Had a accident with my truck and this was a shop that was recommended to look into the repairs. Even though they where packed they still where able to take a look they werent able to work on the vehicle itself but recommended a shop that could quicker. The owner is a veteran and very helpful he didnt even charge me for looking at what was wrong with my truck. Keep up the good work!

Good people...little pricey for plug replacement

I have used Honest for two major issues including a transmission replacement. They where quick and reasonable and very polite and personable. Honest is one company that actually follows their mission statement and has earned my repeat business!

I repaired my Ford Edge car in July 2021. after they made repairs a week later the problem recurred! I went to the service center and they determined that there was a problem with the spare part they replaced for me. Eric promised that they would replace the part for me but they still havent done anything! 3 months have passed since I contacted them with a problem !!! I think that this issue needs to be resolved in court, since now they do not answer calls, and when they answer they say that they will call me back.

Timely work. Second time I brought my car in the repair was so minor they didn’t charge me. Will absolutely return in the future. Need I say more?

Great experience with Honest1. I brought in a car that had an unspecified problem and I had not used them before. Of course, my concern was will they say it something much more serious than what I had discovered in the information I had researched. They had the car one day, called me and told me it was a coil that needed replaced and made the repair the same day. I left the car after hours using their convenient key Dropbox and picked it up after hours as well—both of which went flawlessly. I never met anyone during this experience but they took care of my problem efficiently and cost-effectively. They were knowledgeable when we spoke by phone and it was a great overall experience. My truck needed a simple tune up consisting of 8 new plugs & 4 new wires. I dropped it off at close. The next morning they started working on it. This is something that shouldnt have took 5-6 hours max and they took all day. By closin time they didnt have it done. They still had 3 plugs to go. This put me in a bind because I needed the truck for work the next day. So we sat there til the job was done. By 730 they had it all done. They made a commitment to have it done by 6 pm and they failed to do so. With this being said, I will no longer do business with this company. Also they replaced an ABS hose without calling me first. They were told to call me before doing anything outside of plugs and wires and they failed to do that also.

Had them extract a bolt I broke off while changing my spark plugs, and put the last 2 plugs in while they were at it. Get the truck home, fuel rail is hanging on by a thread because they just slapped random bolts in it. They also told me that they didn’t have a bolt to replace the one I broke, so they just let me drive away with an injector coil not secured lol. Don’t go here

The repairs are great, but as far as putting all the parts back they dont do a good job. This is the second time we had the car in for the same sort of work, and both times they left fasteners off the engine cover, and this time they also left a cover off. Weve been back twice already to get this corrected and we still are waiting on them to order in the fasteners we need, meaning at least one more trip to get the job finished.

Honest One represented my interests in dealing with my warranty claim. They went above and beyond my expectations. My engine needed to be replaced and they kept my out of pocket expenses to a minimum. They were always very polite, respectful and patient. After almost 4 months they finally told us that couldnt fix the problem, one of the guys told us face to face that it ran and drove. They lied to us had to have to towed to another shop.

After having my car for almost 2 weeks and being told exactly what problems the car was having they still could not manage to get the work done.I dropped my car off on Oct 21 stating that the battery was dead and it was leaking coolant. Almost 2 weeks later I received a call stating my car was ready to pick up. Up until this point I had no interaction with the store even though they said they would call me when they knew what was wrong. I was concerned about the cost of the repairs since they didn’t contact me at all, but the repair man, Russell, told me all I needed was a new batter and everything else was good to go.I picked up my car, being charged $188 to replace the battery, I drove the car 1.2 miles to my house but the car overheated and started smoking before I could even make it a mile. Once the car had cooled down I looked under the hood and there was zero coolant on the tank and it was very obvious that they hadn’t even looked at the radiator or the coolant hoses.They had the car for 2 weeks, were told exactly what the issue was, and they still couldn’t manage to complete the work. Take your vehicle anywhere else. The only good part of this was I only paid $188 plus the cost to get it towed there.Also, they didn’t wear masks when inside the waiting room but they did leave a used mask in my car. Thanks for that.

I got the early bird special for an oil change for our family SUV on their website and it was no hassle. I got home later and realized that my windshield reservoir was leaking and I took it back for a free inspection. The guys at the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room was clean and accommodating.

This was my third time using Honest 1. I am so glad to have found them after I moved here. They do a great job, and the price is always fair. These guys are fantastic. We were in from out of town and our car wouldn’t start. The owner and lead tech came out within 10 min. Turns out our gas sensor wasn’t reading because we were on a steep hill. They helped us push it up on level ground and wouldn’t accept payment. Not many people do business like that these days but these guys sure do. We were in a bind and they helped us out with not even a minimum service charge. Can’t thank these guys enough!!

