The team at Maaco did a great job with my bumper repair after I was in a small fender bender. Phil noticed damage that the estimator at Gerber missed. They were very friendly and professional. Maaco provided me with great service that went above my expectations. Great customer services and quality repairs.

If you follow my reviews you already know in 2019 I had a horrible experience with Maaco in Smyrna....3440 S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30080I read so many excellent reviews about Phil and Ken at Maaco of Kennesaw until I decided to give them a try. I wanted to give my 2009 vehicle a Make Over.This experience was phenomenal !!!I dropped my car off without an appointment and approximately 7 days later I almost didnt recognize it.I requested to change the paint color from white to gloss black and it came out absolutely stunning !!!!No mess (they cleaned up the paint / sand dust inside the car. The quality of the job came out better than I expected. The staff was timely, super efficient and very professional at all times.I highly recommend Phil and Ken at Maaco of Kennesaw Ga. I am very, very pleased with the services they provided. I will try to upload photos if I can of before & after the job.

I contacted them Friday just to see how progress was going. When I called them they didnt Pick up so I left a vm.I called them back again on Sat and no one picked up. So I left another vm.I Started getting worried when no one called back.So I tried again on Mon. No one picked up I left another vm.So then I decided to call again.Someone finally picked up.He wasnt friendly at all on the phone. He let me know the car was about to be painted on Mon. I asked him when would it be done. He said late that afternoon.I wanted and waited no call.So the Next day in Tuesday I finally got a Call saying my car was done. But then he said come after 2pm to get it. Which I did. Me and my hubby waited about 30 mins while he was with another customer. We finn all was able to check out.They left over spray on my windows and took my decals off and didnt put them back. The paint job was pretty good. Just bad service. I did not have any work there. Not yet. But the manager is very honest. Brought an old truck there that happens to run very well, but also has a lot of rust. He was honest about what it would take to do the work and essentially cautioned against doing the work, because the cost would exceed the value. Cant be mad at that.

Got my 2001 Lexus painted to origional colors and these guys did an excellent job.

Came in with what I thought was going to be a good bit of damage to my minivan side door. While evaluating the damage, they wiped it with paint thinner to remove the transfer and 99.9% of it was fine. They recommended ways to touch it up myself rather than just telling me what they would charge to compare it. They were busy but took the time to provide me with a quote (I requested one).

Great job, friendly and prompt. Dealt with my insurance company so I didnt have deal with the insurance companies low ball estimate.

Hands down best prices and customer service in town! Ken and the crew took great care of my car and got it back to me within a couple days. Theyre the only shop I would take any of my cars and Id recommend them to any and everyone.

Maaco of Acworth painted my 1964 truck. They were honest with me about the amount of bodywork required to get a presentable finish and the level of finish I could get within my budget. They did great bodywork and the paint turned great - this is my second vehicle painted at this location.

Beautiful work but took over a week to complete.

Phil and Ray are fantastic. My daughter was in an accident and Phil/Ray worked with the Insurance company, kept me informed and explained the insurance claim process. Our car looks like new, cannot tell the car was damaged. Body work and paint are flawless. Despite parts being on backorder (COVID supply chain issues) the work was performed in a reasonable time. Note: Im not sure what reality some commenters are living in but complaining about taking a week to repair/paint their car is ridiculous. Too many self centered folks complaining about anything that doesnt go their way. Thank you Phil and Ray you and your crew are top notch.

Overall, my experience was a good one. Im truly happy with the outcome, a little disappointed with the communication or lack there of. I did advise that I wanted everything that was previously painted black to remain black. I was a little disappointed when I went to pick up my SUV and the entire truck was not painted (door handles, exterior mirrors, windshield cowling). I was told by Ken that these things were not included in the paint job. Ken did call me and ask if I wanted my bike rack painted, I advised that I did not (i was thinking about permanently removing it), after I picked the vehicle up, I decided I did want the rack painted, I also inquired about Headlight Restoration. I was quoted $200 (bike rack, headlights, additional work that I felt should have been completed initially (door handles, exterior mirrors, windshield cowling, rear liftgate handle) or at least communicated that it was not included in the original quote...SOMETHING ), however, when I took the vehicle back I was told the remaining work & the restoration of the headlights would be $274.99. Not what I expected. I had the remaining work done for $200 minus the headlights. I understand being charged for painting the bike rack (labor & all), however, I do not understand why I was not informed that the door handles, exterior mirrors, ect. was not included. Needless to say I spent the additional $200 but went elsewhere for my headlights (paying only $60) instead of the $74.99 Maaco was charging. With all this being said I would definitely recommend this location. If I, as a consumer do not know what questions to ask, I would hope that the company/people that Im doing business with, spending my money with, would be open and honest & set clear expectations from the beginning. Not a complaint, just venting. The work done was truly amazing and Im beyond satisfied.

This is the second vehicle this Maaco location has done for me...Lexus es330 a couple years ago and now a Sebring Touring and both were excellent. I cant speak about other locations but this location does a great job and the turnaround time is very good. Looking forward to getting my Avalon back later in the week!

