Rats ate my camping gear. dirty units in need of repair. the system isnt very helpful. I would recommend a storage facility that takes better care of their grounds. the location ive been using is 4318 Middlebrook Pike. Knoxville, TN.

Looked online for a storage option close to my home, compared rates of the ones I found then drove over to the CubeSmart at 4318 Middlebrook Pike where I was greeted by a smiling fellow named Christian Bristol, he answered all my questions and drove me around the facility showing me the available units. I originally left to look at others in the same area but went back to do business with Christian since he was so helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything for me in detail. Once I left the site he was in touch within less than 24 hours to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I rarely write followup like this but was so impressed with his help that I had to post. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Thanks Christian.

Reserved our unit online, and received a call from the unit manger within 24 hours to confirm. Upon arrival was greeted by friendly manager and everything was quick to setup the lease. Great location with easy access to interstate. Received great promotional discounts! This was the best priced storage I could find for my money!

I am using them for long time storage. The last time I was there, there was a dead mouse and dead spiders on and around my furniture. The office is always nice.

Friendly staff,and very reasonable

I went to go clear out a unit for my daughter and found bugs throughout her stuff. Not in a good area, as that was the excuse when I asked the attendant about the bugs. The attendant was nice but we had to leave all her stuff in the garage as to not bring bugs into the house.

I have a project vehicle that I wanted to store and they asked for so many things to be done before I could put that vehicle in their storage unit. The vehicles been sitting in a garage for three years slowly being worked on. Im not going to do all these extra things just the store it temporarily.

Christian was great!!! I was able to complete the paperwork, check out the unit and make it back to work before my lunch hour was over. Great access!

Very clean and protected security! And the front main office smelled so great and Jennifer working the front was very nice and sweet to my kids!!!!

This storage facility was FANTASTIC in a crisis. On Tuesday of this week, we were in the process of moving a friend to Knoxville when her storage facility she was originally going to fell through. We called everywhere and they were all already closing or closing soon. The property manager agreed to come back in to the office when we got there so that she could rent my friend space. She helped her get the online deal even though we didnt reserve it online so that she could afford her first months rent. This manager went above and beyond her normal scope of work to help a single mom get the move made. Thank you so much for helping my friend! I will definitely recommend you all if I am ever asked!

Found through an on-line search...best rates available, easy access, central location, great manager on-site who called and confirmed everything within 6 hours of the reservation. Great!
