Great job team....in and out in a very Jiffy manner!!

First time in for a Oil Change and filter. Stopped there after having my car cleaned. BIG mistake.Apparently they include a quick vacuum and window cleaning (which it didnt need) but a nice gesture.Received my vehicle back with heavy smears on all of my windows and greasy hand prints on my doors, door handles and interior.I called the manager after pulling out with my new found issues. He did say he was sorry about the issues but didnt offer to have the vehicle re-cleaned or anything else.I took the vehicle back across the street for re-cleaning and the attendant asked what happened. I told him and he just shook his head. He has had customers with the same experience at the same Jiffy Lube.ITs hot and the technicians are in a hurry but $ 113.00 Oil change on a freshly detailed 2020 Suburban with this level service from Jiffy Lube is very disappointing.

Quick, comprehensive, concise, and cost-efficient. They recommended synthetic oil, which works better and cuts down some on oil-change trips. Probably balances out the higher price so that youre not really spending much more in the longrun.

Matt was very helpful and apologetic, however I came in for a 15 minute oil change which turned into an almost two hour event. My car would not start after the oil change. Leaving me broken down 15 feet from the shops exit. Luckily they were able to fix the issue and I am grateful for their help. But then after leaving again and looking over my bill, I realized they did not do any of the signature services that I paid for. So I once again had to return.I was there only customer in the entire timeframe, I don’t know what the excuses for not being on top of things.But thank you, I am now having my friend teach me how to change my own oil. Will not be returning.

I brought my 2006 Ford Escape in for an oil change. Wanted Synthetic, but the price was $50.00+, so I chose conventional. I normally change my own oil on my Escape and have done so at least 60 times over its lifetime. Same Oil Pan bolt has been in it since manufacture by Ford. This time, my wife was in a hurry to take a 2 hour drive to Greenville, S.C. to see my Mother-In-Law, so she convinced me not to take the time and just bring it in to Jiffy Lube. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. One day after she returned from her trip she told me the Oil light was on, so I checked in and it was a quart low. Turns out that either Jiffy Guys shorted me a quart, OR my Oil Pressure Sensor is going bad and is leaking slowly. After research, indeed the Oil Pressure Sensor was bad, so I ordered a new one. I read online that you could pull the AC Compressor just enough to reach the sensor, or change the oil and when you remove the oil filter, you can reach the sensor from there, so I thought Id change the oil back to Full Synthetic anyway. When I crawled under the car I could already see that the oil filter was not spec. If you know Fords well, the PH2 is the recommended filter and is BIG. The filter with the date written on it by Jiffy Guys is about the size of a Silver Dollar. I think the filter is leaking as well due to its size. So, I am done with JL at this point!Then to make all matters worse, the Oil Pan Bolt had been replaced. I know this because 1. The original had a white washer behind it; the new stripped bolt has a black washer, and 2. The new bolt was obviously put on with an Air Gun because it was badly stripped and so tight that neither my brother nor myself could remove the stripped bolt with pliers, Vice Grips, or a Plumbers wrench. Damn, this is the most shabby work I have ever seen. I changed the oil on this car for its life and the one time I bring it in here, a person calling themselves an auto mechanic ruins the bolt and possibly the Oil Pan itself. My Dad long ago warned me to NEVER take a vehicle to these places. Typically they will remove every filter in the car, and tell you need a new filter, they will tell you you need a radiator flush, a fuel injector cleaning for another $100.00 etc. I watched them pull a guys NEW car air filter which was shiny new and tell him it needed replacing and it did not even have dust on it.Buyer beware; DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ! THESE GUYS ARE STILL LEARNING AND LOVE THEIR AIR WRENCHES AND PAY NO ATTENTION TO TORQUE RECOMMENDATIONS FROM MANUFACTURES, AND DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE OF OIL FILTER TO INSTALL. IF IT WILL SCREW ON OR IN, THEY WILL USE IT ! Once saw a little lady bring her likely Less Than 1 year old car in for an oil change and when she left, her bill was over $400.00 - they even replaced her battery I think...Its ok, I really do not trust your mechanics to fix this. It would require a new Oil Pan and Plug, a new Oil Change, and a better and correct sized Oil Filter - PH2. I have another vendor scheduled to fix this, install a PH2 Filter and replace my oil pressure sensor for < $50 on Friday, 26-Feb-2021. I am adding photos of the damage and the invoice with Name Blanked out / redacted. We live in Loudon, and needed an oil change. While out running errands decided to give Jiffy Lube a chance. The gentleman today were not only efficient but very polite and respectful towards my wife and I. Well done guys, you have earned another customer.

My car indicated it had very low oil as I was driving, so I was obviously very nervous. Googled the nearest oil change and came here. I’m a young woman so I don’t know anything about cars. They topped my oil and wiper fluid off free of charge. Will certainly be giving my business here from now on. As a woman, it is easy to be taken advantage of in the automotive industry. I really appreciate the men that helped me out today.

Live and learn. I just left and received a 10 minute oil change. Evan the manager tried to double my price. He said it was taxes. I have a coupon for $24.99 and he tried to charge me $51. I went to him again and said you will apply the coupon, correct. He sadly agreed. They seem to be eating and licking their fingers while theyre working on peoples cars. My van was not even vacuumed out which I was supposed to get as the coupon stated. What saddens me the most is one of my favorite keychains from Myrtle Beach is now missing off of my keychain.I just called them and told them that my keychain from Myrtle Beach was missing and that my van was not vacuumed out. That I do not believe that they did all that they said they would do in the coupon. Evan said that they would look for my key chain, but said nothing about them not vacuuming my van out or not finishing the job. Poor service.Grateful that we know a better car service than this one.God is good.

Wonderful service! My car broke down and jiffy lube was the closest place that I could take it to, and they took great care of my car. It had a lot of problems, and they made sure everything was 100% before they gave it back. The manager Matt was very kind and explained everything to me very well. I was told the price I would pay upfront and they stuck with it. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on. Highly recommended.

Pretty quick and fairly reasonable

The customer service was OK but I feel like they did the typical auto mechanic bit by up-selling me for really no good reason. The waiting room has about 6 chairs so dont expect to sit down while you wait on a busy Saturday afternoon. I ended up paying $60 for an oil change and I had that sucky feeling of regret as soon as I paid. But we learn from our mistakes!

Im new in the area so I called around to shop different oil change places. Everybody pretty much had the same price, but Matt took the time to explain everything that comes with the oil change service. Im sure everyone else provides the same or similar included add-ons, but his presentation of services was the differentiator. And then, Matt told me to go on their website where I can find a coupon for $10 off the oil change! I went there during lunch time and they were quick, thorough, professional, friendly and respectful. Yes, they showed me my filters that would soon need changing, but they didnt use hard-sell or scare tactics to try to get me to spend more money. Ill spend more money with them because Ill be a returning customer.

Went in to get my oil changed for a long trip. By the time I got to my destination, my coolant light came on. So I pulled over to check under the hood and find the cap to the coolant reservoir just sitting on top not locked in place and hot coolant shooting out and the reservoir was almost bone dry. The day before this I asked Jiffy lube to change the oil only, but they found the need to open my coolant cap and not secure it when done.

After an oil change, they told me I needed rear brakes. I had less than a week from being into the rotors. I declined but took my vehicle to another shop. They told me I had at least another year on the same brakes.