We took a 2000 Ford Ranger with a clear coat that was peeling off. We had a local friend who does paintless dent repair remove most all the smalldents and such. The paint job cost us $937 because we had to have the hood, roof and some other areas sanded as some paint was loose and coming off. I wish we had taken before photos because the difference is just amazing! It looks like a new truck. No runs, no rough areas.. just shiny, pretty paint! We researched all the local Maacos and this one had great reviews and they deserve it. We felt we were treated very well, got an honest price and the results were worth every penny. Im planning to take another one of my vehicles there to be repainted within the next year.

10/10 would recommend! This was honestly one of the first places that came up on google when I searched for body repair shops so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they did an amazing job! I got into a collision with a deer causing the front of my car to be pretty damaged. They fixed everything (literally looks brand new) and cleaned the outside/inside of it for me and the customer service was AWESOME! As a 20 year old female, I worry that places like this would take advantage/scam me, so I was really impressed with how everything was handled and how kind and easy they were to work with. I haven’t had any issues, and found out that everything they worked on has a lifetime warranty for as long as I have my car!! The communication is awesome: they always answered the phone whenever I called, and left voicemails whenever I missed theirs. Overall a great company with great people!!

Terrible customer service and work. Took my car in to fix a dent and scratch on the side. We were promised the car would be done in 9 days. That was not the case, 17 days later after numerous calls and a rejection of the quality of work we received the car back. They never contacted us to tell us the car wasnt ready we had to keep calling. Customer service is definitely not their strong point. Every time we called it was one excuse after another. We drove by weekly to see how far they were and the first week my car didnt even move from the spot that I parked it in when I dropped it off. Day 13 we drove by and still nothing had been done. The first time we went to pick the car up it was a mess. They bent the chrome molding, lost the weather strip that goes between the door. There was scuffs all over on the door they painted. Bubbles in the paint and on the edge of the door the the paint was already chipping off. We opened the car up and inside was all their trash sitting in the car. There was so much dust in the car that you could see where the paint cans were sitting on the carpet. The inside doors had water stains running down the panel and the outside was filthy. When I my husband asked if they thought this was acceptable they just shrugged their shoulders. So 9 days of a rental car turned into 17 all coming out of my pocket. I would think twice about using them.

I needed a front bumper painted and went here because they had the best reviews. Im happy with my decision. The work is amazing. They painted it into two days and the prices are great also. Customer service is excellent. They are nice and friendly and go above and beyond to help you out. I will definitely be going back when I need more stuff painted.

I have a 2009 Lexus GX 470. I had taken it to Maaco to have work done on the spoiler. In discussion with Phil - I asked for the front bumper (which had some scrapes) to be worked on as well. These guys are miracle workers!! You would never know I drive around in a 11 year old vehicle. It looks brand new.

Picked up my 2007 caddy and it looks like it was never been hit. I understand that is the idea but Phil and his team repaired the drivers side quart panel. The damaged panel looks like it is original thats how good of a job they did. I have taken all of my vehicles to Phil and they all were in perfect condition when he was done working on them. Found both Phil and Jerry to be straightforward, friendly, honest and informative in making the right decision about painting my car. The finished product exceeded my expectations with an excellent quality paint/clear coat finish which I expect properly taken care of will last many years. Phil answered all my questions (and I had many of them) and exhibited an excellent knowledge of his trade that he was gracious in sharing with me even giving me a tour of his facility. I would suggest purchasing the higher end paint /clear coat choices that they offer as I believe you will be happier in the long run with the money spent particularly if you keep your vehicles for a long time as I do and want them to look good. Even using their top of the line paint options, however, I spent considerably less here than I would have at four different other paint and body shops I obtained estimates at. Maaco offers different levels of quality paint/clear coat and while they are all a good to excellent value you will get a much longer lasting product by opting for the more premium materials. Keep in mind that each Maaco Body and Paint Facility is owned and operated by different people and that my comments are specifically regarding Phils shop in Kennesaw. If in the future I need to have another vehicle painted and/or have body work I will return to Phils Maaco again. Paul Goldberg

I was extremely disappointed today when I realized that the bumper and headlight after being repaired did not align properly. When taking the car back to the shop and speaking to both owners including Phil, they told me that I needed to pay another 600+ dollars to get the job done right!I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone and I will not use their services ever again.I should have taken my wife car somewhere else from the beginning. I will not make that mistake again.By the way, the bumper had a scratch after being painted completely.Owner Phil promised to let me know if anything else was needed and that he would call me. The job done was very poor. Also, anything related to my insurance and payment is a private matter and privacy is protected by different laws.I will lose the extra 600+ USD, they lost a costumer forever and will have to respond to the future claims. Choose a different place.

I had to deduct a star because I wasnt told about a dry rotted and broken trim piece between the paint and the cladding on an 03 Vibe. It left a nasty gap and looked bad when it was painted up and shiny except for where trim shouldve gone. The car looked amazing, aside from that one area.

After a good friend recommended this place I put my trust in Jerry and Phil to get a quick easy paint job done by weeks end; me being without car and taking off work to do so. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday, ended up checking on it Friday afternoon. It had not been touched, the only paint job it recieved was from all of the pollen that it sat in all week. Very dissapointed. I was even going to give them a second chance to paint it and have it done the next week, but Jerry had no respect, was non caring, and when I tried to tell him what I wanted to do he interrupted me. I didnt get mad, just told him to get my keys. Dont fall for the good ole boy show they put on up front. Trust and honor are nowhere to be found here.
