Did a great job fixing deep dent created by small boulder that smashed into on on 215. Windshield replaced and looks great. They took time to place parking stickers onto new one. Husband says the repair looks great and like nothing ever happened. Agent John was fantastic keeping us posted throughout the week with the status of the car.

Everything went smooth. If I ever get another door ding I will request the panel be changed. I can still see a slight bend in the crease of the door. The work they did was great but, I wish they would have proactively done the best fix.

This is the third time I’ve used Jim Marsh and for me customer service is just as important as the final product (maybe more so). I came in for my scheduled appointment slightly before my appointment time and was told that it will be 15 minutes after my appointment time because they just had a walk in.I have referred people here before, but I value my time and the people who trust my referral and now, my reference will be they do a good job, but they don’t value their customers time or their commitments to customers who make the effort to coordinate with their availability when coming in. Not only did I have to wait over 15 minutes, but so did the family member who came with me after I drove 30 minutes out of my way to give them repeat business. Very disappointing!!!

Miserable experience and terrible service. I hate being lied to. They held on to the car for 4 days to complete a less than 3 hour estimated job. When I called to just get my car back because it sat 3 days, they insist it was in a disassembled state and cant be picked up. Minutes after the call I can track on my app the car was suddenly in motion being moved from where it sat for the previous 72 hours. After the work was completed my wife went to pick up the car and they charged her the price of parts that I already prepaid. I have yet to be reimbursed for overpayment despite their claim to make things right. Absolutely unacceptable.These guys are not trustworthy, overcharged me, and held the car for an unreasonable amount of time.

Had to take my car 200+ miles to this shop so they could do a recall. While it was there, we had them go through the mechanics thoroughly. Had to have a rental during this time. They have 2 rental companies on site. Marcia with HERTZ was amazing!! Not only did she give me a great deal because my car was getting fixed, but then the service manager got my rental bill down even more!

So had my car was towed there they called me when the car had arrived asked me to come in so they could go over what we needed to be done which I did the lady was very professional we identified what needed to be fixed she put the work order in and now well wait and see and so far very impressed everyone had to wear a mask the place was very clean

The staff was always courteous, helpful and responsive. They dealt directly with the insurance company so I didnt have to. The work was professional. They provided fair quotes for some extra work I was considering having done. There was an Enterprise car ental office right on their premises which made that very convenient. I cant think of anything negative to report.

Car was there for 3 weeks. The mechanics get paid like 50-80$ AN HOUR and my car scale back still scratched, my windshield wiper is bent, one of my panels were in the trunk, my gear shift was broken!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Was side swiped on driver side at the airport 4 years ago. Jim Marsh did the insurance work on my vehicle. They replaced the door skin on driver door and worked on passenger rear. The paint is starting to crack on the door they worked on and the body worked done is not the best, not straight.

I recently had my car completely painted by Jim Marsh Body Shop. They did an amazing job! I was very please with the level of service that I received and all of the correspondence. Randy is awesome and kept me in the loop all of the way. My car looks beautiful and like new. I am happy to send anyone wanting first class body to work to this location. They had my vehicle for three weeks, approximately. When I picked up, I was shocked. I expressed my shock to the lady who gave me my car keys. They missed a few small areas and blamed the insurance company. Very unprofessional. The car rental allowed by the insurance was all used. If I want car fixed at this shop, I would be responsible for the rental, about four or five more days. I will never, ever use this body shop again. In my opinion, their actions are a good way to lose customers.

