My youngest is turning 16 soon. It is great to watch your kids grow more independent and mature. Also great that he can drive himself to school. He needs a car though. Well, happily I ended up buying one for myself instead. It’s been 15 years with my current car. My son went in a baby seat in the back. I deserve it. Happy days. Lucky me. Lucky also to find my sweet car waiting for me at Reliable. Found the car online (online shopping, am I right! 🙏🏽). Emailed and received a reply from Bert shortly after. I had previously made attempts on 2 other cars. 3rd time was the charm. Their salesman Bert is a pleasure. He is an old school good guy who treated me well. I pre applied for credit which saved time and when I was approved Bert held the car for me since I still had to fly in from Sacramento! I read Reliable’s online reviews and was relieved and surprised by all the good things people wrote. It made my flight into Vegas that much nicer. I can say that I had a great experience there and I’m especially thankful for the good fortune to have Bert walk me through it.

Mary is a lifesaver, I cannot stand a pushy car salesman, but Mary is what a true sales person who should train others. She understood my needs and we drove away with a beautiful Platinum, low mileage and the payments we wanted. She was honest about everything, and it all worked out. Inattentive sales staff. Even joked with the receptionist that it seemed like they didnt even want to sell me a car. When they refused to come down to market value on a car they refused to share the trade in value for my car they had already run.Responding with Fake doesnt make my experience false it only makes you childish.

As most used car dealers go, you never really leave feeling like you got a deal. That said, if you have a pulse and can string together a few words and know a couple numbers, youre almost guaranteed to drive home. This place is friendly, easy going, and will get you on the road. Im pretty sure I saw a dog drive of with a Maserati. Thats dedication!

They don’t want your business here so don’t waste your time. This is the worst place to even go to. They were polite enough but not a good sales company. They either don’t care about actually selling cars and getting them off their lot or they just only care about money. They had a sign that said they offer the best value and options and want to keep you as a customer but they let my fiancé and I walk out the door with a $13k prequalified letter for an auto loan from our credit company. The car we were interested in was only $14k so only $1,000 difference. Figured we’d go and drive it and have at least a conversation about negotiating. We were told straight up no. The sticker price and price they would finance was $20k and they told me it was already discounted and they wouldn’t discount it anymore, taxes and fees were still separate, and we had to cover registration. $14k is still a good price for the car we wanted... but it’s literally the principal of car sales have always been a negotiation and they wouldn’t even talk about it. Would not recommend. Then looked up their reviews and I don’t know how they have an average of 4.7 on google. They are not that good. Ended up buying a car for $13k taxes and fees included at another dealership. Way more worth it and people who actually care. I repeat, they don’t want your business here so don’t waste your time.

I recently purchased a Ford Van from Reliable Auto Sales. Harry was excellent through the entire process and the experience was a positive one. He answered all the questions I had and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that the service center fixed a minor alignment issue after I had the vehicle for a few days free of charge. I just recently moved to Las Vegas and I’m so happy I found an honest dealership that really cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership/ service center if you plan on buying a vehicle in the area. Real stand up guys.

It was a very expedient trip, I went in knowing which car I wanted and the sales associate Mary A. made it happen. We weren’t there the entire day and Mary made the process smooth as possible. I picked this dealership based off of the review and I am so glad I did now I have a new car and they could not have been more professional. 5 stars all the way!

We drove to “reliable” from Southern California for a 4x4 commercial Tahoe that was a fair price and low mileage. We test drove it and noticed little things that were wrong and misrepresented. We were going to still purchase the vehicle although it was listed leather and was vinyl and cloth and there was minor dents and paint chips. Prior to coming out we did a pre approval and spoke with Burt. When it came time to sign the paperwork they ADDED $500 to the internet price and tried to finance us for $16k when the Tahoe was $13999 and we had $4000 down. They made excuses that they had to add more money on to the purchase price because our credit wasn’t perfect! I understand out the door pricing and fees but adding money on to the Purchase price is literally corrupt. What a waste of time!

