Went in for a estimate on my vehicles tade in value and I can say that I got a good reasonable offer. Was looking to trade for a truck looked around the used inventory and the new but did not end up buying one. Ben Morton was my dealership salesman and Im honored to say that it was one of the most pleasant experiences ever in a dealership. Very respectful honest and patient individual. I was looking into a brand new f150 and even though I didnt buy it if I ever need to purchase one I will definitely see Ben. And if the dealership owners in the White family are reading this Mr. Ben Morton needs an employee appreciation plaque or employee of the month.

Terrible service. I had an issue with my car (which is relatively new and which I had bought from Ted Russell). They told me that it would be over 14 days before they could fix it and that I would need to leave it for 48 hours so they could “diagnose” even though it is clearly the blower motor and they would not give me a car to drive in the interim. There are much better dealerships out there. If you want to buy a car from the equivalent of Big Lots, this is your place!

I was out here just minding my own business and looking at cars when I saw a strapping young gentleman by the name of David Householder. Our car buying experience was wonderful, however after purchasing our brand new Lincoln continental from the show room floor, we see it takes an act of Congress to make service appointments or even speak to a person in the department you wish to speak in. Ted Russell let me just say all of the elders in my family have retired from Ford in Michigan, we get the Ford family discount, we own 3 Fords 1 Lincoln currently and we’re planning on coming back in the fall to purchase a Navigator. This has never been our Ford or Lincoln experience at any other dealership. My husband came into the service department in person to make an appointment for regular service on our car and your service department sent him away with a phone number to call. Very bad customer service! If a person is going to pay $60,000 for a car or more, and this is the service you offer them, then I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Traveling from WI to SC pulling a 42’ 5th wheel, my husband, Dennis, started experiencing trouble with power in our 2019 F350 and it appeared to be getting worse. He just happened to look off interstate and noticed Ford dealership sign next exit so we headed that way. Well we didn’t have enough power to turn into dealership so some service employees came running to our rescue and pulled us in with one of their trucks. ServiceDepartment personnel, wish I knew their name, worked to fit us in their schedule that day and even had a driver take us to lunch. After assessing the problem, they informed us it was a bad ERG valve which caused a clogged filter and during this time there is a National shortage of the part required and could take over 6 weeks! So we looked at our options and insurances about towing and since we were 7 hours from home very very costly! They offered to let us talk to a Sales Consultant as an option. David Householder was awesome! He just so happened to have gotten a used F350 a year newer than ours but about same features andmade a deal! David was extremely kind and exceptional in customer service! He even took us to a hotel for the night and assisted in transferring our personnel belongings from one truck to the new and we were able to keep our 5th wheel on their property overnight. Martin, the Financial Department, was awesome too! I can’t say enough about this dealership! We are seniors and have dealt with a lot of dealerships and this rates the highest from service to sales to finance department!!

I’ve never had a service representative talk me out of having service work done. Showed up for my scheduled appointment to have my sunroof repaired, and was told it could be “hours” before they have it figured out, and they probably wouldn’t have it fixed today. I’d already done my research on the problem, and knew this would involve a few days at the dealership. The only “parts” needed was for the glass sealant. This was originally done as part of a safety recall, it still leaks. Then, if parts are ordered, I’ll have to come back again. I had planned on being there for a few hours, so, I took off work for this appointment. Left dealership extremely frustrated. If this had been communicated properly to begin with, this situation would not have taken place.

We were trying to trade one of our cars for a Mustang today. We talked to the salesman yesterday and he was telling us how great their trade-in values were so we decided to give them a try. All said and done they were saying we were $8000 upside down (which is probably $2000 under what our one car is worth). After telling us that they wanted us to come in with $15,000 down on a $34,000 car. I have never been treated that way from any other dealership in my life. I was also going order a new bronco from them but I guess I’ll go to Ray Varner Ford for that.

I went to Ted Russell for a recall on my F150. I found the dealership to be clean and organized. I was immediately greeted when I arrived and directed to a service manager. The manager was polite and informed me of the wait time for the repair. I was there less than an hour when the service manager came to tell me that my truck was finished. He had gotten an opening and squeezed me in. This was a pleasant surprise which I appreciated.

She called me 6 or 7 times the next day after the test drive, still trying to get us to buy, and just wouldnt leave us alone. But the salesman was great.
