I brought documents to the UPS store this morning to drop off. One of the documents did not have a label and I had the UPS overnight label emailed to me. The manager at the store wanted to charge me three dollars for a UPS label at the UPS store. I told him I’ve never been charged for a label for UPS before. He said he’s not charging for the label he’s charging for the “Word Processing” fee. I was able to call the company the documents were going back to and I got the label switch to FedEx. Went down the street got the labels print it off for free with no hassle.

I was needing to return something through the post office and my post office was super rude and unhelpful. I stopped in at this UPS for something unrelated and Garrett was super helpful and even offered to help me out with my return that the post office wouldnt. Exceptional customer service.

I dropped off about $500 worth of Amazon Returns to this location about a week ago, Amazon never got them, they wont issue a refund, my tracking numbers never got updated, and now I cant call and get ahold of anyone at this store, the number on Google just gives me the run around through UPS Customer Support and other useless help.Update: Finally got ahold of someone at the store who said the drop off receipt is as far as I can go through UPS, yet Amazon told me otherwise. Im not sure whose side Im supposed to believe, but Im $500 in the hole at a time when I have rent and other things due, so this whole thing is a joke.

I used this location to send important documents overnight and the documents were never delivered. I tried to track my package and it said the packages was not able to be tracked. I then tried to call this location several times and no one answer the phone, and did not call me back. AVOID this location!

The UPS store makes sending gifts and packages more convenient for my family.My son wanted to send his dad, a special gift through the mail to Atlanta, Georgia.UPS service center packed his gift and shipped our gift and also delivery my son gift to his dad in another state with in 24 hours.The UPS service center was the only place where, I was able to make one stop, shop and ship using quality speed of services.

Sam did not have good customer service, he is extremely rude and condescending towards customers and over heard him being the same way with other employees while customers were present.. I would of given this location 0 stars if it would let me but had to settle for a 1.

We have been working with Wilma and the staff here for more than 10 years. These folks are absolutely phenomenal! Dont go anywhere else!!! The low reviews do not accurately portray this location.

I was helping my grandmother in Knoxville send a package. I gave her clear instructions & emailed her the pre-made label. She does not have a printer, so I told her to take the email in and they would print. She got confused because the customer service representative the day she went initially told her “I cannot print the label”. She eventually was told it could be printed for $3. In my other experiences with UPS Stores the clerk will just print the label. I called around Knoxville and most will print the label at no cost. A pre-paid label doesn’t cost $3. I don’t respect the nickel & dime protocol. Go elsewhere.

Have no complaints and get great service. Pricing is always discussed and customers may decide whether or not to proceed. Customers always have the option to decide if they want to pay or find another option somewhere else. Using mailbox service and shipping is very convenient.

Called seven times finally got someone who laid the phone down. After overhearing several conversations and three cash register rings a man picked up. He was short and hung up before I was finished talking.UPS randomly delivers some packages to my door and others to the store so I have to call if I dont receive a package stupid company!

I want to recommend this UPS Store for it’s great customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Nathan, the manager. We had documents that needed notarized late this evening and he stayed late waiting for everyone to arrive. Quickly and efficiently did his job for a very reasonable price. Then stayed even later allowing us to use the store counters to finish our paperwork. We can’t thank him enough. Truely exceptional service.

Yes I was charged more than the website had said for copies. But if its a franchise location they can charge what they want. And Im completely ok with that BECAUSE the customer service was GREAT!! The guys there went above and beyond to help when I was having trouble with my order. And the younger guy was so sweet and patient with an elderly lady ahead of me. Good customer service is very hard to find in this day and age. And especially in this area but lets face it most customers want extras for free,to be treated like royalty or want there thing five minutes ago. If you go in any business with a negative attitude expect the same back at you. Lol Anywho I had a great experience and would recommend this location! Have a great day peeps!

Ive only used them to drop off return items and theyve been good with those. Im greeted with a smile and the a thank you when I leave. The one issue I have noticed is they rarely open on time, five to fifteen minutes late almost every time Ive been there at opening.

Wow! What terrible customer service. My mother and I walked into this location, completely devoid of any other customers and were treated like we were putting out the two employees there.One was stocking shelves and barely greeted us, only to ask if we were making drop offs. When we said yes, she made zero effort to help.This is when Brock rolled up to the counter from the back of the store.Just some drop offs, my mother smiled. But, if its not a problem Id like separate recipes for them.This was in reference to the three small, pre-labeled, packages we brought in.Brock, who had never so much as greeted or smiled at us, proceeded to glare at my mother as he rudely scanned, printed, and roughly passed along the three recipes.Brock should not be the representative of any company, and had no excuse to be anything other than cordial and helpful.Merry Christmas, Brock.

This store is fantastic!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed a special size box for mailing my wreaths and they were very helpful and were able to order them for me and keep them on hand - so when I need a box, I just go by there and pick them up. This really, really helps me, as the box size that I need is not carried by anyone else in my area. :)

Used this store to print my pre paid label. My bill was $3.28I was fine until I went to the Hardin Valley Ups store two days later for the same thing... a pre paid shipping label printed... and was charged 18 cents!!!!!!!!! My jaw dropped and I asked him why it was so much cheaper. He said each store is owned by different people.Two days later again I went back to Hardin Valley for a pre paid shipping label to be printed.... didn’t charge me anything!Needless to say I told him I’ll be returning to Hardin Valleys store from now on!As a franchise your prices should be comparable to the other stores!There is no comparison between $3.28 and .18!!

This place is aweful. The people were rude the last time we went here and then today when my husband went there he waited up front for 15 minutes before someone came to the front and then they told him to wait. He was late to work because of the staff here and was there 20 minutes total before he had to leave and never was able to drop off the package. I halfway want to go there and tell every person to walk through the door to go elsewhere.
