I have given these people over $900 to fix my car two times & everything they “fixed” is still the same. They replaced my mass air flow sensor, & 3 hours after my check engine light came on reading the same code about the sensor. They also replaced my master cylinder & my breaks were a lot better for a couple of weeks, then went right back to being spongy & having to be pushed the the floor to break. I have wasted so much money here for absolutely no reason. Such a waste & a rip off.

Adam is the best thing that’s happened to me since dental implants. I was in the market for some tires called the discount tire place they offered me some cheap tires at a high price since I already had fire hawk tires on my car I called Firestone and Adam had 4 new ones in stock and could do it the same day and the price was cheaper than I expected so this makes the 2nd set I bought from them the process was quick keep up the good work 🤩🤩🤩🌈👍🏻🤗👑👀

This will be a mixed review. I have been a long standing customer of this particular store and would regularly recommend them. However, perhaps the current situation in our nation is affecting them in the same way as other establishments. They really tried to accommodate me in an emergency situation by squeezing me in and giving me an appointment today. But when I got there I was told there was no one skilled in the problem my vehicle was having. The manager on duty was very apologetic and highly upset, frankly more than I was. None the less, I am now sitting at home with a still broken car.

They bent one of my rims when installing a new set of tires. I come back for a different service and they refuse to work on my car. I asked the manager for alternatives but he was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He just showed up to get me out of his parking lot. This is the type of people youre dealing with at this Firestone. Find another one.

Had a trailer tire shredding on a Sunday. Was able to squeeze me in, even though they were booked. Very helpful.

I went in to get my spark plug repaired. Over the phone they quoted me $200. When my car was done they called and tried to have me pay almost $700 for a spark plug that didnt even need to be replaced. (and spark plugs cost around $8). I had to bargain the guy down to $300.... I can’t believe that they would take advantage of me like that.

My family has been taking our vehicles to Firestone for 40 years or more. Vehicle service and customer service has never wavered. Consistent every time.

Made an appt night before and was able to schedule one for before noon the next morning. Staff super friendly. Lobby wasnt crowded at all. Only took just over an hour to have rotate and balance of tires and a 4 wheel alignment. Cost was lower than I expected as well. Will definitely take back for my car repairs.

Great group of mechanics!! They replaced a motor for us in less than a week then patiently waited over 2 months for us to get the money together, Then stayed open late so we could pick the Vehicle up!! Car is running Great!! Thanks Guys!!

Very pleasant and professional environment. They always call me before they fix anything other than what I bought it in for. I can drop my car off in the morning and it usually will be ready to pick up after noon. Speedy service isnt always a good thing when it comes to more serious matters. I would rather pay for accuracy than speediness when it comes to my vehucles.

Listen. This place is AMAZING. They do all the usual things you want your mechanic to do (call before doing any work, get the work done quickly, have honest and fair prices), but this is the part I love -- as a woman, I used to dread taking my car anywhere. But the staff at this Firestone is awesome (shoutout to Chris!) No matter who waits on me, I have always been treated fairly and spoken to LIKE AN INTELLIGENT INDIVIDUAL. They explain the problem/work/cost to me the same way they would explain it to my husband. Theyre cheerful, theyre patient, they ask the right questions, and they genuinely want to fix your car. I trust them completely, and they have taken care of my car for all of its 187,000+ miles.

Very grateful for the Firestone staff. Everyone was so nice and great. Made sure my car got an oil change, and new tires. Walked me through everything, and were very upfront about all the services. I will forever take my vehicles to this location. Highly, recommended!!!!

These guys were AMAZING when I had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. They got me right in at 8am when they opened today, and got right to work on my tire. They were very courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had even put my spare tire back into its place in the trunk. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Quick overview, I am having a difficult time right now financially due to life throwing some things my way, so a car expense is a huge worry for me. Back in November I was told by Florin that I needed all 4 tires replaced on a car I had just recently purchased. To which I kind of let ride ( haha get it?) until I had saved up to purchase what I thought would be 2 tires at a time. When I walked into Firestone yesterday luckily Florin was also working. He not only helped me apply for a Firestone card and be approved, but had given me such an amazing deal on 4 tires that I could not pass. So, from a business standpoint it was genius because I still spent a good amount more than planned, yet I was extremely satisfied with the deal he provided. As the mother of two kids I like to know my car is as safe as possible and your employee helped provide that. In the past I have had issues at another location I used to take my vehicles to (also Firestone) and was hesitant to go back. Now, honestly I think I will only be taking my car to this location, particularly when Florin is working (shout-out to Andy also because I feel like I always see that man there and he is kind.) Employees like that deserve some recognition so I really hope this gets seen!

