at Allied has worked very hard to keep my costs down. Along with one of the best machine shops in the area, the repair shops level of expertice is surpassed by no other shop that has worked on my car. They pride themselves in not repairing a vehicle by guesswork and make sure that the replacement part is the correct one to fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle before they do the work. Kevin and Gary, Jeffs coworkers have a wealth of experience between them and do great work as well. Id recommend them to anyone.

Its hard to find a trustworthy shop, in Las Vegas, but the crew, at Allied, has shown me, there is one I can trust. They make suggestions,as to what your car might need, but no high pressure. I truly miss them, now that Im no longer in Las Vegas.

Im very happy to say this shop allied service has service my land rover about 4 years now and repair it when needed My Land Rover runs outstanding is 14 years old Ive done everything on it and theyve done a great great job there estimated are fair. they get the job done if its not one day theyll tell you its going to take 2 days or 3 days the price per hours Fair and on top of it they warranty their jobs customer service outstanding I do recommend this shop if you have any vehicle that you have try them out go see jim service manager.

I recently moved from Ca to LV,and needed a smog and my check engine light was on, I searched the web and there was ( Allied). I fell in love with the reviews, I sent an email and @ 7.30am the very next morning, they called me, I took my car in the next day fell in love with Larry who worked with me, I had to leave my car which I never did any where. I was taken home and picked the next day by a very nice driver. The repair and price was very good. I want to thank everyone at Allied, for making me feel at home in Las Vegas. Persuaded to use Allied Service Center based on Google reviews. Received a competitive quote and same day service. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Services performed to satisfaction.

Way over priced and they pretty on the fact that tourists with car problems NEED their cars fixed. Charged $400 for an O2 sensor replacement. What a rip off. Tried to get me to pay for an extra $600 in repairs that werent needed to get my car running. Take your car else where unless you dont care about price. Not 1 star because at least the repairs are good.

I work on my own vehicles, so I know everything that is wrong with them before taking them into the shop. When I took one of my vehicles to Allied Services, they told me everything that was wrong with it, nothing more; nothing less. Beyond that, I encountered no pressure to pay for services I did not ask for. Allied was honest with me and provided good customer service.

These guys were professional and convenient. I am new to Las Vegas and was looking to get some work done on my car. I brought the car in and they diagnosed the problem at a cheap price and gave me the quote to fix it. It seemed reasonable so they custom ordered the part and a couple days later it came in. I setup an appointment and got the work done. I forgot to say both times I took the car there they dropped me off and picked me up from my house with there free shuttle service. The repair worked very well and I am satisfied. They even called me a couple weeks after the repair to see if everything was ok. All and all the next time I need service done I will return here.

I used this shop to replace my transmission as well as a bit of other work. The transmission was the main issue. The install of the transmission went fairly smoothly. I was also told my suspension was bad. They diagnosed that correctly, yeah thats great. My issue is with this rattling that appeared after the repair. I figured it was the suspension that I was planning on going to Allied to do. I replaced the entire suspension myself which didnt take care of the problem. I then took it to another shop for a full checkup and to note any repairs I might have needed. They contributed the rattling to my CV axle being loose. I was told to return to allied to ensure CV axle was replaced correctly. They double checked for free, which was nice. After inspection I was notified that it was the strut that was blown on the front right end. However, they neglected to notice that the intermediate shaft bearing was bad. Took no amount of effort to reproduce the rattling I might add. Also, not to say they removed them during the install, but one bolt in my lower control arm was missing completely and the other was extremely loose. Both combined left an ungodly rattle. I find it quite absurd this problem hadnt been found upon inspection of my cv axle.

Larry got us up and running after our car broke down in Primm. Mot only did he point us in the direction of the most cost effective tow company, he also did everything he could to expedite the repair so we could get home out of state. I have also been bringing my car to Allied for several years. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. I enjoy talking with Kevin or Jim and learning things about my car. I would not want to go anywhere else.