I could not be happier with these guys and the work they did.When I walked in, I felt a little out of place because clearly they do more insurance work than cash paid walk-ins.That being said I explained my situation to the first available person at a desk and they had me fill out a form. It was clearly geared toward insurance claims, so I was a little confused at first, since I just wanted a quote.I had overloaded my bike rack on my Subaru Outback at last years Burningman and destroyed a panel on the tailgate, which I then found out was not made of metal, like the rest of the back gate.Once I filled out the form, and after a few minutes, Mike came and quoted me the cost of the OEM part and what it would cost to paint and install.The price they quoted me for the OEM part was the same price I could find it online on my own, from a junk yard, so I was quite happy and ordered the part right away.They did mention that the color might not be exact, because of the fading on my current paint, etc, but matching a paint job from a junk yard doesnt alleviate that problem, and I couldnt find a panel from a junk yard that matched my factory color anyway.The paint and installation quote was better than fair.After everything was complete, the panel on my car looked absolutely perfect. They matched the exact paint color from the Subaru factory based on my vin number. I couldnt be more thrilled!I certainly could not have gotten these results doing the work on my own.Thanks Wendy and Mike!

This body shop will contact you in all forms of communication when your car is being fixed . But the moment you car is done they will “attempt” to call you on your phone that it is done. I received no phone calls that my car was fixed leaving me to have to pay the remainder of my rental due to their poor ability to reach out to their customer. It is amazing what places will do to save a couple hundred bucks.Will absolutely be not bringing my cars nor recommending this place to anyone I know. Especially my military friends because they do not work with you and your schedules.

My 2019 Mazda 6 had to be repainted due to a flaw in the paint process. Mazda chose Jim Marsh Auto Body... And WOW!!I could not be more impressed. They went above and beyond. Araceli was so easy to work with. My car looked better than it did coming off the showroom floor.

It took 3 times to fix the AC on my daughters car that was related to the car accident that she was in. Our insurance company made sure that they got it done correctly on the last attempt. The AC still has issues but it is not blowing the hot air.

They were not professional at all, when entering there office they took there time to even ask you what you needed. There never returned phones calls, after giving us a date never bother to tell is it changed or that there was a problem. The work was very good but will never be return business.

Great service, even if you dont get service done there: Went there with my totaled Acura. They said it could be fixed for double what the car was worth, but Randy promised to send pictures and information to my insurance company, even though their shop is not a preferred shop for this insurer. He did it quickly and efficiently. The shop itself is beautifully laid, out, car rental service is RIGHT INSIDE, everyone was professional and quick to provide assistance. I am DEFINITELY going here if I need body work.

The most professional auto collision center Ive ever had to work with. Everyone is super friendly, from the receptionist all the way to the Body Shop Manager. My car looks better than new! The claims experience was a piece of cake. It was VERY convenient that a Hertz Car Rental is in the same building, so I didnt have to get a ride anywhere to get a rental. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone needs car body repair!

They were awesome. The whole process from checking in to leaving was streamed lined. You deal with one or two people through the process and thats it. No need to expect a call or deal with a random person. The person you initially meet is the same person that hands you your keys when they are done. Plus they detailed and washed our car while servicing it... Will definitely be back.

I took my truck here because it was offered as Geicos Auto Repair Xpress program. After picking up the truck I noticed scratches on the bumper and a weird circular mark on my bedside. I took it back and they color sanded was the wording used by the manager. The bumper was fixed the second time but the bed side circular marks in the clear is even bigger now. I have called Geico and requested someone else repair this. No more Jim Marsh Auto Body for me.UPDATE: I found wiring from my bumper not even attached and just dangling.

They gave me a fair estimate on a repair I chose to pay for out of pocket. Then they completed the work on schedule and without the need for any corrections. The body work and paint were done so well that you cant tell there was any damage in the first place. I also had them fix a wheel with curb damage and that wheel came out looking great. I couldnt be happier!

Beautiful job and great customer service. My rep was Araceli Keene who was awesome. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was extremely professional and if she didnt know the answer to my question she made sure to find out and got back to me ASAP. When we came to pick the car up my husband noticed a spot on the repair that had been missed by buffing. When we pointed it out to Araceli she immediately apologized as if she had missed it herself, and took it back in for them to buff out. I figured we would be there for another hour, but to my amazement she reemerged in less than 10 minutes with a smile on her face telling us it was all taken care of. She walked us back out to the car to make sure it was to my husbands approval. It was. The body work done here is excellent. My husband used to teach paint and auto body repair so he isnt that easy to impress. He was very impressed with the job done by this business. We are so impressed with the customer service that we intend to purchase our next vehicle from Jim Marsh, AND we are hoping to be able to get our leased vehicle serviced here also. One thing to add. I had a really bad experience with this company numerous years ago. They are in no way shape or form the company from 15 years ago. They are better than most places I have had to deal with for my automotive needs. Will definitely be back for all my automotive needs. Thanks Araceli and crew.

