These guys are super great. Needed a van for our business fast, as our van died unexpectedly on one of our job sites. Mark helped us tremendously. We had our van towed to a repair shop. Mark went to the shop and picked up our old van for us, which helped us so much. And gave us a very fair price for it. Also we needed a ladder rack for van we purchased from Tennessee Valley and Mark included a used one in the sale at no extra cost. Paper work was handled expediently and we were out in no time with our new/ used van. Very happy with our Van, service and purchase amount. Mark and his brother Bill are very honest, trust worthy folks, and gave us excellent service. We highly recommend them and would differently purchase from them in the future.

I was referred to Tennessee Valley Motor Co. by a local mechanic who said that Mark and Bill are very honest and have been in business for many years. We just moved here from CT and didnt know any dealers reputations so we were going on faith that the mechanic was steering us in the right direction. I am happy to say that we felt right at home and comfortable with Mark who never was the stereotypical used car salesman. He was easy to talk with and never pushy in any way. His brother, Bill was also great. He fixed some little things on the van we bought as we chatted.
