We will see They installed 2 15 in my F150 Work truck and from the gecko it was not working correctly it would go into overprotect mode . I even have them on dash camera talking about the problem in Spanish and sending me on my way because it was late which I understand but Im going to contact them tomorrow and see if they can fix the problem my fingers are crossed but like I said we will see.....

I left my car for a bumper for repair, I was told 2-3 days which turn to a week. I picked up my car without bumper trims, tow cover and reflectors... Said it was ordered and will call me to install. That was in January (now May)And on top of it, the worst part is finding out recently (when I install a new control arms) that they didnt even install the new bumper core support (intercooler mount) I BOUGHT and gave them. They kept it for themselves and installed the old broken piece back into the car. See pictures.Im driving 5 months with unsupported intercooler, no trims and off color.

Moe and derek were amazing and guided me in the path I wanted with my sound system and they got me in right away I implore everyone to come in and show mo some love and he will take care of your vehicle if it were his own I will be bringing all my car customization stuff here for them and send all my family and clients their way

Fair price for tints, quick service

My Toyota Tundra was rear ended and we were referred to Elite Audio, Customs, and Collisions. I was very nervous because I care a lot about my truck. Daryl and Mike were a true pleasure to deal with. Daryl dealt with the insurance company and ordered all OEM parts. Bottom line: I couldnt be happier and Im a detail oriented person. They did a fantastic job and my truck looks better now than before the accident. They took great care of us. My neighbor used them for some self-inflicted damage on his much older Toyota Tacoma. His Tacoma looks fantastic as well! This helps me to believe that our great experience was not a unique situation. Whether it is the insurance companys money or your own they give you great value. I really like that this is a family business that works to make the customer happy which is rare in Vegas (I was born and raised here). I am very happy and very thankful.

Mind blown! I came in with an idea of how I wanted a sub installed. After recommendations from their techs, very valid recommendations regarding location of the subs, I let the guys do their work. I wasnt too sure what to expect but when I got my car back, washed as well! I was just amazed with the work.The even added the M-logo and matched my cars interior to the design. These guys are good at what they do, check out the photos. I just need reason to go back do more work on my car...

I was in town passing through as I’m from out of town and my subs quit working. I called down and talked to Mo. He said come on down and we’ll check it out for ya for $100. Upon arrival they got me right in. After a few minutes the tech came out and said that a wire was unplugged and it’s working now. I went to pay my $100 bucks (which I thought was well worth it) and he said don’t worry about it just give the tech a tip if ya want. These guys could have easily sold me a amp or what ever!!!! It’s nice to see honest shops still out there. Highly recommended!!!

My amazing realtor Stephanie Sibley, born and raised Vegas, recommend I have the scratch repaired at Elite. Her recommendation for Elite was spot on. Darryl welcomed me as I entered the business with a smile. He is a most kind and wonderful professional. The car is perfect and when I arrived to pick it up it had been washed and detailed on the inside. The cost of the repair was reasonable, the work was superior, and the down time of the car was a short 48 hours.The owner, Jay , should be proud of the professionals that do their best to make foreigners fell welcome and offer excellent service and work.August 21, I also received a follow up communication inquiring about their service, communication and quality of work.

Awesome shop! My car was in an accident and I was referred to this shop by a friend whose had her car repaired here. From day 1 Jay the owner kept me posted with the updates from ordering parts to the repairs and gave me an exact estimated time frame my car would be fine being repaired. The shop exceeded my expectations when I picked up my car it looked brand new and drives better than before the accident TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!! You will be very happy the staff is all so nice and helpful!

Had headlight tint that was poorly done on a truck I just bought and it was dangerously dark even with LEDs. Headlights were restored perfectly in one day and everything was put back together correctly. Darryl and Mike were extremely helpful and inviting. Thanks again guys!

Ive unfortunately had to bring my car to EAC more than I would have liked due to the wonderful drivers here in Las Vegas. Luckily the guys here are awesome. My car always comes back in flawless condition. They work on anything from your run-of the-mill Chevrolet to High-End Aston Martins and BMWs. Awesome shop. Mo did a great job that Chevrolet couldnt figure out to save their lives. I was in and out without an appointment. It was actually shocking for them to start diagnosing it on the spot since Im so used to half ass car service. They gave me a very fair price and a military discount. I would highly recommend them and hope to use them in the future.

My experience was pretty awesome here at Elite Audio & Customs! Romeo and Vince were pretty awesome, knowledgeable, professional and thorough concerning my sub and amp installation! Good knowledge. They did great work. Not great service. I prefer my salespeople not to use foul language or play music with obscene lyrics when showing me the install. If they class it up they could be one of the best in the valley.

On vacation our aftermarket DVD player had a problem. They got us in quick, got it fixed and didnt overcharge or try to up-sell. Mo was good to work with and had the technician come out to review the problems with me so they would know exactly how to take care of it. Would definitely recommend them.

Paid over $900 for a stereo system and an alarm on my car. When they installed the amp with the sub box, they left the wires exposed, it touched the metal and blew the $250 new amp. This was their error in installation and they should be liable. I went back and forth with them for months. They told me they would try to warranty it out and call me back several times. I had to basically chase them to get somewhere. Last thing I heard was that they were going to give me a used amp that came in for trade. Needless to say this didnt happen. I gave up dealing with them. You would think that because of who I am in the car scene that they would have taken better care of me. They got their money, Im not worried about $250 for an amp. Its the principle of responsibility that they lack. I could have done this work myself, not had a blown amp and saved about $500.

