Moved my stuff in today and Vince did an excellent job getting me settled in. He made sure I received a great promo rate they have and he also made sure my movers found my unit. My experience has been great. The paperwork was minimal and the facility is very very clean.

Every step from renting the unit to cancelling when we were finished was so easy. We did everything online, it was so convenient! The unit was easily accessible and clean. The 2x I did have to speak to someone in the office, they were very nice and extremely helpful. We will definitely be coming back to Extra Space Storage in the future. Thank you!

We had previously used this facility on Jack Dance Street in March of 2020 when we had to quickly remove our sons belongings from his dorm room. It was a different company then but we were really happy with the facility and staff. We are now relocating to the area and were in need for more storage. The name change to Extra Space Storage is the only thing that changed. The staff is fabulous, the facilities are immaculate and access to the units is great with available moving trollies and large elevators.

The facility is very nice and the staff is so helpful! When I called about a storage unit they helped me find the best option at a great price. The location is also very convenient being right off of I-40. Highly recommend for your storage needs,

Even though the location and staff really are fantastic, please BEWARE of the CONTRACT!My problem is that as soon as I move into a 20x10 unit, they send a notice that Since you are month-to-month, and we are legally able to, we have increased your monthly charge by $37/month due to market conditions. True, they are legally able to do that, but just shows the corporate greediness and lack of business ethics will take precedence.I am now looking for a new place to move all my stuff, and will be signing an annual agreement going forward.

Starting the storage process has been great with Christian. He has answered all my question, Gabe helpful timing tips, and had a great understanding of our storage needs. Have not been on site yet and my household belongings have not been delivered yet, but they made a great first impression.

Everything was fast and easy. Autumn was extremely polite and professional. She addressed all of my needs and made me feel welcome. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Extra Space Storage.

It was a very quick and smooth process to start renting a storage space here. My husband and I live in a one bedroom apartment and finally decided to get a storage space for holiday decorations and such. I called around 11am, spoke to a call center who directed me to the nearest location, and almost immediately received a call back from the actual location to tell me about prices. An hour later we were at the storage building, looking at spaces! The prices are very reasonable and the place was clean, temperature-controlled, and in a great location. We were very pleased with how simple the process was. Autumn was very helpful and patient as we debated what size space to rent. I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage on Jack Dance Street!

Very easy and the place is super secured and clean! The manager is very nice and down to earth but takes her job seriously which is all i ask for. The place is kinda a maze though and sometimes its busy and finding a cart is a problem. They need to add at-least 2 more carts.

They were very helpful especially with it being on a Sunday but they walked me right thru it and I was able to move in even when they were close Thank You All For Everything

Very easy to move in. Billing was easy and convenient. Building was clean and easy to navigate. Carts were readily available anytime. Loading dock made our move perfect.

I used this space as a transition while moving to my next home. Cubesmart made this transition very simple. The storage unit was clean, climate controlled, and most of all, safe! Ive never had an issue entering the building and you create a passcode for entry into the building for safety. 10/10 would recommend!

The facility is clean, there is music playing in the facility at all times and there was a speaker right next to my storage units making it impossible to mentally block the songs I did not like because it was playing too loudly. Moving items in and out of the storage facility is ridiculously time-consuming due to having to use the elevator which causes delays and the recent installation of a locked cover over the loading dock automatic doors on/off switch which causes the renter to have to enter the security code upon every single entry into the facility. I spent over $1000 on just moving labor to move my items in and then out of this facility (not exaggerating). The last load took the moving crew 2.5 hours to take the items out of CubeSmart to put them in the truck, but only 40 minutes to take the items off the truck and place them in the new storage unit. I would only use this more expensive type of climate storage if I was storing items I was worried about mildewing such as mattresses, couches, etc. I had been renting 2 10x10x8 units here and changed to a larger non-climate storage unit at another facility that was 10x25x8 for $80 a month less (saving $960 per year).

This is a great storage facility! Really wonderful operators/staff, great price, clean and temperature controlled. My storage unit was secure and I would definitely rent a unit from this facility again.

Very clean facility and the temperatures are kept at a very comfortable level. Elevators, carts all made it easy to move stuff from and to my truck.

After comparing several self storage facilities on-line, I chose CubeSmart to visit. Within five minutes, I knew this would be the place we would be renting our storage unit.All storage units are climate controlled and there are many different sizes of units.It is very easy to get into and out of Cube Smart located on Jack Dance Street, Knoxville.Best of all: The staff is very kind, caring and yet professional.

Its clean and seems secure enough. Only real complaint is that they dont have enough carts. Appears that they have two cart for the entire building of hundreds of units which result can result in one unit using all of the carts.