After thousands of dollars worth of work my car still sounds like a giant lawnmower, the check engine light is still on and no heat blows out of my vents. Next time Ill just find a crackhead to work on my car and save some money.

I was told by the dealership tht I needed brakes and roters and tires and an alingment thank god i decided to come here cause tht was not the case just needed the tires saved so much!! And a big thank you to Chris who helped me thru it all!

Overall, they do pretty good work. However, wait times can be frustrating and having an appointment didnt seem to affect how long I waited compared to a time when I just walked in. If you are having more than an oil change done, I would recommend dropping your vehicle off versus waiting, but that is just my opinion. They recently replaced my brakes and did a good job with that too.

It cost $110 find out these people dont have a clue of what they are doing.... the manager walked around pressing the Mechanics for time the whole time I was there, very unprofessional.... instead of finding out and fixing the problem of my vehicle,they didnt have time so they charged me anyway... hard to turn out quality work when upper management will not give the mechanics time to do so..... this place doesnt deserve the one-star I gave it...

1000% recommendation. We were in a nightmare situation – car broken down hundreds of miles from home and our destination and with important deadlines to meet on a Saturday afternoon. They looked at the car promptly, fixed the apparent problem, and then did a real road test which revealed the much more serious problem that would have left us stranded again. Most importantly, they talked us through the situation, convinced us not to do the dumb thing we wanted to do, and helped us find a solution that was safe and workable even though it involved no more work or profit for them. They were genuinely helpful, nice, and competent (while our drama was going on they were also helping a steady stream of other people with repairs and emergencies) and were tremendously grateful that they were where we landed! If you have a CHOICE, you should definitely choose them, and if like us, you dont, youll be lucky to have them be the nearest.

The staff and service here is top notch. Our brake booster went on our car while on a road trip. They repaired the car in no time at all. Chris and Marc were wonderful to work with. We are so appreciative for their fast and efficient work.

We had some car troubles going back to Ohio and they took care of us in a couple hours. At the service counter, Wayne, was the most helpful and calming man. It was a very stressful day and the fact that they had the parts and were quick made a huge difference. They’re open on Sundays, which most places aren’t, and were fantastic! 10 out of 10 would recommend 👌

We made an appointment for 5:00pm and they didn’t even get our vehicle back until 6:00pm, they didn’t seem to see us standing there to ask when it should be getting worked on, blatantly ignoring us. I could throw in a couple more complaints but I’ll keep it short and relevant. There’s plenty of other places who are so much quicker and still getting the job done right for cheaper than here I’m sure.

Had appointment at 7 am for 2 tires & was there for 2.5 hours to get tires changed. Was informed by manager a hour after appointment that they didnt have tires at store & had to send someone to get them. Took another hour to get them installed. Very poor customer service & wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

I was driving down a road when my brake light came on Not understanding why I played with This situation for about a week I decided to take it to Firestone to have it checked out Which I have done with other Vehicles Come to find out I was a disaster waiting to happen My brakes was completely shot and I was leaking Fluid . Ive used Firestone for years to maintain the oil changes, tire replacement, tire rotation and wheel alignment.Andy has helped me out a few times, Im new to this location over the last few years as I moved recently.The lifetime alignment is a no-brainer and there are often coupons for discounts on oil changes. Ive had no problems scheduling drop off and pick up.I will say that I maintain my vehicles religiously and come to expect the cost associated with doing it right. They are not some shade tree mechanic working on the weekend.Their parking lot is part of a larger shopping center and theres always plenty of parking.Combining their rebates and promotions often times their prices are comparable to others or under cut them.

Absolutely amazing Customer service by Mr.AndyHe took care of us and our Van is driving perfectly now.

They told me they could not pull a nail out of my tire and air it up, so me and my kids could make it 20 miles home. The work would take less than 10 minutes and told me they couldnt do it because they close in an hour in a half. Poor customer service.

Had a flat tire on my Corvette they worked past their normal hours to make sure I was taken care of.. Andy and the mechanic who was working on the car was great!

Ive used this same Firestone for the entire time Ive lived in Knoxville, since 1979 & have always gotten great service for every vehicle theyve serviced. Theyve even welded parts to keep from having to replace them for me. If they arent set up for something theyll say so. Im not sure why others seem to have problems, maybe its your car, not their work.