I owned my 2017 Nissan for 5 months before I got into an accident. The front end was severly damaged. I was very skeptical about taking my car anywhere (of course I read all the reviews). Jim marsh was recommended by Nissan and state farm. I called once a week to get updates and ask questions. Austin was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and eased my nerves of my new car not being done right. The only downside is it took 2 months to get it done. But when I picked it up it looks and drives like the day I drove it off the lot. I couldnt be happier with my experience and the work done!!!!! Highly recommend.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable employees at first Havent had work done yet, but expected to receive notch job. However as soon as they got my insurance check, everything changed. Story after story, failed promise after failed promise and a now a 2-3 day job turned into 2 week long ordeal and $990.00 car rental bill. Would NEVER use them again.

Horrible customer service. Araceli is beyond rude and stuck up. I take my car in and she takes pictures and says she will send me an estimate and I should bring my car in tomorrow. I wait most the day and still no email or communication. I call the shop back and they say it was all done they basically were just too lazy to tell me. They said I could bring in the car now and drop it off or in the morning. Working nights I wanted to drop off now so I bring it down.Once I arrive Araceli says nobody’s working so they can’t accept my car because enterprise will not give me a car since there is no tech available. I ask why I was told to come down to the store. She just shrugs me off and says to bring it tomorrow. I said okay but I wanted to make sure everything is squared away with enterprise. She says, “they just come and go, I don’t know when they’re here you just have to wait.” Are you kidding me? No respect for my time.I then go home (again) and call back and Araceli answers the phone, I tell her I’m frustrated and about to go someplace else for my claim. She says, “go somewhere else, you’re more than welcome” and hangs up. Seriously?USAA then sets me up at Service King just a couple miles away. There it’s a one stop shop. Drop off and you leave it and get your rental immediately. Way better service. Check them out and don’t give your money to these ignorant people.

I had a fine experience here. My poor pickup somehow backed into a pole or something with me at the wheel, crumpling the fender, etc. The people at Jim Marsh were professional and prompt. These events are never what you’d call enjoyable, but that’s hardly their fault. They didn’t sandbag, stonewall, prevaricate, or mislead. What more can I say?

WOW ! PERFECT REPAIR JOB ! A+++ Had $13K repair work done on my brand new KIA Telluride, front and rear damage from being hit from behind and shoved into car ahead of me. Can’t say enough good things about Jim Marsh Auto Repair…. MARIA DIAZ was my repair estimator, and boy she is excellent !Maria made my experience top notch at Marsh, she worked with me and Geico on the repairs, but she made me feel that she was working “for me”, and not Geico (unlike some repair companies, I have used).Geico requested a “tear down” of all the damaged areas, and a special engineering company was requested to come out and take detail pictures. Maria worked with the engineering company and got them in and out in record time, and subsequently worked up a detail repair estimate with all new parts (since it was a brand new car). The estimate was extremely detailed and was 100% accepted by Geico and repairs only took about 2 ½ weeks. We had some parts delays since the Telluride was a brand new car from Kia, which caused some additional delays up front, but all arrived, had a few parts come in damaged, but replaced in a timely manner.In summary, thanks to Maria and her repair team at Marsh Body Shop, the car came out PERFECT, all body panels were painted perfectly, color matching was right-on, and all body spacing’s were perfect. The car looks better than new, all damage was replaced. Maria gave me constant updates and even got me a tour of the repair facility with John Kiker, the Production Manager at Marsh, who gave the car the final inspection & OK.Could not have asked for a better repair job…highly recommend Marsh & estimator Maria for repairs.Thanks, Dave Fandel

