I just have to say that this location has the best front desk clerk I’ve ever experienced, I believe her name was Morgan. I came in Thursday with my computer and she was on top of it I had a great experience with Anthony there as well! I would recommend them to anyone they are absolute life savers! Not to mention my repair was covered under a plan I purchased for $27 I just can’t say enough good about this company!

Came in with my sons PlayStation 5 which backstory CPR almost ruined “trying “ to fix the charge port. I called to try and get my babies PlayStation fixed and spoke to Morgan and she told me I was in good hands! She signed me up for protection on it too so I wouldn’t have to pay as much for repairs going forward, which is a necessity for the PS5. They fixed my babies PS5! I was so afraid CPR did ruin it but these guys actually were able to fix what CPR did to it!! Do yourself the favor and go to these guys! Save the trip! Saving a few extra dollars isn’t always a good thing I learned the hard way and paid twice for a charge port one done terrible one done right.

This store is amazing. Tony was super helpful and told us everything we needed to know about getting our phones fixed. Had all the parts in stock so it was a quick and easy process. Only took about 2 hours for both phones to get repaired. Everything works great and is like new again! Great customer service and fast work. Highly recommend!

They have been really helpful in getting my laptop repaired. They quickly got back to me about what was wrong with it and were able to get it fixed for me in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.

The sweetest young lady Morgan helped me out today and I want to share. I’m a 73 year old lady who doesn’t know beans about technology, and my phone wasn’t charging so I went in to the Callahan location thinking I’d be spending $100, this Ray of sunshine Morgan met me with a bright smile at the counter and went back to clean my phone, she came back up saying there was no charge for the clean and my phone was charging! I was over the moon! I’m on a fixed income so this was excellent news! She signed me up for a tech support program and put a protector on my screen and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes (shorter if we didn’t chat) I enjoyed every second with her, she brightened this old woman’s day!!

Not only did they fail to fix my device right the first time. After telling me it was good to go. I took it back. Then got a phone call after 4 hours saying they found a bug in my equipment and can work on it till I come remove this alleged bug. All they had to do is tell me they didnt know how to fix it

Andrew took care of my laptop touchscreen replacement in a rapid order and repair time. Just like new and with a 90 day warranty on the parts and replacement. Didnt know there was a place like this in town but sure am glad there is. My cell phone was toast and in 2 hours it was like brand new. Would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their cell phone. Much cheaper than buying a new one!!!

She inquired about my problem and she checked to see if they had the parts in stock... she even called another branch that is closer to me and found they didnt have the parts thus I didnt waste time chasing from store to store... she gave superb service ...a very pleasing personality and it was not a damn robot machine!!!!! Techs Knew what they were doing... had the parts... they fixed it within 2 hours ...when others were talking about 4 or 5 hours and who canceled two of my appointments because their techs werent available or werent working that day and at an economical price ...at approximately 60% of what others had quoted me...very pleased 😀

Well I ended up not even going through them. 1st because they want 150 to replace my phone screen when my phone dont even cost 150 brand new, well I guess with tax my phone was right at 150. So umm yeah no way Id rather go buy a new phone. 2nd reason I didnt is because they could even give a screen to fix my tablet. HoweverI need up going to shattered dreams in halls to replace my phone screen for 90$ and replace my tablet screen for 150$. Much better prices and they can find the screens needed.

They were able to unlock my phone but I lost all my data. Im very grateful the phone was unlocked.

My husband and I are older and did not grow up with computers and cellphones. We are so glad that we found Ubreakifix. Every time we go there we ask to speak with Andrew. Andrew was the perfect representative for uBreakiFix, I thought I had good service from another place, different company, but when I came to Andrew, with the same problem, they took my computer and said they will call me. I was not upset it would not be fixed that day as it had stopped working correctly. After a couple of days, Andrew called and gave me some suggestions and advice and got it running again. I took his advice and I have my computer back, WORKING. While this may not be the case for everyone, but all he did was run a diagnostic and run some tests, total cost, waiting the couple of days. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get here because they were the closest Samsung repair center.Glad we did, the phone just had dirt in it, it was blown out while we waited and we left with a perfectly working phone at no charge.Highly recommend and will come here if the phone breaks down again.