My stereo was so messed up I thought I needed to replace many components to get it functional again. (one shop said I just needed to replace front speakers) this was not the case, these guys did it right and took my stereo completely apart and found I had a rats nest of wires behind my new stereo (installed by someone else)..... they fixed it up for a minimal fee and I couldnt be happier. They also replaced the bulbs in my headlamps for half the price of what the dealer wanted, and the dealer was only going to replace one of the bulbs. Elite changed out both! My car is 10+ years old and there are going to be things that wear out, I will definitely take my car back for the things this shop can take care of. Extremely happy customer!! Thanks Mo and the guys that fixed me up!

These guys get it! No pushy sales tactics and treated me right. I highly recommend Mo and his team. They tinted my windows for a fair price and the final product was oustanding!! I had a great experience last time I went in for 2 12 Subwoofers. This time I went in to get an in dash radio as a gift. The person there quoted me 400 for a radio listed as 160 at Walmart. Then said it would be another 200 in parts for just the mount and wiring harness. Installation wasnt mentioned. I imagine he would have wanted another 400 based off the ridiculous prices he gave before. Better off going to audio express and I never suggest that to anyone.

Had front left channels not working,went in and they had it going in an hour. Very fair and up front service, I look forward to upgrading my system in the future with them soon.

These guys were cool enough to work with me on an issue with a stereo that they didnt even install. They disconnected my stereo and reconnected it to reset the circuit and it worked, then they jacked the volume up and played it for 10-15 mins to see if there were any internal heating issues, or anything of that sort. They had that on the house since they didnt fix it they just replugged it in.Im definitely using these guys when I want to do some custom work on my car. They rock!

Very happy with the sound system I got done here on my Maxima !

I called the night before for a quote on running a power wire and audio cables from the front to the back. The guy I talked to gave me a quote for $300 so I scheduled an appointment.... when I got there the next day and after waiting a few hours they said it would be $500. Almost immediately when I started saying that the quote was for 300 some other guy came up and said it’s nonnegotiable if you don’t pay get the f*** out of the store. These guys aren’t serious about being professional or running a legit business, and in my opinion they are a bunch of clowns. Their ‘installer’ didn’t know anything about car audio because I had to talk with them for two hours for them to understand the basics of electronics. BEWARE: These ppl will try to take advantage of you by fabricating ridiculous stories about what they need to do to your car. I didnt tell them that i am an electrical engineer... and what they were talking about in regards to car audio is laughable.

I’m convinced that there’s no legit audio shops here in the west coast. Being from nyc area those guys are true kings and masters at this craft. I had all my equipment used on a previous install back in nyc shipped out here to install on a new car. Same exact head unit, same amps, same sub and speakers. However it CONSTANTLY clips and I have no clue why. I had it installed at another place here in Vegas, but went to this place for a diagnostic l, which helped slightly, but then went back to change to the nex again because I kept the stock head unit. Again it was just ok but started clipping like crazy. I use to be able to set off alarms and be heard blocks away at volume 18 on my NEX. Now I can’t even get it loud enough to where someone few houses down can hear me without it clipping. It’s to the point when my lease is up I’m just gonna get a car in nyc have it installed and shipped out here knowing everything is going to be high quality work. No point in wasting my time and money to get an issue that will not be corrected.

Thinking we had fixed our annoying sterio issue, we left on vacation to Vegas. Along the way we learned the fix was not the problem and dreaded our return trip home. We decided to see if the was anyone in Vegas that could fix it, knowing that it might be a big fat no. We found the reviews for Elite Audio & Customs and decided to give it a try. Mo had the parts and got us in the very next day!!! WOW we were pleasantly surprised! We are driving home now and it is heaven listening to our great sterio. Thank you Mo and your team - your great!

I had a push-button-start put in my car. Here is what went right:*they changed the fuse so my cigarette lighter works ... thats itHere is what went wrong:*took 2 days longer to do than they said it would*had to come in 3 times to get it to work right*they charged me $180 more to solder and shrink-wrap the wires but the connections are NOT shrink-wrapped or soldered, just twisted and taped with electrical tape*they did not do the trunk-pop feature like they said they would and said it would cost more once the job was finished*the ended up doing the trunk pop, on the 3rd visit, free due to me spending almost $1000 just for this feature, but it does not work right and when I pop the trunk the alarm goes off and the car locks up and wont start without the original key*the car goes bing bing bing every time the door is opened because they didnt disconnect the keylock key detection electrical relay*my power antenna wasnt working because it was not getting power. they said they tested it and it was getting power and the electric motor was shot. so, i got a new one and took it apart and hooked it up to 12v and guess what? YUP! the power antenna works fine!*even now, when you start the car, it grinds for 1/2 a second. they said they cant get it to disengage any sooner on both remote start and push button start.i give up on them. they are confidence men who have an obsequious yes boss attitude when they talk to you face to face but a eff you attitude once you leave, they are incompetent, they lie, they treat you like your time is worthless and thats if they ever get around the talking to you at all and they seem to hire nothing but ex cons.they lost my business and i regret going in