Brought my car to Jim Marsh Body Shop for insurance-covered repair after getting rear ended. That was June 2017. Its now March 2018, Ive had to bring my car back three times now for warranty repair because they think gluing the sides of the bumper to the frame is a good fix. Im tired of battling with the adjuster here to get it fixed properly. Ive had to call my insurance company to get help with this! Absolutely unacceptable.To add injury to insult, Im now getting calls from their sales department to try to sell me a car!!Update April 2018:Brought my car back and talked to the adjuster again to try to resolve this. She took pictures and sent it to your insurance....called to follow up with my insurance and they never got anything from her. Now shes lying to me!!Brought my car back AGAIN to try to resolve the issue with the manager, more run around and still no resolution. So much for being stress free and putting my car back to pre accident condition like their website promises.Shop manager told me “it’s stressful, you need to follow up with your insurance” because they won’t.I asked him about the claims on the website to provide excellent customer service and quality repair, and he said “sometimes we don’t meet goals, sometimes we do”. Wow.This place is a nightmare all the way around.

I took my car here after an incident I had which left my window busted and my seat scratched along with a few other minor issues. Anyways skip to this place getting my car, they replaced everything with the insurance paying, over $6k worth of damage, but this place decided to go cheap and get me seats that dont match my car, the upholstery job is pathetic and the leather is loose, and the window they replaced had to be re-adjusted and still doesnt fit properly, it pokes out of my car about 1/4th of an inch. I took my car back after they messed it up for the second time and am going somewhere else with my insurance agent.

Kinda disappointed. Had some dents on the roof of my car after a bike rack failed and the bike came off. After five days I called to see if it was ready. Nobody called me back till the next day.We went to pick up the car and found a fair amount of overspray. They said come back in a couple of hours. When we came back we looked more closely and could still see a rather sizable dent.Left again and was called the next day. It did look fine, except I might have expected the car to be clean and look more or less brand new, but no, it was really dirty.Seems like they need better quality control.

The repair on my vehicle came back with 3 missing part, tire not screwed on all the way. Window tint scratched up. My vehicle is brand new too, only had it for a couple of months. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had a terrible experience at the Jim Marsh body shop and if I could give this review zero stars I would.I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here to fix the body damage done by a hit and run driver and to also fix a starter issue. I brought it here because it was the only place I found locally that can handle both bodywork and mechanical without sending the vehicle out. Overall they had my vehicle for more than a month and a half.They told me incorrect days when it would be done on more than half a dozen occasions. On one occasion they told me it was done but when I went to pick up the vehicle they had completely missed the rear passenger door that was being covered by my insurance. They initially expected me to cover the extra days of my rental vehicle even though the extra time needed was do to their error. They even quoted the wrong days for the vehicle to be fixed to Enterprise repeatedly and I was even charged by Enterprise because of the mistakes by the Jim Marsh body shop. This took me more time and effort to get refunded.TLDR: The Jim Marsh body shop and mechanics are extremely inefficient, took more than a month and a half to fix minor issues with the starter and superficial body damage. They initially expected me to cover the rental and continually quoted incorrect days for it to be fixed to both me, the rental company, and my insurance company. I can not recommend this body shop or the mechanics here at all. This was a terrible experience.

