Arranged for rental of a 10x20 initial today. Good explanation of facility. Nice surprise that they had a 16 truck available included in the rental fee. Fair price, one free month special, lock provided, use of truck included, and all in a climate controlled building made this a good deal for me.

This storage facility is so nice. It is brand new and offers super clean climate controlled storage units. The staff are the nicest people you will ever meet! 5 star customer service.Susan gave me a tour of the facility, answered all of my questions, and helped me every step of the way. I was looking for storage near the Powell area. This location was perfect. Their prices were great and the storage units are sparkling clean.I highly recommend Big Orange Storage for anyone looking for a storage unit in North Knoxville.

I love this facility! I had a large basement unit and it was so easy to move in and out of. Staff is always friendly when spoken too. It’s always clean and feels safe.

Fast, friendly & cheaper than the competition I checked with. Also have a truck available for moving your material -- just have to fill it up with gas when your done & reserve ahead of time. This place is Great!!!

This is a new establishment. It is climate controlled. It is super nice!

The online form to reserve a storage unit was simple to use and made it very easy. When I went to the office to sign the paperwork everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was shown how to use the door, where my unit is and all my questions were answered. The location itself is convenient and clean. Was very impressed with the whole experience as a first time renter!

Its a nice new facility, but the door openings and elevators are not big enough to accommodate larger moving projects. If you have a whole house full of furniture to move, Id suggest a different facility.
