Joshua was great from start to finish. Worked with me and my insurance company and offered services no other shop offered at the time. Body work was excellent, my car drives like new. Definitely will be referring to everyone who needs repair from an accident.

They are a body shop and mechanics, I usually Coe here to do the usual car routine services.They also fixed some dents in my daughters car. They always go beyond any expectations. The thing the most impacted me was not only their knowledge, cheap prices and professionalism, but honesty. We had a couple service done at dealerships before going to them, and dealership always came out with thousands of dollars (cars are on the 50k milage) in repairs that according to them were needed. I then sent the car to Joshua and Victor and they tell me that I did not need any of those repairs but just regular service, and advising when some other service need to be done. Im so lucky to have found this place, I recommended them to all my family and friend.

This is the best place in the area to get work done on your car. I was involved in a head on accident in my brand new Camry in January. I called and spoke to the repair man who walked me through the process. Customer Service was excellent as well as the work that was done on my car. They made sure that i was satisfied and for that I would recommend them to anyone

This is the only place we go to every time we need work on our vehicles. Theyve painted a few of our motorcycles and repaired our vans and the finished product comes out like new. Jaes shop is always busy, but hes also attentive to your needs and the turnaround is great. We would recommend this shop to anyone.

Nothing but only positive things to say about this place! I saw an advertisement few years ago and went there for car repair. Mr. Jung took a good care of my car and got it back like nothing get happened. I was so impressed by work they performed and have been a regular customer since then. Chase has fixed multiple cars for our family for a few years now. He is extremely attentive and very diligent with his work. He will bend over backwards to resolve any issues that may arise during the process. He also ensures that quality parts are used and will fight insurance companies to do so when necessary.

My white Porsche Cayman S had its bumper destroyed in a parking and no information was left by the perpetrator. Fortunately, The Collision Service Center was able to take care of me. My bumper looks just like it did when I got it off the showroom floor and was done at a great price with a hasty turnaround.

Awful customer service, awful craftsmanship, gets 5 start reviews by offering a small discount because otherwise would never get them. The owner treated me like an inconvenience for walking into his business for a quote. Was there to talk to him about a fleet account. I would never consider doing business with this bottom feeder.

What a hidden gem they r!!! I strongly recommend this place for u to experience their best services!!! When I brought my car based on my friends recommendation, I was unsure of all steps what I suppose to take with my car, and insurance. The owner, mr. Jung, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions with polite manners even he seems crazy busy... not only that, all employees r very attentive and proactive for all services... They also rent me a Van as my preference, so it worked out great as family vacation car(even better than my SUV : truly thanksful for that). After I got my car back, I even surprised more with how my car turned out.. it literally looks like a new car:)When I got in there for the first time, I was so stress out and upset. However, when I pick up my car, everything turned out as happy ending...I truly appreciate their service and I want to share my experience with everybody who needs any car services... I needed someone to inspect a vehicle I was thinking about buying, and Collision Service said bring it down and Ill inspect it. They took me right away and told me the concerns of the vehicle. He assured me the vehicle had minor body damage and even noticed a few parts that could be repaired. If Im ever in a situation for a repair I will be heading back to Collision Service Center. I ve been going to couple of different auto body shops before and I wasnt really satisty with their work so that I was looking for new body shop to try after my car has damaged from car wash. My friend recommended me The collision service center. I was there for just estimates and tried to shop around different shops but owner of this shop was very friendly and very attentive to help me. He didnt really give any pressures and break down every details on damages and costs. He was very helpful and willing to help me. I decided to fix here and it took couple more days than I expected due to insurance but my car became brand new car. He even washed and detailed the car too which i have never experience in othet shops. My experience at the Collision Service Center was wonderful and I strongly recommend everyone to fix their car bodys here.

The owner was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to my family. Insults were made, F bombs were dropped and anyone who treats anyone like so, does not deserve our business.

2011 Camry has been a silver fix, but it is very good for international students.