*UPDATE* Review changed to 3 stars for now. Apparently the trunk damage is warping, possibly due to the heat. Either way, both myself and the estimator missed seeing the existing damage when the vehicle was dropped off.Regardless, the overspray, beverage stains, roof scratch, and failure to finish the actual initial job (not painting my door handle at all) are still unacceptable. The shop has, however, agreed to correct their mistakes. I have an appointment in 8 days and will further update my review at that time. Production manager informed me they were working with their skeleton crew last week, suggesting that some of their employees arent quite up to par.The manager was fair in going over the issues with me, and I expect the issue to be fully resolved.Brand new car being repaired under claim because I was hit by someone else. Upon retrieving the vehicle, the paint job wasnt finished where it was supposed to be, there are paint spots all over in places they shouldnt have touched.There are stains from them placing cups/beverages ok top of the vehicle, there is a large spot of what appears to be paint on a different panel than was being repaired, there are new LARGE scratches on the vehicle in areas that were previously undamaged, and my trunk was dented in and bubbling as if they hit something in the shop. (Vehicle was perfect aside from 1 hood scratch and damage to passenger side from collision).I will update this review if they resolve the situation but as of now I am DISGUSTED. Theyve ruined my brand new vehicle, which is a lease, which means even more trouble for me down the road if the car isnt fixed properly.This location was recommended to me by the insurance company of the person who struck my vehicle. That persons initial inability to drive their own vehicle safely has made my life hell.

Theyve been giving me the run away my car will be done, hey told me initially 7-9 days but it has now been 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing. I was referred to Jim Marsh Body Shop by Geico after hit and run incident on my vehicle. At first I though they were expensive when I got the estimate but after researching and comparing other body shops in Las Vegas Area, I found out that there was no more than $200 difference.I proceeded with Jim Marsh trusting Geico since I was new in Las Vegas from New York but I was overly satisfied with the results after just a week.The lady in the Office kept calling me with updates, she was very friendly and explained everything in a professional manner.My wife was treated with respect when she went to drop off the car and also when my Vehicle was ready for pick up.Above all that,, I started loving my car again because they did a great job on it and my car looked new again.It was worth the money because I enjoy driving my car again.Thank you for the great job and proffesionalism Jim Marsh Body Shop Team.

Sent here by geico after minor damage after a collision. It took them a week to get it fixed but failed to call us when our car was ready costing us over $100 in rental car fees. We only found out when we called them back. When we went to pick up the car the battery was completely dead. They jumped it but it died again when we got home. They refused to replace the battery or reimburse us for any rental car costs. The manager was extremely unhelpful and gave us every excuse in the book about why our dead battery was our problem. We would never go here for any service again.

Had the front end of my Dodge Charger repaired due to an accident. Insurance paid for everything , so I had no suprise fees. My car came back looking brand new. They did an amazing job, color match was perfect and havent had any issues the 2 months Ive had it back. My only gripe is I wish theyde have communicated better, at least called every few days to give the status of the body work. Also my front license plate (a dodge emblem) wasnt placed back on my car. I recently noticed that and Im sure they dont have it so Im s.o.l there.

I had a $4000 dollar job done there.It was ok but not great, they didnt pull my washer nozzles from the cowl before painting, I aligned the hood after I got it home AND had to press a slight kink in the hood down myself. Looked better after I spent an hour finishing it for them.

Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop!!!!! It was so bad that we had to have the car toad to the Mercedes dealership because Marsh would not repair the car the right way!!! They wanted my wife to take the car and fight for the repairs later. The car after the accident was unsafe to drive!! My wife went for a test drive with the rep and while driving the steering wheel started vibrating in her hands, she pointed this out to the rep , he gave her no response!!!!!!!! I then had the car toad to Mercedes were they found another 4000 dollars worth of damage !!! While there the service rep pointed out that body lines were off,bolts were not tightened, there was an air pump that was not fixed the right way !!! Mercedes said parts were bent, parts were missing, I can go on and on!!! I would avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!

This location is a Geico ARX location. They have a dedicated Geico representative at this location. Rental is available at location. All repairs are guaranteed through ownership of car through Geico and the repair shop. I have to say Geico is amazing they were very accommodating and Jim Marsh expedited my repairs quicker than expected. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.

