Wonderful! I have taken my cars to them since I started driving (which was a long time ago). I am an OCD/perfectionist and they are too! Mr. Keys and his staff do an excellent job making your car as good as new (or better) after an accident. I came by them as a referral from a friend. Unfortunately had 2 people hit our car in school parking lot over last 2 months. Collision tech gave me the most resaonable quote and advice on how to best handle the situation. Even bumped out the door and front quarter panel issue that was rubbing and making a popping sound when it opened so no more damage came out of it while we were working out with one of the at fault parties. I highly recommend seeing them for a quote, advice, and repair.

This is a top notch repair shop. The owner takes pride in using the best paint. The best clear coat. When I saw they got everything perfect with every meticulous detail I mean it. They even said multiple times, “ if you find any imperfections bring it back”. They know their work is perfect.

This place and the owner Jerry totally live up to all of the great reviews. I havent even had my car fixed yet, but just in the estimation process I felt totally comfortable and confident that Collision Tech was 100% upfront, honest, and was trying to do what they could to mitigate the cost. There was no up selling or bait-n-switch BS. And while I was there I spoke with two other customers that have lived in the area and had come there over the years for various work on family cars (mostly due to teenage kids :-) of course) and they all spoke very highly of Jerry and Collision Tech.

Collision Tech did another excellent job on the repair of my vehicle. The paint matches perfect and you would never know it was involved in an accident. In addition, they worked great with my insurance carrier direct on a few change orders due to a limited supply of parts. I highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed!

Jerry has repaired our black Jeep Grand Cherokee 2x after being rear-ended at traffic lights. He has done a great job doing high quality work, on time, and at fair price. Collision Tech repaired my Honda Element last Fall after an accident. I am completely satisfied with the work, and I felt the cost was reasonable. In fact, after the initial repairs were done, I took the car back to have my old fogged-over headlights replaced. A Jewel amongst the pack. I love the experience here, the customer service can not be beat. The was my second time in this shop and I meant to write a review the first time. They were helpful and honest from the beginning, Jerry and the big black dog, LOL.I had a fender bender in October 14, then again this past month. I got my car towed to them and they worked hand in hand with the insurance company to get my car fixed. It was anticipated for two weeks, they did it in one. Now I am back on the road and would highly recommend their service.There was no scare tactics, up front fees, just friendly courteous service. I hope I never have to see them again but things happen and when they do I will take it there no matter how far, I trust them.

Just recently I accidentally destroyed my passenger side mirror pulling out of the garage. I was a little worried about going to a repair shop, as Ive seen in some businesses that small jobs are treated much differently than the larger, more lucrative, jobs. Not so at Collision Tech! They went above and beyond to not only find me a cheaper generic mirror for a replacement (after checking with me on which Id prefer, name brand or generic), but after originally telling me that it would three days for delivery, they called around to find an alternate supplier who could get it there same day! The repair was quick, the price reasonable, and it works great. I hope I wont need a collision repair service again, but if I do, theyll get my return business.

Through my years of experience, I have never been more satisfied with any service more than that provided by Jerry and his professional team at Collision Tech. The shop primarily focuses on collision repair, but as a long time customer of Jerrys I asked him to paint my entire car. With the amount of work that Jerry did, I am unsure how he even made a profit on my car. It is the best paint and clear coat that I have ever seen, and looks better than a stock paint job. Great shop. Gave them my FRS to repair wheel/suspension/steering damage and they gave me back a car that drives like the day I bought it. They didnt detail car, which is common with many other collision shops; but for the quality of work in repairs, Ill vacuum my damn self.Highly recommend, Ill be bringing all of my vehicles here. Hopefully theyll consider jobs outside of their notable collision service. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Brought my car in to have the fender bent back so it doesnt rub against the door... I spent hours the previous day trying to fix it. They fixed it up in a matter of minutes and didnt charge me! Will definitely come back for any body work in the future, highly recommended.

