Great dealership!!! They sell AMAZING CARS! Called Scott about a 2015 Range Rover, he was very helpful and honest! Went out of his way to do a FaceTime call and show me the vehicle as I live in Michigan and they’re in Tennessee. Without me asking he pointed out all the small imperfections on the car, I have NEVER bought a used car before that was this clean, I couldn’t believe how clean the car was almost like the car was brand new. You can tell they only buy quality cars, I would buy another car from them with my eyes closed as they exceeded my expectations. I found a Diesel S Class Mercedes online as a listing at USI Motors, A quick call led me to my sales person Kendra. I put down a small deposit and I arrived to see the car a few days later. The car was exactly as described and Kendra was awesome, She stepped up for me when there were questions, was available at all hours, and even rode to the bank with me to get a certified check when I committed to the purchase. Even after the sale the dealership stands out, I felt like I had backup from the responses of Kendra, The sales manager and even from the owner of the dealership. As a side note, The car selection was incredible, I would only expect to see cars of this stature at a dealership in South Florida.

Oct. 2021Okay, so we’ve all heard the stories about the “used car salesmen”, right? Well, forget them.U.S. International Motors, Inc. (USI Motors) was “the best experience” that I have ever had with the purchase of a quality used car. My initial search covered the states of Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. Two separate dealers would not accommodate my request to hold the car with a $2500 deposit and the completion of all the required credit applications, etc.. Consequently, both vehicles were sold and I was forced to continue my search.………….. AND THEN THERE WAS SCOTT SNIPP and the USI Motors team, Nick and sales manager Erick.I spotted the Mini Cooper Clubman quite by accident on the CarGuru site and clicked the link……I sent Scott my trade-in pictures and information and within ten minutes he met with Erick, put together the offer and sent it to me for approval. They beat the competition with their offer for my trade by over $2000, not only that, they said they would hold the car with a small deposit until I could make travel arrangements. I did casually mention to Scott that we would be traveling on our wedding anniversary and would leave ASAP. I called Scott from the road and gave him our ETA.Well, arrive we did, just as the dealership was opening. As we pulled in we could see Scott and our little Mini. After searching for my dream car for months, we found that USI Motors had it and jumped at the opportunity! From the first contact I had with USI Motors until the moment I drove off the lot I have been very impressed. While USI Motors caters to more high-end European vehicles, I manged to find them in possession of an extremely low-mileage Subaru Outback that I was interested in. I requested more info on the car and Marilyn responded back extremely quickly to answer my questions. We then worked out the price just as easily and quickly, and I was quite happy with how nice it was to handle business without being tortured in a traditional dealership for hours or being flooded with spam emails and canned responses. Marilyn was very candid when answering my questions and did not give me any run-around. When I drove up from GA to finalize the purchase I think I spent more time test driving the car than I did signing the papers. I am pretty sure I was in and out in under 30 minutes (including the test drive). The website is also very easy to navigate and there are plenty of pictures of their inventory to look at. All in all, I wish I had known about USI Motors years ago. They are definitely a top choice for buying cars, in my opinion. I had been searching for a bmw m760 for awhile, and found that there were about 75 listed on autotrader. The one listed at USI was very low mileage, very short in-service time, and sterling carfax. In addition, it was the best price of any of the 75 listed when taking into account the options it had. I emailed the dealer on a Saturday morning asking a question regarding the paint, and within one half hour I got a call from Marilyn, a sales rep. She was helpful, polite, and there was not an ounce of pressure. I did more research on the car and decided that I this was the car I wanted to buy, and USI was going to get my business. Marilyn made setting up financing a snap, and then we started talking about trading my car. She asked for the vin and some pictures and said she would get back with their offer for my car. I did some research, and found that $32k was a good price to get on the trade. Thinking back to some past experiences with car dealers, I expected to get a low ball offer in the twenties for the car, since I was guessing the owner would set the offer price, and I had not spoken with him yet. Marilyn called a few hours later and said they had a firm offer for my car. I was thinking “ok, here we go, this will be difficult, a long negotiation”, and she tells me “we can offer you $32k for your car”. I was so stunned that there was no back and forth that it took me a second to agree.We arranged for me to come down a few days later , and when I got there Marilyn greeted me and the showroom and grounds were spotless. They then showed me the car, it was the cleanest used car I had ever bought. There was literally no marks or smudges anywhere, inside or out, It looked and smelled brand new. I then met the owner, who was a really nice guy, the type that makes you want to do business with again.So to sum up, the best price/options of any of the cars on autotrader, no pressure sales people, sparkling car delivered to you, this is by far the best used car buying experience I have ever had. If you decide to go with USI, and why wouldn’t you, ask for Marilyn, you won’t be disappointed!

Looked online for a couple months for the perfect car at the right price. Entered into discussions with a couple of dealerships, with less than acceptable results. Slow responses, didn’t answer my questions, just didn’t seem interested in my business. That all changed when I saw a beautiful MB SL 550 at USI Motors. Extremely responsive, answered all of my questions quickly and honestly, not in sales speak, and even made a couple videos for me so I could see more of the car without having to drive 200 miles to see it in person. We agreed to the price, subject to an acceptable test drive, and I headed to Knoxville. I explained to Eric, the Sales Manager, that it was going to be a long day for me and I wanted to minimize the time at his dealership, and he delivered. The car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived. The paperwork was all complete ahead of time and took 5 minutes to review and sign after the test drive. The out the door price was as agreed to. Couldn’t have gone better from the moment I saw the car online to when I drove it off the lot. Nicely done Eric and USI Motors! 5 stars.

