Stopped in for a small repair. These guys were awesome and helped me out quickly and listened to what I was looking for instead of charging me a lot of money for a complete replacement and re-paint. Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Just stopped by for an estimate and my timing was bad so the estimators were on lunch. I could tell they were busy in the back but Leo was nice enough to come out and get pictures of my cars damage and take my info down so I wouldnt have to come back for an estimate.

They do very good work. I have had vehicles needing paint and body work before. They performed the service to my satisfaction and at a reasonable cost.

I have dents in my 2017 jetta on the hood with a scratch and some around the car just hood is scratched this guy said u need a new hood new fenders and without looking at all the dent he said you will need to paint the entire car and its 6k$$$. scam artists dont waist you time to get the free estimate they will charge the estimate in the paint job

Took a little while, wasnt their fault, insurance company paying for it took ages to sort everything out, overall impressed with their handiwork, they work for you, not the insurance company.

I was unfortunately cut off by a careless driver, who did about 3,000.00 worth of damage to the front end of my car, and took the vehicle here to have it repaired. Not only did they do a great job fixing the car, matching color etc., buy they drove me to and from the rental car facility, and even detailed the inside of my car too before returning it to me... how refreshing to have someone taking time to go above and beyond my expectations!

I checked out several other shops before I came to CrashMaster Collision. Steve really helped me out. He painted both bumpers and put in a new taillight for me all the while keeping me comfortable in the waiting area. Great work and great service. Thanks!

Ill give a break down of my experience. Overall Id say Im pleased with my experience and the work done, Id rate overall at a 7.5 out of 10. Full disclosure, I was having and older car repaired privately. So new, showroom quality was not necessarily my main objective. As far as the actual repair work goes, Id say that it was done very well and it met my expectations, 8 out of 10 there. 95% of people that see this car wouldnt never know it had been hit. The paint blended very nicely and creases were not noticeable. I really only found a small imperfection and 1 larger imperfection but for a 15 year old car it looks great. NEXT, we have the time of repair. It was not speedy at all. I didnt need it right away so not that big of a deal but it ended up taking a full 3 weeks or 21 days from drop off to pickup. That seems a bit long and about twice as long as they thought it might take. Finding parts for older cars isnt always easy so i understand but regardless 3 weeks is a bit long. Not a lot of updates given which can be tough. They did answer the phone or return callsbbn so thats good. Timeliness I give them a 7 out of 10. DETAILS I was a little disappointed here. The windows were very dirty and smudged, the interior smelled like paint. However the biggest negative of the whole repair to me was the white residue that was left on several places of the car. I assume its residue from tape but could be wrong. Its on the door trim of 2 doors, the fuel door had it all along the edges and the fuel cap area looks like baby powder busted in it. The inside of the door handles on the repairs side are very gritty like its stuck in there as well. I think an extra hour on detail/cleaning and it would had been perfect! I say 5.5 out of 10 here. So all things considered I give them a solid 7.5 out of 10. But for almost half of what a couple other local shops quoted I am VERY PLEASED.

CrashMaster did not communicate very clearly as to what was going on, but all in all I was happy with the job done. There is a spot on the interior of my door that did not get completely painted, and they needed to buff it a bit more where the repair was done, but they were very friendly and helpful.

When someone hit my car, Crashmasters was one of the MANY body shops their insurance suggested me to go to. It was very difficult choosing one and I was nervous because I wanted a really good job done. I am so happy that I chose Crashmasters!!! I took my car in on Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready either Thursday or Friday because the painters were a little backed up (which I was fine with). The NEXT DAY I get a call saying my car was done and I was ecstatic because my job called me in the next day and I didnt know how I was going to get there. The staff were the nicest people Ive met and they treated me like they cared and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. They also knew who I was right when I walked in and that made me feel important. On top of that my car looks AMAZING. I cant thank them enough.

They did a fine job on the body work but did nothing about the mechanical damage. In fact, our car was returned with mechanical damage that it didnt have when we dropped it off.

When my son experienced a car accident I went to 3 places to get an estimate for repairs. I selected “Crash Master Collision Center” in Kennesaw and I’m so glad I did! They were wonderful to work with.While fixing my son’s vehicle they went out of their way to update as often as they could. When We got the car back, it was like a new one. They even cleaned the car before they returned it. Mr. Sadler went above and beyond what we expected and what he had promised us.I will always go back if I ever need this type of work done again!

Unfortunately using crashmasters for some body work and paint has been a terrible experience. My dad had some good experiences with the previous ownership but I would never recommend them to a friend.They ruined the weatherstripping on one of my doors by taking it off and then shutting it in the door. When I took the car back for them to fix it they refused to fix it because they needed to take the door off and it was going to take a significant amount of time.Additionally the paint job they did was horrible! At the same time I took the car back to get the weather stopping fixed I pointed out the flaws in the paint job which they said they would fix. However they only fixed 1 of the three flaws I pointed out and as I have had the car longer I’ve noticed more flaws. They even oversprayed some paint onto my windshield.They did not buff properly and there is still buffing compound all over the doorframes of my car and in all the cracks between body pieces.After I dropped my car off for the first time every experience with the front office was also miserable. They wouldn’t return my phone calls, they didn’t communicate any progress on the car. I left my car there for 2 weeks the first time and 1 week the second time, both times they didn’t start working on my car until the last day that it was there.Please save yourself some misery and don’t visit crashmasters.

They do good work, even in BMWs, from what Ive seen.

I had an accident with a good bit of damage, it took awhile since it was so involved but it was worth the wait my car looks brand new and I am pleased with everything about Crashmasters, including the staff in the office
