I recently purchased a used Ford Expedition at Royal Motors, a 2013 model with 135000 miles, advertised on autotrader.com. The high mileage was concerning to me so I called and spoke with Nicki and asked if it might be possible for me to take the car to my mechanic for an inspection at my expense. She was very nice and consented to my request. The next day I went to Royal lot, met Nicki and examined the vehicle. I was pleased to see that it was in very good condition both inside and out, also with essentially new tires. I took the car and drove about 20 miles to my mechanic. His one hour inspection revealed no significant problems with engine, brakes, rust, etc and he gave a very favorable review. I returned to Royal Motors and spoke again with Nicki. We settled on a purchase price, before taxes and fees, slightly below asking price and within the KBB range for the vehicle which I felt was a fair and painless negotiation. Nicki made the process quick and efficient. I left with a Temporary Tag. She called me as soon as the Permanent tag arrived at the dealership and also arranged for me to have a second key made the day I came to pick up the permanent tag which was very convenient. Overall a very pleasant and positive vehicle purchase experience upon which I can highly recommend Royal Motors. There were other nice looking used vehicles on the lot as well.

They graciously stayed open later to wait on us so we could see a Tahoe they had. There was an issue with the vehicle that was Chevys fault, but it was perfect other than that. The owner immediately looked into having it fixed and refused to take a deposit for it in case we decided not to get it once it was fixed. He gave us his word he wouldn’t sale it until we were able to come back a few days later. Unfortunately he couldn’t get it fixed in time for us, but My husband was confident he could take care of it himself, so he worked in the price for us so we could use that money to fix it. My husband was able to get the parts and have it fixed in a short time and we are so happy with our purchase. I’m the primary driver and I have had no issues since my husband bought it. Everything was exactly as they said. The owner and Nicki were so kind and helpful and we are so grateful for their honesty. We’ve been telling everyone about this dealership and we look forward to buying from them again!

Purchasing from Royal Motors was the easiest, fastest transaction Ive had and Ive purchased many, many vehicles in my lifetime.I highly recommend anyone looking for a good quality vehicle to go see Royal Motors, you will not be disappointed!We were in the market for a VW Passat for our daughter, she had a 2014 model and loved it. She unfortunately had an accident about a month ago and totaled hers. We had never owned a VW product until purchasing her 2014 model, now after her accident Im convinced of their tried and true safety! I searched Autotrader and found a 2015 Passat at Royal Motors. We live in the Gulf Shores, AL area, called them on Tuesday morning, asked if the vehicle was still available; it was. We asked that they let us know at the end of the day if the vehicle sold, to please let us know as we were leaving shortly after our daughters graduation. They reached out before leaving at the end of the day to let us know the vehicle was still available. We were pretty certain we were purchasing the vehicle provided the photos were accurate upon our arrival and inspection of the vehicle.We arrived around 4pm Wednesday afternoon and test drove the vehicle. The images posted on AutoTrader and their website were very accurate and depicted the condition of the vehicle perfectly. Upon return from the test drive, we purchased it on the spot. Can not wait to surprise our daughter with her new to her car!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a used vehicle this past October. We live in Virginia and weve had a lot of bad luck this year trying to find one. The girl that handled our loan information and did business with did an amazing job. There was no pressure and the staff maddcthemselves available through the whole thing. We ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else, though. The vehicle at the other place was more the size we needed. We were very impressed with everything that went on with Royal Motors and how they handled everything. We will definitely be trying to do business with them in the future.

Found out about them when I was searching for a RAV4 hybrid on car gurus. They had exactly what I was looking for but one problem..it was 2 hours away from me. Finally spoke with Nicki about it and she was so pleasant to deal with. Zero pressure on her part but was so accommodating, I couldn’t help but to drive down from Kentucky and take a look at it. Let them know I was on my way and when I got there the vehicle was parked in the front and spotless for me to test drive. Almost one week later and I’m so happy with my new car and my experience dealing with them. I was ready to give up for a while I had had such bad experiences elsewhere. I can honestly say they truly care about helping people out. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!

Do not go here. I came to test drive a 2015 Volkswagen Passat and noticed there was an issue with it during the test drive. The weatherstripping was coming off of the window causing a whistling noise. I was not greeted when I got back and had to run the keys inside the dealership. They didnt talk to me about the drive at all. Then they texted me to ask how the test drive was the next day. I told them there was an issue so they had it looked at, and got back to me a couple days later saying nothing was wrong and asked if I wanted to schedule another test drive. So I did. I had my dad take off early from work to come with me, and on my way over there I get a text that it sold. Essentially, they sold the car out from under me after I scheduled a test drive and then told me after the car had sold that no appointment is guaranteed without a deposit. Please tell me why I would put a deposit down on a car I havent tested yet (after the issue had been resolved). Makes no sense. Terrible customer service, and I will not be looking at cars here from now on. I advise you dont either.

I recently purchased a Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited from Royal Motors LLC. Sam, the sales manager and Nicki were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There were a couple minor issues with the car which needed care prior to final sale, Sam immediately took care of them. I bought a great car at a fair price with wonderful service from Royal Motors. They do not pressure you into buying and they are honest. This place will not scam you, and they have followed through with replacing a sensor on the car as promised even after a cash purchase. Wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Bought 2008 Acura. They have restored my faith in car buying. Ive had the worse luck. I dealt with Brian. Please ask for him. Hes honest and very patient. He let me take my car to my mechanic and waited over a hour for a diagnosis then Royal Motors drove it to Acura for a second one a few days later. Car in honest condition as they listed. We thought the heater was broke but turned out to be an Acura glitch and they called me AFTER I purchased the car to fix it at no cost, but it turned out to work. Then 2 weeks later called to tell me they found a spare set of keys for my car. Chip keys arent cheap. Thank you Brian and Sam for all you did. Ill be back!