If i could give ZERO stars I would! My car was taken here on an insurance claim on August 27... it was stolen so this work was going to be 100000% ALL paid, youd think easy money for the shop right? HA! wrong! I had my car in this shop for THREE months. The person responsible for ensuring my car was done sits at a desk all day and he himself told me he does NOT verify the work his people do. His words were and i quote When they tell me its done, its done. I had to come back & forth 5 times to have work completed that he failed to check. Examples: 1- My car would jump and stutter while being driven, he told me because they are a body shop they cant fix it BUT there are no engine lights on they see no reason why the car needed to go to the mechanic shop (which was down the street). 2- My radio was sticking out of the console (due to damage from the theft the whole inside of my car was replaced) his answer to me was well its a new piece. I dont give a damn if it was new, used, or borrowed; prior to my car being stolen the radio never stuck out of the console, I could put my fingers behind the radio, it was finally fixed after 3 visits. 3- the seats were replaced with FILTHY dirty stained covered seats that still had glass stuck inside them from the previous accident those seats were in (all parts put into my car were recycled parts) They finally deep cleaned the seats after I bitched enough. 4- There is a missing piece to the passenger floor area (which the state farm inspector said is a frame piece to help hold the shape of the console under the carpet) the shop worker stated that there is not a piece they could order from the dealer to replace it (I called bull$hit so with the wonders of fuc*ing google I found it in 5 minutes) Marco is unprofessional and has NO idea how to pick up a phone and communicate. He completely refused to speak to my husband, only me and when he would speak to my husband you could tell he was uncomfortable. Not once did he ever call me to update me on the progress of my car. It be different if I was coming out of pocket and didnt have the money but Im not this is alllllll being covered 100% by my insurance and he had no urgency to correct the problem. Finally after my insurance agent told me to just take my car and go to another shop did they want to finally look under the hood. Guess what the mechanic shop found? you guessed it, a PROBLEM! Even though they didnt fix it they were able to find that there was in fact an issue. I was forced to pick up my car as Hertz threatened to repo our rental because we reached our max on the rental. We needed to come out of pocked for the rental. We took the car to another shop and they fixed the mechanic issue in 60 mins, i understand Jim March is a auto body shop but they refused to send the car to the mechanic shop because there was not an engine light on and they were not mechanic professionals they said... but they were mechanic professional enough to refuse to send the car somewhere to be looked at. When replacing my car the trim work they did was horrible, its already popping off. headliner is falling off, there is a missing seat belt in the back, and the seats wont glide back n forth. needless to say I am now at a new shop to have done what this shop failed to doA rep called me after I picked up my car to see how my experience was, I told him all the above. He let me know the OWNER would call me.... its been a month HAHAHAAA.

JIM MARSH BODY SHOP REVIEWGeico sent us to Jim Marsh Body Shop to fix a dent on our vehicle. The staff was friendly and everything went smoothly during the drop off. Today we went to pick up and when we got into our vehicle, we noticed pieces and screws sitting in the doorwall. Later I find a wire clip under my seat. They come out and put the pieces back where they go and appologize. My husband looks over the vehicle and notices overspray on the driver window. They come back out and scrape it off, and appologize again. Now the real doozie, we start the car and put in drive and the dash starts dinging and says Blindspot Detection Unavailable. We think, well they turned off a bunch of other stuff so maybe it needs to be turned back on. No, it IS in fact on. My husband gets out and looks at the mirror. It looks like it has been scraped against something and the sensor is scuffed up! I took it in for a dent and now my mirror is scuffed and my blindspot detector is ruined. Theu sent someone out and asked us to bring it back Monday after they review the photos and talk to the men that worked on the vehicle. I am furious!!!!

I had to fix my car and my insurance Geico advice me to fix it here . Big mistake ! Very poor job , very bad customer survive . Took them a months up to they had it fix and it supposed to be no longer the a week . Any Body shop would do way better job than these guys .If you dont want to have stress and waste your time you should go to Service King and some another shop with employees who understand from body job .Im still wondering why Geico is working with amateur body shop !

I was at another dealer down the road and they told me my appointment was just to check my car in and they would look at it in 3 days. Came here unannounced with out an appointment they took my truck in, fixed it, and I was on the road the next day!