They were exceptional! Truly honest and good people! Took my car in to get CV axle replaced as there was clicking coming from the axle. They replace it with a new one but there was still clicking coming from the car. They inspected my current axle and found no flaws so they replaced It and diagnosed a few other options that might help fix the problem. I went in looking to pay for labor cost and they charged me absolutely nothing!!!! I’ve never been anywhere that has done that doesn’t charge you for something. They have earned my long term business by always treating me right!

Super friendly, to the point, explained what they found, what was wrong, what they could do and completed it within 42 hours. Made it a less stressful situation. Cleared the code which Mazda dealer charged $170 to not even clear. Definitely will be back. Thank you Honest 1 team.

The repairs took a few days but after getting a few other estimates... Honest One came in at least $400 cheaper than any other shop I spoke with. Took my wifes car to the dealership a couple of weeks ago for an oil change, and was told it needed front brakes, which they would be glad to replace for $560. Called Honest 1 and their price was about $200 less. Took the car in to them, and received a phone call shortly later telling me they didnt think the brakes needed replacing now. So much for the dealerships either honesty of quality, but thanks to Honest 1 for living up to their name. When I do need brakes, or anything else not brand specific, i.e. software updates, I know where Ill be going.

Claimed they could complete the job, they had my car for 4 months until they came clean and said they couldnt do anything. Literally no work done.

They made me aware of a potential problem with my tires and suggested that I get it checked out by the dealer since it was still under warranty. I appreciate the helpful advice. My wife and I experienced car trouble on the interstate and had to be towed. Honest 1 Auto Care was recommended by our roadside assistance program and so I contacted them for help.The staff there could NOT have been better. They were very kind, understanding, and efficient.They had us back on the road in record time. I cannot say enough about how good our experience was. Please do not hesitate to give this organization a try!!

Only reason for two stars is that they treat customers with respect.Gave vehicle for diagnosis, got back a quote that was twice the price of my car. Some of the labor charges are preposterous. Replacing a thermostat takes 15 minutes and they wanted 84 dollars for that. Radiator replacement was suggested, which was indeed a valid diagnosis. Engine coolant hose labor another 84$? If the radiator is already out, it takes 10 minutes to change top and bottom hoses. Coolant draining and refilling labor charges 70$? How can you remove a radiator without draining coolant? After that point flush and refill takes 20 minutes. I know a computer system generates the amounts, but expert mechanics can easily identify duplicate charges and remove them.Please understand that the customer works very hard for his money. You could have easily cut down huge chunks in the quote if you had double checked the charges. But I was scared away instead with exorbitant charges and went to a cheaper place instead. If they had instead diagnosed the problem precisely, not suggested more repairs than I needed, and reviewed the labor charges before giving me an intimidating bill, I would have been a lifetime customer.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto service center. I had already heard great things about this place but decided to try them out for an oil change after my son recently had repairs done through them. From the minute I walked in the door they were friendly and helpful. They took my car on a test drive and recommended a couple of things but were not pushy in the least and actually told me that the repair I needed didn’t need to be done anytime soon. Then I went to pay for my oil change and it was free of charge since I was a first time customer. I ended up buying a package of 4 oil changes for $89.85 that includes any type of vehicle or oil. I was shocked as I recently spent $80 on an oil change for our VW Passat at a quick lube place!! I highly recommend Honest 1 Auto Care!

Avoid. i dodged a bullet here. Went in for a brake check. Didn’t hear back until i called the next morning. After that didn’t hear back til i called again before they closed that afternoon. Proceeded to ask for my car back despite their $1,200 quote for bearings and 2 rotors. took my car somewhere else and they told me these guys put my brakes back on upside down and bent one of the plates while doing so. also my pads were 80% at the worst. and the only problem was the bearing $350 total. if you don’t mind spending way more than you need to and not getting your car back til who knows when then i guess this is your place. otherwise steer clear. oh yeah the dude i talked to up front was kinda cordial and a decent liar (for the one star). btw lot of these reviews are fake so big grain of salt with any 5 stars.

2003 Buick Century with only 37,000 miles was running rough. Was given an estimate from PepBoys of over $5000.00 for a rebuilt block due to a blown head gasket.Honest 1 found it only needed 2 ignition coils and fixed it for just over $300.00 in one day. They saved me $4700.00!!! They’re the best!!

This place opens as early as 7 am and that, itself, stood out to me. I was able to get in and out, in time for my daughter to go to school. They are professional and the prices are very reasonable. Tony, the manager, was really nice. The waiting area was very neat and clean and it wasnt too cold nor too warm. This was my first time coming to Honest-1, but it definitely wont be my last. I had a few questions after my visit and when I called, Emily answered. She was able to answer them and made me feel that they really valued my business. It was a blessing for us to find Honest 1 Auto. When I called for the first time, TJ answered the phone and was so knowledgeable about my Dodge Grand Caravan and he has great customer service skills.
