I have taken my vehicle to American collision Center in several occasions and they have always executed the job properly. They repaired my vehicle twice for two separate incidents and if i had any issues they would fix it right away. It has been a pleasure working with them throughout this time. I have been very happy with the result every time and I know i can always come back if I need any future repairs. I feel lucky to have met Juan and his team and they have been always very helpful! They always kept me informed and up to date when parts were coming in and things ran pretty smoothly. my car was hit from the front and rear ended as well and the results make it seem like nothing ever happened! I had an absolutely fantastic experience taking my Subaru in for repairs here! They worked really hard to get my claims sorted with State Farm and the repairs were top notch! Customer service was also excellent and they were super communicative during the lockdown period.

Ameican collision is not of Trust.💀☠️☠️I noticed parts from my car were switchedThey had a car identical like mine and put my parts on the other wrecked car and put painted parts from that wrecked car on mine. Making there job look good by stealing from someone who brings business to them. MY vehicleHad a damaged door. The rest of my car was spectacular. I have an investigation going on indeed my other car parts were painted without my consent. This is definitely not a place to trust🦶Squash this buisness!! Take it else we’re🤮💩💩

I just picked up my truck from this shop yesterday and I must say I am beyond satisfied with the incredible service and professionalism exhibited by Michelle and the team at American Collision Center. I brought my beloved vehicle here after being rear-ended in an accident. Michelle did a thorough inspection, identified the necessary repairs, contacted my insurance company and had me in a rental that same day. My truck is now perfect and I could not be happier with their work. I am a personal injury attorney, so I have referred several of my car accident clients to Michelle. Never once have I had a client complain to me about the service they received from her or the work done on their vehicles. Hence why I trusted her and her staff with my personal vehicle when I found myself in need of repairs after an accident. Do not take your vehicle anywhere else. These folks are truly the best. I went to get my son’s car done and they took their time when they insisted it would be sooner. I payed them so they could finish sooner because my son is a college student and has no other way to get around. They still decided to take their time and the wreck was still noticeable after the job was done. It’s a horrible place and I’m warning everyone who considers doing business with them.

I took my car about 4 days ago, and the man charged me $1,000 and when I came back for my car, they said they were going to charge me $700 more. After they finished my car, the results was a disaster! The color was off and my car was missing parts. I do NOT recommend this place to NO ONE!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The owner of this place needs to see what’s really going on because this is not a professional business at all!! My father inspected my vehicle and came to a conclusion that some of the parts were MISSING!! I payed so much for this replacement to be done and now I’m left with NOTHING!! I was in a terrible accident about a year ago and our car was sitting outside for 8 months until it was gifted to me for my birthday, i took it to american collision center and now my car is back up and running ! the employees were really friendly and spoke spanish ! highly recommend!

This place is a joke of a body shop bunch of drunks work here went after lunch i can smell it on there breath now i know why they couldnt fix my car..over charge going to call BBB this will not stay like this...