Bought my car there to realize that the car was three thousand dollars over price like most of their cars. It was missing parts like the window water tank. Tires were low on trends.The car kept breaking down within the first 30 day which I had to pay out pocket for the repairs. They stop acknowledging my warranty. They told me to take it to another shop because they will have to charge more because warranty wont cover some fees ,which I call the warranty they said they didnt even call to make a claim. They also said whatever the warranty doesnt cover I would have to pay out of pocket. I know this shop wasnt best but if this is how you treat a customer that been coming to you for more than 5 years I feel sorry for your new customers. Word of advice stay away! They will make it seem like they are helping you but remember its just business to them.

2015 Nissan Altima that was about $5500 above its KBB value. The A/C compressor then broke about a month and a half later. A lot of there cars are above the KBB market value.

I just bought my first car ever and buying it through Reliable Chevrolet was a breeze. I did as much research as I could before I even did anything. I was skeptical going into a dealer to avoid a bad experience, because weve all heard those stories about dealerships, but what I received was above and beyond. I first found a car online and e-mailed them to come look at it, and when I went in I was sent to Ryan May and he told me the car I was looking at had a salvaged title but he took down all the information of what I was looking for. I looked at a few cars and they werent the right fit and I had to leave. Ryan assured me he would find the car I was looking for and call me when he found it. Sure enough, a couple days later I got a phone call and Ryan was telling me about a great car with a great deal. I went in a few days later hoping to test drive it, but that car was already sold, so I was shown a 2016 Hyundai Accent and I love absolutely everything about it. Again I was skeptical considering prices and everything, but Ryan helped me find an outstanding price for the car. (I checked everything I could think of and really, its a great price.)They also took the time to show me 3 different detailed service reports, to make me 100% sure I was leaving with a reliable (pun kind of intended) vehicle. I highly recommend not only Reliable but also going through Ryan May, he was honest and straight forward with me, and made finding the right car for the right price incredibly easy. He explained everything to where I could understand from the different warranties to the different payment plans and made a very stressful process much simpler.

It’s funny how everything is possible at this dealership and then down the line things change. If you wanna do business with these guys you need to ask twice and get everything on paper. I drive the car and noticed there was a knocking from the from and that the aluminum trim was bad, I asked and was told that they check the car before I’d get it, the trim he would have check up on. After the test drive I said “we want the car, but I need this fixed”. The guy left and came back telling me the car was as is. Okay .. I accepted this. The day came where we were to pick up the car and I called the dealership to get an account #, but even though both my wife and I heard the guy say no problem, we were not able to do a wire, so we went to the bank. We got the money and went to get the car, signed all the papers, paid the due amount and then “sorry you can only have one key” ... Me + wife = 2 = need for two keys .. and we specifically asked for two keys just 4 days earlier. But no matter what our arguments were they wanted to keep the one key for the bank. (FYI the bank has a tracker in the car + we paid 75% in down payment). I can not recommend these guys.

Reliable I dont think I would call this place reliable. I was interested in a vehicle but was told that I needed to come back the next night financing manager. Why do I need speak to the financing manager when I have a cash offer? No negotiation on cash? Nope needed to come back. So I went across the street and purchased a vehicle in cash very similar to the one they had.

We did a pre approval application online and by morning we had made contact with Harry. He stayed in contact with us the entire time when he said he would and made sure we had what we needed. The only downfall was we found the lug nuts on the vehicle we purchased were not tightened down. Had my husband not been focused on every tiny noise or feeling of the car it could have cost him his life(we traveled 400 miles one way for this vehicle). All in all the service we received from our sales rep as well as Mary in financing was phenomenal. I will be going back for my next vehicle.