Nice enough to give me a starter idea on how to clear my computer and reinstall windows, but decided to have them do it for me. Service was fast, responsive and mostly professional. Slightly aggravating when they tried selling me on a monthly all-device warranty, after telling them twice that I only have a $250 laptop, and that Im in a pinch but need my computer working properly. So Id say good overall, but maybe they should try being more thoughtful of the customer. Service should be plain and simple, not more than what asked for. Would I try them again? With less confusion and unwanted suggestions, probably.Andrew at the Callahan store gave me a $10 coupon, extra money was used to buy food. Andrew was a great! When we got to the store it was already packed with people. We almost decided to come back later but notice the line was moving fast. When we made it up to the counter we were greeted by Andrew who was VERY friendly and helpful, despite being the only employee there and helping a whole lobby full of people. He told us our phone would be fixed in about an hour and a half. We returned two hours later to pick up our phone and were surprised to find Andrew still helping a lobby full of people. I had a glass UV screen protector on my Galaxy S10+ that cracked and would not come off. They took it back, and removed the glued on broken screen protector off and charged me nothing! Very honest

I went to t-mobile and the dude almost messed up my phone to where it couldn’t be fixed. I wish I had came here first he was able to get my phone to turn back on but I lost all of my newborn baby pictures because I went to t-mobile first and they reset my phone. Andrew looked at the phone and told us that he might know what was wrong with it, and he would be right back. He told us that the charging bank was blocked and that he had cleaned it for us. The repair took longer than expected, but only because of -my- expectation. I was mistaken on how long it would take, not them! I cannot stress that enough! The time estimations for how long the repair would take was right on the money. At the end of the day it was a pleasant experience for me, and I felt like my phone was in good hands. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area and id make the 2 and a half hour trip again if need be.

I called this location over the weekend and the man was super nice and said to come in and they would look at my phone. I went In today and told Justin my complaint. My speaker is rattling and I cant Hear out of it. He made a test call to their phone and he barely listened to anything and said ‘sounds fine to me’. When I asked If he could just check to see if it was dirty....he was very short and said ‘well I could But I just checked it’. I said No problem and walked out. I just Find it bizarre how unhelpful he was. People are searching for jobs and yet here he is employed and treating a customer this way. Shame on you.

My wife had a Samsung device under warranty with a mainboard issue. Fortunately for us we had a spare phone to swap to. It was evident that the majority of their customers need their phone back ASAP and they made it known that they shared your urgency.All employees were friendly, the store was exceptionally clean, the device was returned with no signs of the repairs (dirt, grime, adhesive residue, etc). As someone who has worked in the cellular industry for over a decade I was impressed.

This is an excellent place to do business and its no wonder that they have such a high Google rating. I brought my Roborock Vacuum in that I thought might be totaled because it ran over some dental floss and got all tangled into the gear mechanism. They originally estimated it would be $50 to fix but when it was all said and done, they only charged me around $30. Plus it took a lot less time than expected too. This is the only place I will ever take any of my electronics to be fixed and I highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

So I had my battery replaced by the University Commons location back in Feb this year and now Im getting error message that I should consider replacing battery which doesnt even hold a charge - 90 day warranty only, really? And I have rarely used this laptop because this company diagnosed a bad motherboard because of hibernation issues - wrong! I simply adjusting the hibernation settings and havent had any issues. Waste of time and money with these folks!

Walked in b/c my phone would no longer charge. Was ready to buy a new one but didn’t want to be forced. Long story short, the gentleman looked at it, fixed it in less than 20 sec. & didn’t charge me anything. Verizon, my carrier recommended I go there and I’m SO glad they did. Highly recommend & will def go back!!

I had experienced both staff at two locations. The first location was at University Commons and the second location was the one on Powell, they were both very pleasant and had helped me get my screen fixed with no problem , and I actually was able to get it fixed on the same day which at first I thought I was going to have to get it done next Tuesday because they at first thought they needed to order the parts when I had went to the first location, but at the second location it turned out that day had all all the parts and was able to do it the same day which had me so excited! And they also were a lot cheaper than the first choice that I had called who were going to fix my screen, they were going to charge me $109 after tax, but here at U break I only paid $75 with a 20% discount for signing up for a program there to get that. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend for any broken screens of people I may know!

We had one iPhone 7plus that wouldn’t charge and the other you couldn’t hear a call unless on speaker. The associates were very professional and actually fixed the speaker in about 30 seconds and didn’t even charge for that! The other charging issue was fixed in about an hour for a fraction of what the same phone would’ve cost to replace. I will be recommending them to everyone who has a repair need!!

Had a pretty disappointing experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment in advance online, only to be told they didnt have the part I needed in stock. Turns out that part wasnt even necessary. I took my phone to the Turkey Creek location and they solved my problem without needing the part. Had the staff confirmed they had the stock for the appointment I made, or had they actually inspected my device, they could have saved me from wasting my time. I had a much better experience at the Turkey Creek location!

My Samsung wouldnt turn back on after a restart. Outside of the usual need for a phone, I need mine for work. These guys were able to figure out the problem and fix it super quick. Very professional and excellent service.
