Brand new facility. Chuck Ward, Property Manager was great. Clean - large assortment of units. Drive right up to your unit. So easy! Good & long access times. Lots security! Good price as well.

Well it started out gd,but i changed My mine on the unit never put anything in the unit had it less then a week and asked if i could get a portion of my rental money bk and the manager said NO we can’t do that ,not in our policy so beware and ask questions b4 you get a rental from them😞

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They made renting a unit extremely easy and hassle free from start to finish. They were very mindful about my health and safety and wore masks and practiced social distancing. They were very professional and kind and I have never had a better experience renting a storage unit than I did renting from West Knox safe and sound!

Chuck was extremely helpful. He even cam out to my car to remind me to stop back by for my $50 referral gift card. I have rented space from them almost since they opened, initially because of their convenience. I will definitely stay because of their professionalism and friendliness.

Chuck the property manager at Weet Knox Safe and Sound is very informative and professional. He answered the phone so we weren’t playing phone tag, he is there on saturdays to sign up, there are security cameras, and last but not least they have THE BEST DEALS on storage units around——I’ve done the research.

This place is terrific! The whole place is brand new. The storage rental experience is really easy. No hassles. The owner is also a great guy and has a good manager there.

We store our travel trailer at the Knoxville location. The facility is new and very clean. The driveways are wide and very easily navigated with a 25 ft trailer. The security measures are modern and thorough. We have no worries about the security of our RV. We highly recommend this storage facility.
