I have tried to get in touch with the general manager/president for three weeks and he keeps hiding behind the secretarys skirt. Ive been told his name is Joey last name unknown. This has been the worst move of my life! I wouldve been a lot better off going to a competitor or doing it myself. There are not enough derogatory words in the English language to convey my total dissatisfaction with this company. This company is out of Knoxville, Tn.

Doug kept checking in on me and my complicated, long distance move. He had an extremely affordable move plan called SNAP. He was extremely kind, patient, helpful, and resourceful. Unfortunately, I have really bad, shady movers and hes helped me secure my stuff and avoid additional fees. Very kind. Crazy good customer service! Thanks, Doug!

Exceptional response time. Sales and Coordinator returned my call and answered my questions and concerns. Operations notified me of impending crew time. They were very professional.

Armstrong did great with our moving situation. We had some challenges that they worked with us on. On moving days, Earl and his crew were phenomenal. When he showed up for our move out and move in I knew we were in good hands. Thank you!

Ive used a lot of movers due to being in the military and then working for the Navy as a civilian. These movers spent more time than any other mover protecting my floors, walls, and stair rails. They didnt cause any damage or create any scuff marks on walls like other movers do. Very Happy

The best movers. I used the the company many times, and the last one was from Nashville to NJ, and they really accommodated me in anything I need. They wrapped all my fragile stuff and they really made sure everything was set before they left. I am really happy with the service. RECOMMENDED for local or out of states.

The two movers who delivered the items were wonderful. I do not remember their names. They were friendly and professional and worked hard to make the delivery as smooth as possible.

We had a wonderful experience with Armstrong and United during our move from Tennessee to Texas thanks to Doug and Dena! They were very helpful, attentive to our needs, and incredibly flexible. Mary at Armstrong Relocation was very helpful with all of my needs. She even called me from her cell phone after work to make sure the movers (who were very late) had gotten there yet. She followed up with me numerous times and made sure that I didnt have any problems with the crew or any questions.

Aside from the ease in obtaining an estimate for services, dealing with the moving company was a disaster. Our mailbox was run over TWICE. Our alarm system was damaged to the point of not being functional, and our hardwood floors in our master bedroom suffered two large (several yard long) scratches when they removed our refrigerator from the home without following protocol of utilizing a protective cardboard walking path from the house. These would have been headache enough, but the mover then refused to accept responsibility on the claims paperwork (in spite of his verbal acknowledgment of responsibility for the damage.) Hours of phone conversations, copious amounts of time waiting on hold, multiple emails later, I have finally been compensated for the alarm system. My husband replaced the mangled mailbox himself. As to the hardwood floors, they had an employee from our realtors office let them in to do an estimate on repair. And although I had verbal confirmation that no action was to be taken prior to speaking to me (the homeowner), the movers authorized repair at the time of the estimate. This happened while we were in the process of negotiations with a home buyer and without any attempts to contact me either by phone or email. The result was that without knowing that any repair had taken place (or even that an estimate had been scheduled/completed) we negotiated down the sale of our house based on the necessary floor repair. Armstrong and United both refuse to take responsibility for their lack of communication and false communication that resulted in financial loss to me based on the damage they caused. Furthermore, they even refused to provide me with any proof that repair had been accomplished by way of an invoice or even disclosing the name of the company contracted to perform the repair. They even made my cashing of the check to compensate me for the money I paid to have the alarm system repaired conditional on me waving any right to compensation for the financial loss I sustained over the hardwoods. Unprofessional and unethical from start to finish. I will unquestionably pursue other options if and when it is time to contract another moving company.

Bad place for delivery truck,I go to delivery in there and they told me go in other werkhouse, in other werkhouse working lazy people 5 hours unloading 12 pallets.

The sent the delivery trucks to industrial drive, next left on prosser Rd..