Very upset with this Firestone store. Awhile back I purchased some tires from them and at the same time paid for a lifetime alignment on my Nissan Quest van. About a year after that I came back for other service and requested they check alignment. They then reported to me that the upper and low ball joints were bad and wouldnt align the front end If I didnt have the necessary work done. If that were the case, they would be right. However I chose to wait. I then took the van to a very reputable garage, Pro Toy, as well as another trustworthy local mechanic, and had both to inspect the front end of my van without telling them anything about Firestone. They both said it was nice and tight and didnt find any problems. I am done with Firestone.If you go there you better get a second opinion.

Fast service. Made my appointment on my phone. Showed up about 10 min early for a front end alignemnt I was out the door within 45 minutes. I especially like how they are open on sundays bc no one else is when you need things done on your vechile.

Ive taken my vehicles to Firestone since 2006. Always gotten prompt, efficient and fairly priced service.

Three times was treated as an inconvenience, was a loyal customer for years. They were inconsiderate and unprofessional, when complained they offered free oil change. I just need to be treated like a valuable paying customer dont need a free oil, wont be back.

I let Firestone handled most general maintenance on my vehicles, 15+ years. Overall I feel like Im treated fairly and they will negotiate prices to be competitive.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. They stripped my oil pan plug twice, but were kind enough to offer their services to fix. After calling around a few places their price was about the lowest, so I had them do it. The up side is they got me out for less than they quoted me which is unexpected.Also I paid for the lifetime alignment and get it done every three months while I am there for my oil change but it is never straight no matter how many times I take it back.

Wish I could do No stars but cant. But will never go back to this location ever again. They put a alternator on my car in April and a couple days ago the belt starts squeaking and I go to put a new belt on and when I took the tension off the belt the alternator almost fell off. The top bolt was broke off in the head of the motor and bottom bolt was backed out all the way. Called Chris the manager and long story short he said it wasnt their fault that I had someone else to work on it since they did. Not sure why I would have someone else to work on a brand new alternator that I just paid them 500 bucks to replace but thats what he said. So now Im having to spend 800 bucks to get it fixed so lesson learned jus be aware of this location. And also if they screw your vehicle up their corporate office is no help either they will come up with a lame excuse not to cover your vehicle.

I spent over $2,500 to repair a company vehicle. I left the lot after being told the car was in great shape. It died two days later. I called Firestone and they said they would tow it to their lot for $35. They then told me that the repair cost would be $3,000 and that I owed $68 for the tow bill. They are either incompetent or crooks, but either way I would not recommend doing business here.

Justin Nawman was great! He has excellent customer service. He took care of my car quickly and took the time to share information with me. This was my first time going to firestone and it was a great experience thanks to Justin.

I am done with this place, such a ripoff. Took my car to get air fixed. Said it would be $600.. ok said it was done then go get vehicle they say the compressor weak still no air. They give me a quote of $1200 mind you that I just paid $600. I replace compressor myself and serpentine belt. So the 5 hours they say for labor and $400 for compressor. So I take car back there and they say $1000 I say sir you told me $1200 that’s with labor of removing compressor and and putting new one in. He say oh let me call you back. So he did and said $823.. I am furious and at point of this is a place that’s getting over so many people. I send the wife to pay and just get our damn car. She gets it and it still isn’t right it’s not blowing, I call and ANDY says oh I got the ticket right before she got here that it’s an actuator!!! Then said it be like 200-300 like dude you just lost my services for good and anyone I can get ahold of via Facebook, reviews and going to let them know not to go to firestone auto care!! We took my car there to get the alternator replaced and because it was giving us trouble. they charged me 300.00 dollars to replace it when we got it back it was still giving us problems. come to find out they never touched it. it also sat in their lot for 2 or 3 weeks before they even got around to it. 300.00 wasted for nothing

Service was great regarding the recalled tires. They didnt hassle me, and with two tires and oil change, I was out in an hour!

Coming back from Florida, my truck transmission went out. Being from out of town on A Sunday morning I was pretty distraught. I nursed the truck over to their service shop and waited for them to get their. Justin on of the service managers took my truck in and promised to get it checked out on Monday. Since I had to be back to Ohio I headed home not knowing what to expect. On Monday morning I was called promptly with the bad news. The transmission was destroyed. Since I did not want to money into a old truck. I decided not to fix it. I expected to pay the normal inspection fee. I was totally suprised when I was only charged $24. They didnt try to take advantage of me. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them and would use them if I lived in the area.
