Easy to locate, plenty of parking. Very neat,well organized and clean area. Safe and convenient. FedEx employees are quick to help. He was very polite and nice. My package arrived, handed to me without any damages. Very professional and friendly too. Plenty of options to choose from on boxes, packages to buy and send. No issues or problems, no lines or waits. Cant wait to receive another package there. Gun free zone, smoke free, wheelchair accessible. You feel at ease and well serve.

I dont even know if this is the correct location of this guy, but thanks a ton to him for leaving a huge box halfway on my porch and watched, while driving away, as I (a small female) tried to push it to and through my door. Could have taken the extra 10 seconds to knock and see if help was needed after throwing it around on the way to the porch. Simply amazing! I was told that in the WHOLE 19 million square foot building that says Fed-Ex on it, not 1 person could re-print a Fed-Ex label because mine was too light to scan.. I had to drive to the nearest other building that said Fed-Ex on it and they had no problem.. 🤯

I have tried to make a very serious complaint but Fedex won’t let me since it was delivered from a smart post. I can’t figure out my smart post phone number to file my complaint with them but this is the closest facility that would have delivered it..... (I had a small package easily fit in a mailbox/frontporch/open garage, but instead it was put at my back door where it is fenced in. Indicating dogs. My dog destroyed my package, that contained itworks coffee. He consumed over 3000 mg of caffeine and could have died after 2000 mg of consumption based on his weight.)

They are convenient because they are open until 9:00pm, however, the fact that they do not accept cash is a bit of an issue. I drove 45 minutes to get there so that I could get my package sent off to my daughter. I got there in plenty of time before they closed and got ready to pay and they refused to accept cash! The guy said it was due to COVID. Although I dont really understand why since every other place is accepting cash. Since I didnt have my card, sadly I wasnt able to get it shipped.

Today I had a difficult experience with FedEx delivering a package that needed to be in Florida this morning for a real estate closing. Apparently, the package was wedged between other packages and was missed by the driver last Friday. I drove to the shipping station to alert them the package was never received and they started the process to try and locate it. After several hours, I was contacted and advised the package was found and was on its way. I must say I was very angry and responded angrily when the package was lost and was more upset about having to drive to the shipping center, than I was about the package being lost. While my experience was not a good one today, I am giving FedEx 5 stars for doing their best in dealing with angry customers like me every day.

Literally the absoloute worst shipping experience! Could not figureout what happened with my package. It has been over a week and NO ONE knows anything about it. I keep getting told Ill get a call back and never do. It has been over a week. There is no phone number to call and get a hold of someone locally and customer service blames this office. I am so sick of getting the run around! There is no supervisor I can speak to. As far as I am concerned I will never use Fed Ex nor order anytging online ever agaim that ships with Fed Ex.

Im giving them 2 stars because for the most part the service has been good. However the last two months, the NEW delivery person (while using a dolley) left my packages on my front steps rather than on my porch as per usual. I have the packages delivered for a reason, I cant carry them any distance due to health reasons. For whatever reason, the last two months, the new driver leaves the packages on the steps. The last delivery was last Wednesday, where it had been raining off an on all day. So the ground is wet. That doesnt stop him from dropping the packages on the wet steps. Which by the way, its 37 to the dry step and only a step further to the actual porch. So not only is the bottom box on the wet, but its raining so they are all getting rained on. Does he ring the doorbell or knock? Nope, just scurries away. So now I have 40lb bags in boxes that cant hold home because theyre wet. AWESOME. I called to report and ask why the change in delivery (from the porch to the steps) but was transferred to a line where it went to voicemail. I left a message. No return call. So I direct messaged them on Facebook (to keep from doing exactly what I am doing now - making it public) and was promised a call by EOD on Thursday. Its Monday and still nothing. Maybe leaving this review will spur a phone call. Fingers crossed.

I have had several interactions with the Knoxville FedEx, all bad, drivers leaving boxes under my carport and driving off without letting anyone know there was a delivery, drivers saying deliverys were made when they werent, and now my package which is coming to Maryville, TN, and was in Kingsport, TN yesterday , is on its way to Olive Branch, MS!! Incompetency at its finest!

1st off, I don’t know which location or facility my package was shipped or “delivered” from.With that said, my package was delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS! Not only was the house number wrong, it was the wrong street! Never called me to confirm if they were in the right place. (Phone number was on the shipping label) I live in a smaller city. I don’t live in the boonies. Absolute BS. I then had to finish the last leg of the delivery myself. I will, and would suggest to, use any other shipping company.

If this center delivers to Sweetwater they have a dishonest driver, for two days the driver has said she could not deliver because no one was home, for two days I have sat on the porch and watched her drive by. Because she is afraid to deliver I received a notice that I must drive to Knoxville to pick up my package.This is not the first time we have had a problem with this driver. I will be posting more on social media.

