Bethany was amazing in assisting me with my billing issue. She was very polite, friendly and courteous.

My associate was very helpful and found the best option to suit my situation. After having two tablets break (charging port) within weeks I had lost the money for not only the 2 tablets but the $30.00 for the services so I was not thrilled to go through the process yet again. It all worked out for us in the end!

Store agent was so helpful to me in completing the setup of my new phone which I purchased recently. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I had been without some of the features since purchasing my new phone, but Im very happy now!!! Thank you Metro by T-Mibile.

She had to switch both of our phones over and did it so fast and made it very easy for us, explained everything that was happening during the process without us even having to ask and ALSO helped us locate a store that was carrying the phone cases that we need because their location didn’t have the colors we were looking for! She truly provided excellent service, was very sweet and so helpful! I appreciate her hard work, people like herself need to be acknowledged by management! I’ve had terrible experiences with past phone companies customer service and this was the best so far!

Horrible experience. I literally wanted to pay my bill they would not accept my payment. Im switching companies right now. Besides I barely get service and my phone freezes up.

Waited for 25 min in line. While neither one of the tellers told a guy who was past the glass barrier n chattin her up took all of the 25 min. to step behind the glass n that theres a line behind you. Riduculous!

I was very pleased with the person who helped me at MetroPCS when i went there on Monday June 18 she took the time to listen to what the problem i was having with my phone and solved in a matter of minutes. I dont remember her name but I would like to Thank her very much she was the only clerk i saw around 6:30 pm at the store in the Clinton Plaza. she was very pleasant and efficient. Thanks again. Most of the staff is good. However, the manager is strongly lacking customer service skills !! Not a good idea when Cricket is next door. Always polite and better towers. (They ping and owned by AT&T). Sending 12 customers to that store.... HUGE MISTAKE!!

Total ripoffs, we had a promotional text message. We were told that we had to upgrade our plan in order to be eligible, we did and we still were not eligible. I do not recommend this location to anybody.

The people working seemed to have little to no knowledge about cell phones. When I asked for technical help on my phone they knew even less than I did. Would not recommend this retailer.

Worst Customer Service Ever, Lied about their 4 for $100 plan, would not give anything offered by the manager on the phone when going in person. Wanted to charge for new phones, new sims, many extra costs when the manager had verified by telephone I could get 4 new phones free or keep my own and get free sims. Wasted 2.5 hours of my time and 100 mile round trip to their shop and would not even give me the sims they promised if I kept my own phone. Even spoke with their General Manager by phone, Diedra, but she would do nothing. Lost my business, BEWARE.
