I have been to a few different Cricket locations but the one on Clinton Highway close to Food City has the best customer service of all.

Shaun and Cindi did a great job getting my phones switched over to new phones.

Great staff; Decent prices on phones havent had an issue with my new cricket phone. Phone cases, and screen protectors way over priced like any phone store.. Amazon 100 times cheaper on that.

Was ok helped obtain another phone

Needed a new screen cover for my phone. Was told they have a new gel screen thats stronger than the plastic cover. They said it would be in next week. They were out so just purchased another saver. Will go back and get the new gel cover when it comes in.It cost 25.

Girl with dark hair was waiting on people .. only had one person there working on a Friday morning(8-31-18) around 10:30-11am when people get paid, 🤔 was going to switch from metro PCS to cricket and buy 4 new phones but after waiting .. didnt get a Ill be right with you or how are you nothing... So guess what🖕🖕😉

I dont know what the girl did there but she screwed up my account and it ended up costing me 25 more dollars on my bill.

Me and my family (2 kids and a wife) droped in to get a new phone and get set up on mobile hot spot. We explaned what we needed and with in minutes we were on our way out the door with a sweet phone. The guys at cricket know there stuff and didnt even try to sell us a super expesive phone. I have to say with sevice like this and how caring the employees are, we will never switch carriers again. Big shout out to Andrew you were our hero today man.