I will never buy from anyone that uses. Fedxfor delivery. Twice in 1 week a driver has taken my package to god knows where. One pkg found its way to me from a lady 2 miles down the road and it was electrics. The next box contained clothing I needed to wear after my major surgery in about a week. Why is it every time something is shipped Fedex there’s always “a delivery attempt” made when there wasn’t? I was literally outside most of the day today and there was not one truck that drove by. I’m having a package that I need delivered TODAY because that’s what I PAID for, and this BS? If you can use literally ANYONE else, you should do it. This is a shipping hub. Not really designed for customer pick up or drop off. The only interface is a guard house with high security. However I did finally manage to pick up something there and they were pleasant.

FedEx deliveries to my house in Sweetwater is always delivered to the wrong house. There have been multiple deliveries over the past 2 years that have been delivered to the neighbors house instead. These mistakes have cost a lot of time, energy, grief, and money for us. FedEx has been told of these errors numerous times but still no deliveries made correctly yet. How do you get any changes made at FedEx? It seems like no one there listens to the people they are suppose to serve.

The woman who works at the counter (short woman with dark hair) is the most obnoxiously rude person Ive ever had to deal with in my life...and I used to work Retail Management. Not only did I speak with FedEx Customer Support and the Shipper about picking up my package at that location, but I drove over an hour and a half round trip only to have to deal with her and be told that I couldnt pick up my package because, in her words, its back there, but I cant get it because I have to work the counter...I can promise that Ill never use FedEx for anything I ever ship in my life, nor will I do business with any company that is going to ship to me using FedEx...I will go well out of my way to do business with another shipper. DO NOT have a package hold/pickup at this location...you will only leave very frustrated having to deal with this absurdly rude woman!!!

Big snow here last night. The FedEx office I normally drop off packages had an early pick up so I drove to this Murdock Drive location for them being the hub with a 9PM shipping cut off. When I walked in, a door alert rang in the back, a pleasant lady came up to receive by package and print a receipt. About a 1 minute transaction.

Was sent an important package from my insurance company (that I wasnt told was being sent to me) and the stupid delivery guy, not only came at the same time all three times he tried to deliver it when I clearly wasnt home in the middle of the day, not only came every other day instead of three consecutive days, but also didnt put any information on the stupid door tag so that I could know if he was coming back again or where to get my package. I have no clue why they chose to use FedEx because they are terrible.

First I live on a road that only has 5 houses. We all know one anther keep this is mind. I get an email stating my package couldnt be delivered cause they couldnt find our house. Funny thing is we get packages all the time from UPS. If the FedEx truck would have tried to found our house Im pretty sure he could have. In my opinion the driver was just lazy and didnt want to do his job. Which Ive had happen before. So I dont recommend them to any one. If I have to use them again I would rather drive all over this country..

Fed-Ex is great. Drivers are courteous and friendly. Packages always arrive on time or within a reasonable time. They are always willing to help in cases where we needed their assistance. Dont understand any of the issues these others have stated. Apparently they have worked this out in the Knoxville region.

I called the call center to see if I could pick up my package since the package had arrived in my city (Monday) and it was not supposed to be delivered until Thursday. They told me I could and all that I need was my tracking number and ID and directed me to the FedEx ship center. I got to the ship center and the lady at the desk essentially told me that my package was boxed with other packages and that she was too lazy to get it. Very annoyed.

I was recently at a local fast food chain, and I was in my car parked next to a maroon minivan that was occupied by 4 employees from this location. When the driver opened his door to leave he hit my car with his door. It was a considerable impact so Im sure they noticed. I didnt mind the damage, however I got no apology or any hint of ethics. I was inside my home waiting and looking for my delivery because my alert said my package was out for delivery. Got a shipping notification 10 minutes after the driver supposedly left my house saying attempted delivery...no one was home. The driver didnt come to my door, leave a note or blow his horn. Just wish when there was a package delivered & left on my porch they could at least put it at my door instead of at the very edge of my porch & not even ring my doorbell. I know & can prove they never do this & always (after walking up my steep driveway which if you have done why not walk 8 more steps up a flat porch to put the package at the door) leave deliveries at the very edge of my porch bc I have a ring doorbell & cameras on both sides of my porch. The doorbell never goes off from being rang & 1 camera only alerts me bc they stop at the end of my porch. If you make the trek up my driveway why not just put the box at the door?!?! I went to fedex after calling the 800 to go and pick up a check i found two guys who said they could not help without a manager. Also the guys refused to give us the office number. You need the empower your employees to handle customer service as that is one of your values, a most important one. Joshua and Dimettre. It turns out our check was in the mailbox and the manager said no one has been checking the mailbox. Never forget you are here for the customer and learn from this.

