Jeff is a honest, knowledgeable mechanic. He is a good Christian man. He has worked on our familys vehicles for years and keeps us on the road. He has changed oil, wiper blades, brakes, timing belts, fixed air conditioning issues, put tires on our car, normal tune ups / maintenance. He is super friendly and schedules to get your vehicle back to you ASAP. Will not take my car to anyone else!

Jeff was able to perform a full brake job within my schedule and for a great price. I will be using his services in the future.

I travel nationally and had a wheel bearing go out on the highway near Jeffs shop, expecting it would be a major repair on a Friday that I was likely going to be stranded for at least a day. The car hobbled into his shop where I was met by a friendly man named Jeff. He came around the counter, shook my had and ensured me no matter the issue, I would get home. We talked for a an hour in his shop while he made the repair, which felt more like an hour with a friend. Jeff was a consummate professional and if you are anywhere near a commutable distance to universal auto repair, this place should be a staple. I live in Cincinnati but I guarantee Ill be back to visit the next time I am in Knoxville for work. Thank you Jeff and Universal Auto Care for getting me back on the road so I could see my family after a long week on the road. Semper Fi
