I had a WONDERFUL experience here. The mechanic Rob was extremely helpful in identifying the problem with my car. He quickly scheduled me an appointment and worked hard all day to fix it. He fixed other issues that I was having without a charge. He even sent me pictures of things he found wrong when he was fixing my car. I truly appreciated it and would recommend him to everyone because he will take care of you and your car!!!

They wanted 78 dollars to change my oil in my 2001 dodge Dakota because of the miles I am a mechanic normally do my.own oil but work has be busy it does not matter on miles the price of oil and no it was no high mileage oil I requested pennzoil 10w40 nothing special I bleave they tryed to charge for that to may have just been I had my girlfriend take it in there but that ridiculous

Im originally from Harrogate so when I decided to move to Knoxville after leaving the military in 2016 I did not know much about living here. I know that having a mechanic or shop you can trust is just as important as where you live at in todays world. This was the first garage I went to, and they are the best Ive had in a long time! I havent had tech this reliable working on a car I owned since I lived in Queens in 2007.You will not be disappointed!

I called them last week to set up an appointment to replace my power steering pump in my 2007 Ford Focus. When I got there this Wednesday to replace the pump, I waited an hour and a half only for them to tell me that they didnt have the part and that the earliest it would be in would be Saturday. So I made an appointment for today at 1:00. I arrive and wait over four hours with no word on how the progress was going or how much the replacement would cost. They were also supposed to look at the brakes to see if they could figure out why they were squealing when I come to a stop, but they didnt actually look at them until after the service on the power steering pump was complete. Turns out, they were waiting on the pump to be delivered, and didnt tell me that that was the case. I had to miss hours at work today because I was waiting on something that I had no word on whatsoever. If I had known that they still didnt have the part, I would not have waited. Also, they charged me $680.21 for the service. They claimed that the pump itself cost $460.62, plus labor. There is no way a power steering pump should cost that much. I only went through with the payment because I was late for work, the service had already been done, and they were getting close to closing time, which is why I assume they didnt actually look at the brakes. I will be calling their corporate office Monday to speak to someone who can give me some kind of compensation for how terrible their service was, and also for their grossly overpricing of the power steering pump, which upon a quick Google search should have only cost about $80. Shame on every employee who works there.

Jeremiah is amazing & can fix practically anything. All the guys there are awesome to be honest!!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!! Prices arent too high either...unlike the shop around the corner on Old Cedar Bluff (Big O Tires)...go see these guys for just about any car need!!!

Dont come here during the week. The mon-fri crew will tell anything to keep from working on your vehicle. Its like they want a paycheck but theyre allergic to work. However, Ive never had an issue with getting my car serviced here on the weekend. Jaime and the boys are the best.

These guys are fantastic. I never went to Jiffy Lube until I found myself across the country, living in a place where I didnt know a single mechanic shop and these guys have been there for me even in tight situations. Last week I started to hear my wheel bearing so I knew it was going out. Since I was driving I had my wife call the Jiffy Lube @ Cedar Bluff. The guys said bring it on in! I did, and in less than 2 hours I was driving away with a repaired truck. QUALITY SERVICE -- GREAT CUSTOMER CARE -- FAIR PRICE -- FAST TURNAROUND

I love taking my car to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. They go the extra mile by checking the air in my tires, checking fluid levels, clean my windows and vacuum my car out too! I can even come back to add oil for free between changes. The new manager Tre and a tech, Jeremiah are very personable and provide great service. Take your car here for tire and oil services!

Convenient and good service at a great price!

My car wouldn’t start randomly, so figured it wasn’t the battery ... sometimes did, sometimes didn’t. Took it to jiffy lube and it was a loose cable... no charge!!! They also cut me a deal one time when we bought tires from them during COVID-19 ...gave us our air conditioning charge for free! They are great!!!

As a trans woman i sometimes get anxiety going in public places, especially an environment like a busy auto shop. But when I come here the men are nothing but nice and honest with me as far as pricing and timing .I can know that regardless of their personal views, I will be still be treated seriously and like a person. Great staff, quick service, but not too quick. They catch bulbs that are blown and gladly answer questions I had with my new vehicle maintenance that I wasnt familiar with. Not pushy, replaced my airfilter but it could have gone a little longer as we discussed. I keep coming back the muliple times a year so they are doing something right!

Excellent job. Pulled in for an oil change and paid exactly as expected for exactly what I needed. Overheard an employee diagnose an issue with another customer and was pleased to hear them be honest about not needing to replace a part the customer expected to. Not trying to up-sell was refreshing. Well be coming back.

I replaced a A/C at this site. I know my A/C compressor did not work. I took a refurbished one here and asked them to replace it for me. They finished it perfectly and charged me a reasonable labor fee. The crew here are professional, responsible, reliable and also friendly. Highly recommended!! Anyway, I will come back to do oil change and other possible repair service.

Trust them over anyone else! Excellent and honest work. I stick with this location just to be safe! UPDATE: After multiple visits and money wasted, Ive decided to spend my money elsewhere. Its like pulling teeth to convince them to fix your car! I had an appointment for 8:30 am, by 4 o clock, my car was still sitting there waiting to be fixed. Within 2 hours it was done (rushed) I spent over $700 with just that one visit and my car hasnt run right since. Just because it says Multi-care doesnt mean they can properly fix everything... I just purchased a new car and JL will never see it!

They do very good work. After inspecting your car for possible concerns, they will inform you of the condition, provide recommendations, and make sure you fully understand the situation before moving forward. The sitting room is rather small so you may have to wait a bit, but the service and prices are both worth waiting a few minutes for.

Ive always had good experiences at the Cedar Bluff Jiffy, mainly because Brian knows what hes doing and runs a good crew who do a decent job. And if you use the internet coupons, the prices are reasonable too. Jiffy is true to its word- they can do in 20 mins what would take me an hour!

Randall had me fixed up in a Jiffy and will be fixing a different issue he found while it was on the rack next week

I went to them and asked about a brake inspection, from the inspection they said that the brake pads were great. Because I was experiencing issues, I took them to Pep Boys who said the pads were paper thin. Because of this discrepancy I took it to a third place and they said they were razor thin.I dont think they should offer brake inspections if their employees dont know the difference of good brake pads and bad brake pads! Really makes me question if they know what they are doing!

I purchased their basic oil service Friday at 3pm and waited around an hour and a half.Tanner and the whole staff were very friendly. They offer free Wi-fi and also include a top-off service in between oil changes.I made the mistake of getting in-line for the right bay and ended up watching MULTIPLE customers pull in after me and leave before meSo, just a heads up, beware of which lane you choose. Although there was no mention of tires, all I can guess is that I made the mistake of pulling into... perhaps... a Tire Service lane by accident. 🤷Due to having a one year old and being slightly pressed on time I would NOT recommend this to anybody in a hurry.
