I have come to this location twice in the past week to return items at the Happy Return bar. Both times that I have come, the exchange service was extremely fast and convenient. Most importantly, I’ve been really pleasantly surprised and impressed at how friendly the employees have been- it really adds a lot to the experience! Keep up the good work!!

I needed business cards last minute and was referred to try here - big mistake. They were unhelpful when I asked for help on their design system in-store. The lady acted like it was an Inconvenience to even ask her for help. Finally figured it out on my own. Came back next day to pick them up and it looked like they were cut by my 7 year old. Whoever cut them was in a rush, they were not straight lines with white showing in certain areas. I had to go home and try to fix them myself. Save your money and use vistaprint!

I came to this store to get a photo album scanned and a copy printer out. I did not have much of a expectation. I knew that the size of the pages in the album were a odd size to scan and print. When I came back to get my order I was blown away by what Desiree had done. It was above and beyond anything I expected. She had really pull some time and effort into making this the best she could. As long as this location has quality employees like her I will be coming back for all my work and personal needs.

I called the day before and asked “ how much to cut 2000 pages of 8.5 x 11 in half”? I was told $1.49. When I picked it up they charged me $9 something & when I told them that you quoted me $1.49 over the phone, they said that $1.49 per cut & we couldn’t cut the whole 2000 in one cut. Well, that’s not my problem i asked specifically how much to cut 2000 pages & if they knew their job well then they should’ve known that you can not cut 2000 pages at one time & they should’ve quoted me the $9. They should’ve honored what they quoted me. Poor management

Copy machines have been changed which prevent some self-service copying to previous standards. Staff was extremely helpful but the change in the hardware, which makes some self service copying impossible, is ridiculous. We wasted an immense amount of time and energy with the equipment and the staff. This annual project which has been accomplished with a minimum of effort in the past, has now become labor-intensive and about twice as expensive. My experience does NOT mean that all self-copying is impossible, just a particular project that involved double sided, color photos. Ultimately one of the store technicians did the work, but had to spend many hours accomplishing the task. I am indebted to her, but upset at the re-programing, or replacement, of the copy machines.

Went at around 11 on a Tuesday and the staff helped me getting in and out on a timely manner. The store was super clean and the workers were incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend going if you have errands you need to get done quickly on a lunch break.

My team from work visited the store last Thursday. It’s been almost a week and you can’t get in touch with anybody and they’re extremely slow in producing products. Do not recommend.

I am the office / design manager of a landscape company and this FedEx is very close to work. I have never had any problems until today when I was trying to paste and copy a drawing and border that was created by me, the lady helping me did an excellent job at it as we were trying to get it right, until the manager got involved. After over an hour in the place the lady that had been helping me told me that her manager said that she could no longer help me because I was forging documents. If the manager would have ever spoke to me she would have known that this was incorrect. I will never go back.

Friendly Customer Service and Positive Machine availability, will recommend not using parcel services as outside of FedEx packages any DHL & UPS deliveries will be refused by recipient May not have given notice in time of delivery but suspect even with a heads up call service may fall through. UPS stores have postage boxes for rent and will hold packages for up to 5 days Regardless of carrier, not a pitch just saying have taken the service elsewhere.

This is a great store their staff there is really great and management is even better you get really good deals there its in a great locationI recommend using this store for any kind of printing you need or shipping you need they are awesome and theyre there to help

I came in yesterday and spent 40 dollars on faxing 18 pages long distance, which never got recieved. I found other options and ended up going that route. I came in today to see what could be done about the 40 dollars I lost, just to get blown off by the manager. I use this location often because its super close to my house, but no more. The majority of the employees working here could use a hefty lesson in customer service. Take your business to another company.

If I could give this store a lower rating, I probably would. One of the male associates made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable while in the store. He talked extremely loudly and pronounced his words incorrectly on purpose. He was clearly not focused on his job at all and even made a customer wait on a receipt for awhile after he asked if she needed one just because he was goofing off. He also distracted the associate that was assisting me & she played along. 2 other associates were helpful but the computers in the place were terrible. I spoke with 3 associates in this store and only one walked me to a computer to try to show me how to complete a task. I left frustrated, stressed, & did not do business here.FIND ANOTHER STORE.

I’m a very reasonable person who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt and understands that issues arise occasionally but this place has dropped the ball too many times now. I am in sales and utilize almost every fedex across east TN for printing on a twice a week basis. I never have issues with any of the other Fedex Print Centers but this one had given me nothing but trouble. I’ve probably been in here 10 times in the last 3 months and can only think of one time when my order was completed on time and not forgotten about. I had a important meeting that I needed a print job completed for today so I made sure to submit my order more than 24 hours ago and when I went in the male attendant could not find the order and it was clear by his panic that they had forgotten about it. Management needs to really re educate here. They always appear very unorganized and in happy to be there. I have nothing bad to say about any other fedex but this one needs to get it together.

This is the WORST customer service ever received. Jennifer Bell is shockingly rude. They do not care at all about helping customers. They shipped a very expensive package to the wrong address but fixed it with no problem. However, I was speaking to one of the supervisors for customer support that refused to give me his name or employee ID because he was rude as well. I was very angry because this package was super expensive and in someone elses hands. I slipped up out of anger and said a couple of curse words but DID NOT curse the guy out. He interrupted me to threaten to hang up if I said one more curse word. I didnt even mean to say it and would have apologized had he told me in a nicer way what I was doing. Later on I received a call from Jennifer Bell to follow up how my service was. She was so much worse than the first guy. She blamed the problem on me because I was not being professional. I am not getting paid by FedEx to be professional, he is, I am just a frustrated customer that expects the problems to be taken care of. I talked to 4 different managers/supervisors and they were all helpful and understood that when youre a little upset that sometimes people curse. They said the first guy should not have resorted to hanging up. The job of a supervisor for customer service is to deflate the problem, not enhance it. Jennifer twisted my words, continually interrupted me and tried to make me mad. She was laughing at me and was acting like a smart alleck. She was just so incredibly rude and does not care about customers. She just wants a paycheck. I will never EVER use FedEx again. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED OR HEARD OF.

Totally got oversold by the guy in the office. Sold me a $20 large box + $50 shipping and when it was delivered 3/4 of the box was filled with brown filler paper. Could have easily fit in a much smaller box. Spent way too much money in there. Make sure you know what youre getting or they will try and sell you something you dont need.

Had to have multiple packages replaced because somehow this location continues to lose them. Id avoid them and switch to UPS. When trying to call buttons prompts continued to just hang up and never could talk to anyone.

This is the only fedex print center that charges you to print off your email. I normally email to them but was near there on way to office. They wanted me to pay to pull up my email to print. My company spends a lot of money. Guess ups store is my new place!