I found out about Collision Tech through my cousin. Previously I had always taken my car to Toyota. I will now always take my car to Jerry. He is professional, personable and a man of his word. My car was completed on the day that he promised and was repaired faultlessly. He went above and beyond by not only washing the exterior of my car he cleaned the interior and presented it to me in better condition than I had delivered it to him. His service was fantastic!

My family loves this company. The rear of my sisters Toyota Corolla was horribly smashed after an accident, but now looks brand new and drives great. They also popped out a large dent in my Nissan Maxima in about a minute with a suction cup free of charge when I drove her to get her car. I had a great experience with them.

I took my truck to Collision Tech on a Friday afternoon. They told me it would take 2 weeks to fix. They called me exactly two weeks later and said it was fixed. I was afraid it would have been totaled but they were able to fix it in the amount of time quoted at the price quoted. My 2008 Civics passenger door had mysteriously come misaligned and would not open with out rubbing the fender. I called and talked with Jerry and he said just call before I come. I called the next day and they said come on in, which I did. Jerry looked at the car door and said..I Know what the problem is...$50 and 1 hour... WOW i was not expecting that at all. The people there were all nice and MAX is super cool.(their dog).In no time at all my car was ready and off I went. Having dealt with several specialty shops before I was really expecting to have to haggle and search and fight to get a fair price....this is honestly the first place that gave a great price right from the start. As long as i am in this area I will not goto another body shop for anything! Now I am excited to actually go back and get quotes on other small issues with my wifes car...and I will have no worries about sending her alone to the shop...because I know they will give her a great price and honest service. SO for any one out there that has reservations, or needs someone else to go with them so they dont get duped....The people at collision tech will give you the best price and fastest service (no buddy needed)....HIGHLY recommend..too bad there is not a 10 star option, this place really does stand out among the best places for auto body repair and I have lived in 11 states, so that is saying A LOT!!!!THANK YOU COLLISION TECH!!!!

They treat you and your insurance company fairly

It should be noted that the last three 1 star reviews written by Nadine, Momo and Adam, and placed here on Google are from disagreements from the personal pages of Facebook. You will notice that not one of the three offended persons has ever visited Collision Tech, had a conversation with management, or most importantly, none have ever had any work or services performed, of any kind. They are merely angry because of differing political leanings posted on the personal pages of Facebook, for goodness sake. They reference the degradation of women but you will note at least half the 5 star reviews are from women who are treated with the utmost honor and respect. Reviews like this are both disgusting and dishonest. Please read past the offended reviewers who have never been to Collision Tech, to those reviews posted by actual customers of Collision Tech Inc. Youll be glad you did. Our goal is for everyone who leaves our family owned body shop to want to write another 5 star review. Politics are never discussed, maybe a little Jesus from time to time, if you ask, and everyone leaves happy and glad they came to visit.

They quote u a price and then once they have ur car they said its gonna cost sever hundred more dollars. there reasoning didnt even make sense. he gets hostile and from looking at the parts used they are poor quality and he just paint over them. also what was supposed to take a couple days took over a week, so the rental car cost alot more.Dont go there. u will end up paying much more than they quote. STAY AWAY

I went there to get an estimate and I think they are one of the most expensive place in Kennesaw. I had quote from 4 different places in Kennesaw and their quote came out the highest. Not Sure about their work since I did not have them fix my car.

Took my car there expecting to get great customer service with what was supposed to be a four day dent fix that turned out to be a 21 day disaster. In the beginning when the quote was given I witnessed the owner talking to his employees like they were crap, using profane language in the presence of myself and other customers! Red flag number 1. I shouldve turned around then but his secretary was so nice and assured me that the job would get done right. The real problem begin when my factory decals couldnt be found online and the owner decides, without calling me and checking first to paint the stripes on two quarters of the car and leave the rest of the car with original decals. After telling them that this was unsatisfactory they repainted the car carelessly leaving body damage exposed, paint fumes and particles inside the car, underpinning bolts out of designated slots, and much more undone but calling me to come pick up the vehicle! Simply put if you hold the owner accountable for whats not done correctly, he becomes irate, rude, and disrespectful with customers. I would have done better to wait for Magnums 6 week waiting list because the work wouldve been done right the first time.