All right, to begin with... it took four individuals in order to help me schedule an oil change on the phone the day prior. When I arrived, there were about three new guys that were being trained by another new guy who did not put my car in the system. My car was supposed to take about an hour and a half for an oil change. An hour into me waiting, the new guy called me and told me there was a recall on my car and he would like to get it inspected as it would take an extra 45 minutes. If they needed to do the work, it may take several hours. I informed him to let me know after the inspection if my car needed to get the work done as I would probably need to reschedule because I had to pick up my kids from school. To make a long story short, they did not call me and proceeded to remove my gas tank to change a seal at the top of the gas tank. I tried to take a shuttle (with the not-so-friendly receptionists at the front desk) to my parents home in order to pick up my son from school on time, but no one was available for an hour or more. My car was not found in the system and I missed picking up my son from school. The only saving grace was a gentleman by the name of, Ralph, who helped me at the end to locate my car and apologized for the mishap! Thank you, Ralph, for helping me as I would have walked away and left my car overnight as I was frustrated! Poor customer service, to say the least and I honestly am so tempted to walk into Ford and trade my vehicle in for better customer service!

Amazing. Harry, go find him! He’s a retired nurse and he works at the dealership to stay busy, so that right off the back is great work ethics. He did wonderful helping us purchase a car. If you met my husband and I, we are the type of people that is hard to win over, but his knowledge about German engineering, Korean models, and American cars is great because he helped us choose between two winners we couldn’t decide. Literally I hope reviews like this get read by the bosses over there so he can get what he deserves.Also he gave my son a flag and pizza because you know how kids could get....

Raymond is cool! He helped us checked the car that we chose for possible problems/defects and was honest about the other cars’ issues that we considered. There was an issue with the payment system due to an internet connectivity problem but Raymond did everything he can to find a solution. The manager was not pleasant at all. But, overall we like the car that we bought from them, has low mileage and very clean. Reasonable price.

First and foremost I want to give my biggest thanks and hugs to Luis V. And Clark Nelson, Sr. Luis talked to me before I came in and told me everything would be alright and I didn’t believe it. I was even approved for the loan had the down payment all that. Then they told me when Mary was not working they sold the car a day before my flight. Wasted $300 on plane tickets... Dont even waste your time with these reliable people

I came in and looked at several cars then I was interested in and Mitch was a great help. I went to the lot for the third time before I purchased my Lexus and again Mitch was very helpful answering all of my questions. In the day I came in to purchase the vehicle Mitch co-worker Mary helped me with all the paperwork everything went by so quick including insurance and all less than an hour. Mary was awesome as well helping me figure out some of the Technologies and the vehicle.Ive been to many dealerships and I came back to this dealership three times everyone here is very helpful, welcoming, and their focus is getting you exactly what you want not just selling you a vehicle. Found the best truck for a great price. The sales staff wad helpful but not pushy and was able to get us going with the vehicle quickly. Overall it has been greasy experience. This was our third vehicle purchased at Reliable and they have all been great vehicles at a great price.

After visiting one time and deciding to look around at other dealerships, I returned to Reliable Auto Sales. My sales person, Steven was so much help and worked with me to make it an easy, comfortable and most ideal experience possible. Unlike the other dealerships and salesmen I spoke to, Steven and the other team members did not make me feel pressured or obligated to make any decisions until I was ready. After my truck was broken into I called your service department to schedule an appointment and they made one for me the very next day. Chuck, in service, was very tentative and understanding. Which made things quite reassuring. His care, in itself, made taking my vehicle there pleasing. As for the work done to my truck, the technician did a great job. I am happy with that to say the least. I do have to say that the cost of labor and parts is pricey. Especially for hard working people. I normally post reviews when I have a complaint. This time ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. The for to person here is Mary. Customer service, honestly and beyond reliable. I actually was going through the purchase process and she had another client as well. She made sure she was there every step of the way ensuring things were coming along in a timely fashion. She made sure I got the most for my trade in. Overall 5 stars. 10 if allotted.

Always friendly and attentive! Bought my old car about 4 years ago and I decided to check them out again and they were very nice!
