The people that work here have always been a pleasure to talk to. Theyre excited and knowledgeable about the technology they sell and they try to find me deals and lower my bill every time I visit them.I do have a gripe about management though. Unfortunately, one of the employees got fired, in part, because I was there. Heres what happened: He was helping me and the police showed up to arrest him for being late on his child support payments. The police were nice enough to let him finish serving me and the poor guy was a trooper and stayed professional the whole time. Then when another employee arrived to fill in his place, the police took him away.My gripe? They fired him _because_ this happened in front of a customer, But *I* was that customer and I was impressed with him continuing to be polite and professional and getting the job done, even though he knew he was going straight to jail. His hands were trembling. I was disappointed to find out that had I (nor any customer) been there, they wouldnt have fired him. :(

Was at the mall for something else and received an email about a promotional T-Mobile one prepaid plan for $50. Store got me hooked up with the plan, waived the sim fee, no activation fee and I was out the door in under 15 minutes! Most of the time I spent trying to obtain my account number from my old carrier so I could port over. Super easy and had the plan that was advertised! Will be back!!

Very very helpful. Kind personality! Very fun to be around when you have to sit and wait for everything to be updated! I highly recommend coming to west town to upgrade your phone!!

With T Mobil more than 5 years. I never had experiecned this bad service. T Mobil always has great service. T Mobil 1800 service asked us come to store to check phones. They did not try to make customers understand and want to call security. Beside. I found they made fraud statement. It is very disappointed.

Really really enjoyed my visit at this location today. Dewayne was very helpful throughout my whole visit. He was full of energy and very easy to talk with. I will come to this location for business every time no joke!!!!!!!

I switched from T-Mobile to sprint then ran back to T-Mobile two days later. Staff is hella helpful. I’m so glad they took me back. Jesse was amazing. I’m never leaving again.

T-Mobile has really stepped it up! The LTE coverage and speed is great. I switched from ATT and the staff was so helpful. They fit me with the right plan and so now I have unlimited data and my bill is over $100 cheaper.

The lady at the stand would not talk to me.. so I went down the road to a T mobile store and they were so helpful I wound up spending $700 Customer service goes a long way

I have had the best help when I have had issues. Nick got my cell fixed and is very kind and helps with questions I have.

Theres this girl named Tay I think thats how you say her name and this guy named Logan this place 10/10 super helpful helped me switch from att and helped me get a really cool new phone would come back again and will when i need something new. THANKS AGAIN TAY AND LOGAN

Incompetent staff, will do anything to sell a device, even by untruthful means.We visited the store twice, for buying phones twice on two different lines on the same account, and opted for JUMP on both of them, within three months of each other. When we went for the second phone for second line, they (likely by mistake or incompetence?), upgraded the first phone line on to the new phone, which made JUMP invalid on the first phone. However, when we asked the store person, the man clearly said that yes you have JUMP on both phones, and one phone will soon qualify for the upgrade. We figured it out a couple of weeks later that both phones were oddly registered under the same telephone number, and only one phone had JUMP. We went back to store, and told them to fix it. They plainly told us that we should have read the paperwork completely before signing it in the store. However, in store you do not get papers to sign, you just get a screen to autograph, and receive print-outs later in a carry-bag. They affirmed that what is done, cannot be undone.Sad that we cannot trust the salespeople!

No one ever showed...called T-Mobile cust srv...all they did was tell me they called the store and no one answered...but they were supposed to be there...it didnt surprise me because T-Mobile has the worst customer service...and doesnt value their customers