I delivered from this hub a year, and from all the whining of cant find this house they did this on my front porch step is mostly all bogus. This Hub was at least brand new with new equipment, but the multitude of thousands upon thousands of packages, and the routes they give thru the computer suck. I commend every driver there I do not down any one of them because they deliver over 250 packages, One Stop every 5 minutes (if they waht to go home) theyre jumping out of their truck so the least you customers can do is to support them no matter what. You have to see that it doesnt just appear like you think it does from walmart supply, on abbus magic carpet and then to your door. It goes from wherever you ordered it from to a central Hub then distributed again on freight then it gets put either on home or ground then from there its got to find its route its got to get to the Belt its got to get put on the floor then put back in the truck scan to the driver and then left the building with then if everything is right if that number is Right everything is perfect it still has a chance to mess up because Anything Could Happen. I understand if its been 3 or 4 weeks or something but you guys are way too trigger-happy. It takes a lot for that package to get to the back of the drivers truck and the driver has nothing to do with it. That brand new box delivery line good absolutely crush a package before it gets to the back of the truck and if its too bad Ive always noted it and attempted delivery if they tell me to. Ive had many problems trying to find a house and yes I was falling turn-by-turn Zyliss following the GPS and I still had to call a lot to my Superior to see if this is the house? Ive had people put the wrong address and me calling them for 3 hours trying to deliver on the right route and they put 10 houses down because they dont know where they live. Its all a crapshoot and if you dont know where you live you shouldnt be ordering packages. If we get an address on a label and its wrong we dont find out until were sitting there wondering where 2501 is when it only goes to 1800, but for the older people that do work that know what theyre doing they know that they can check an online service that we go through to make sure that they drop it at the right house. The wet chewy boxes and 2 weeks delivery attempted is worth the complaint, but honestly the 60 lb individual boxes out of 10 you ordered for your dog sled team should have been picked up at Walmart in the bulk section. Youre throwing a big fat 300-pound monkey wrench into a delivery van that is usually carrying envelopes and you know 5 lb packages. All the buyers online should actually step in the back and look at the package traps and see how many packages are back there and how many people have to deliver so many packages and stay out from 5:30 in the morning all the way to 9, Miss time with their families Miss dinner, and if you dont deliver it it still gets on your route the next day added on top of the 300 packages you are supposed to have, and thats not even a Monday! Mondays are an absolute nightmare with the millions of packages crammed in every rack, everywhere you can put into a billion dollar Warehouse Any delivery driver that has any worth, (with an f endorsement) knows exactly what Im talking about. Fedex is a dwmanding job, and if you cant deliver, dont apply to drive! If you can deliver what you have, dont go faster because youll get sacked with hundreds of boxes and youll never get home. Just realize that there are hundreds and thousands of people that order stuff every single day and there are hundreds and hundreds of packages and one package mishap out of a hundred isnt worth whining and complaining about. Thats just from somebody that used to work there and personally seen everything that was going on.

Each time my items were left either in front of my garage or on my porch without any notification whatsoever. They could have rung my doorbell or knocked on my door to let me know my items had arrived. I was home each time they delivered . My car was right there in the front yard. Im pregnant I cant lift these heavy items. I should have just went to Walmart myself, at least a Walmart employee would have been nice enough to take it out to my car and not leave it outside.

First time a couple months ago, I am home from work, and ready for bed and I get a call from FedEx driver. He asked if I could come down and meet him at mailboxes as they had given him a crap truck and he couldnt make it 1/4 mile up an incline. (if this was true he couldnt have gotten to my mailbox as I live in the smoky mountains in Gatlinburg and everywhere is on an incline and curvy. I told him if it fit in my mailbox he could put it in the big package mailbox. He did. (Really, meet him?)Second occurrence was a couple weeks ago and he left boxes right out in sight of all who came up the road. Left large boxes from Walmart by mailboxes on side of road.Third and final was last night. First let me say I am a widow of 65, living alone. He left 4 sixty pound boxes by the mailboxes for me to load in my car after work and take that 1/4 mile up the road. The funny thing is UPS goes up there almost daily. I guess I have a slacker driver. I am so mad and needless to say, my back is out and I am trying to tough out work on a heating pad. Thanks, again, FedEx, you always disappoint. Wow! Save yourself some hassle and use UPS. The driver did not knock on my door two days in a row. So I tried driving to the distro center. They say you are not allowed to pick it up here any more you have to have it shipped to a storefront. So great my package is there. I am there. But I have to have it shipped else where. Then I have to call the number they gave me. I got a lady in INDIA that spoke broken english and I had to repeat my self constantly for her to understand. Then I had to tell her she could change the shipping to a store front but she still had to put me on hold to ask some one how. So use UPS. Trust me,