If you have to ask, how much?, you cant afford it. The only Saab authorised dealership/mechanic in the Knoxville area. The staff and mechanics are true professionals; rightfully proud of their unique skills with European automobiles. Took my 03 9-3 ARC in for a steering lock malfunction and to have the old, broken (but still functional) FOB replaced. Am very satisfied with the service performed and will be taking my 9-3 here for any service requiring an authorised Saab dealership/mechanic.Note to Saab owners: any work done here is guaranteed, for life, by Saab.

After seeing the automobile I wanted on Cargurus, I called USI Motors and spoke to Kendra. She gave me info on the car and the dealership and we made plans to visit the dealership a few days later. Because I was coming from out of state and wanted to make sure the car was still there, I gave a deposit to hold the car until the weekend. I made the eight hour ride to the dealer and the car was there as promised and looking just as it did from the photos. Kendra gave us the keys to test drive with no hassle; afterwards we worked out a deal and that was it. It was quick, simple, and no all day purchase process at the dealership. We then got back on the road for the eight hour ride back home. Kendra checked on us during our travels, and later setup the enclosed transport of the car to my home. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

I recently bought a BMW 750Li from USI Motors and Im extremely pleased with the car and the service from Eric, my sales consultant. It was an easy and quick transaction, and the price of the BMW and allowance for my trade was fair. If you are looking for European luxury or exotic, you should go to USI first.

I purchased my vehicle out of state and Eric with USI was very helpful throughout the process. He was responsive to my initial inquiry and then offered to take the car to a local Knoxville dealership so I could have it inspected. They worked with me on the purchase price and gave me a fair price to trade my car as well. They were able to process some of the paperwork prior to my arrival. When I went to pick up the car, the navigation system was not working and the owner and Eric assured me they would take care of it through the dealership where I live. It took over a month to get the part (the audio control module) and USI paid the entire bill which totaled over $3,000. I am very pleased with the service and follow-up. Thanks USI and Eric.

Eric Jendrucko notified me, by telephone, that USI Motors had a 2017 Mazda Miata. I met him, test drove the car and within two hours, I purchased it. Incredibly clean car, no pressure sales, and a joy to work with! I highly recommend Eric and USI Motors.

I went here for a recall replacement and everyone was very friendly. They did a great job and had me out in 30 minutes. Will definitely come back for any euro repairs/replacements I need.

They were in such a hurry to leave after we worked the deal they locked me and my car in the dealership i had to uber home. The guy even had to come and get the key to the car i test drove from me. I still had it in my pocket he walked over to my car got the key so he knew i was still there. Never mentioned they were closing and locking up i took a 3 minute phone call and then tried to leave and was locked in.

Wether we purchase a car here or not, the Customer Service and Class of the owner and employees are top notch. I was very impressed with the method of professionalism and class, yes that has NOT gone out of style! Is much appreciated and does make a difference in conducting business.

I purchased a car in July that I had been shopping for over 2 years. USI had one with the options I had been looking for with low mileage and the price was in the range I was seeking. I reached out to them and had perhaps the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I traveled from out of state and found the car was exactly as it was described. Eric @ USI recently sold me a Mercedes GLS.Just to let you know that I usually loathe vehicle shopping because of the haggling and hidden fees that markup the sticker price. Neither was the case at USIThe sales manager, Eric J. was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable on my vehicle and worked hard for my business. I am late in writing this post, bought my car 12/6/19, but let me make this perfectly clear, it has zero to do with the service and auto I received from USI. I contacted USI months ahead of my purchase and was paired up with the salesman Eric. He was quick to respond and informative. After several weeks of emailing...and maybe a call or two, I dropped the lead on the 2017 Porsche Macan S (aka red sled) with only 13K+ miles on it. Red and hot!!!! After a couple of months scouring the world, I saw the red sled was still available at USI. I contacted Eric again...via email and calls. Never dealt with anyone nicer. Asked for info. Got it. Asked for paperwork. Got it. If anything Eric and USI waited on me....they were graciously patient as I live in Vermont and USI is Knoxville, Tennessee. I flew down on 12/6/19 to pick up the red sled and was almost embarrassed to find my red sled was most likely cheapest car on the lot. Tesla. Mercedes. Bentley. Rolls. I felt like a low brow tool...but you know what, Eric and Caroline, treated me is if i was buying the 2019 Porsche 911 Turbo...drooled over it..Eric said he’d call me if they dropped the price by $100K🤪...or the Bentley Bentayga. As I was leaving, the gentleman wiping down the cars—in this case, THE 2019 Porsche 911 Turbo (drool!!)—engaged me in a conversation about cars et al. Very nice dude. I drove it 1500 miles back home. Great Suv. No issues. Caroline sent me the paperwork as she said she would. I owe her a copy of the registration. I will send it on Monday. Eric has followed up. The red sled is now registered here...and I am waiting to spring it on my friends—it is still a secret. USI Motors is GREAT!!!

I was on the search for an LR4 for some time and came across USI Motors. I had met Eric and gave him my specs for purchase. He came back in less than 3 weeks. I was looking to get my Land Cruiser sold first, Eric and his surrounding staff were the most patient in our sale and purchase process they also helped me in a crunch to get the cruiser sold.
