My parents and I worked with Gary Mollere at this dealership. He was very welcoming and accommodating. He was very quick to respond via phone and email and gave very thorough information. I really enjoyed every aspect of working with him. They also had great waiting facilities with plenty of space to help with social distancing. The only area I was disappointed in was with the finance manager Chris Phillips. My interaction with him seemed very transactional/cold and it felt like he didnt have all of his pieces together. Other than that, everyone else I encountered was lovely and I am glad to own a VW.

We initially came in to test drive and Gary was the most helpful! I’m a first timer and I’m so happy with my purchase. The process was a little long due to one of the financial officers being out on vacation but my husband and I were patient. I would definitely recommend!

Purchased a used car from here last month, and I still have not yet received my tag/title documents in the mail. After contacting them multiple times, they finally decided to respond back by saying that I “should” receive my tag in the mail next week, yet my 45 day temporary tag expires in 2 days. I have never had such a long delay like this from a dealership in my entire life. The financial department at this dealership (one of them was Kevin C.) are pushy, argumentative, and flat out rude. They will try to push you into purchasing their ridiculous expensive & unnecessary add on packages, and then become angry and standoffish towards you if you refuse to add them.FYI: If you are wondering why so many 5 star google reviews, its because the associates pressure you (as you are literally sitting side by side with them in their office) to write them a 5 star google review first before they will then continue along any further in finalizing your sale/ loan amount agreement & contract paperwork.

Everyone working here is very rude, sneaky, and dishonest. I have NEVER had a good experience getting my Jetta worked on here and the last instance was only because I lived nearby and needed my car towed to the nearest mechanic that knows European cars/VW. I have receipts from this experience and if I ever cross paths with the guy who was “helping” my dad and I, he will know fear. He majorly messed up by insulting me personally as well. I’m no Karen - they pushed me to my limit. Avoid this place at all costs. I will never come back and on the off chance I do come back, pray to every god in existence.

A very lovely and simple shopping experience. Andrew and the team were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process despite us getting there late Saturday evening. We needed an upgrade because of a growing business and a growing family and were thankful when we found something we liked after car lot hopping for a couple of hours. After 2 months, we really appreciate the follow-up from the family at Jim Ellis VW and driving something thats perfect for our family. They are an hours drive, but I gladly do it because Greg has begun to feel like a friend after two visits to test drive used vehicles he has in stock. He knows I am not in a hurry and that I am not just trying to stay in budget, but to also keep from taking out a loan. So, I have to be more patient with the buying process--and so do salespeople, and it is rare to find a salesperson who understands that the way Greg does. Normally, peaceful is a word used to describe a pastoral scene or a church, but I think it suits how I feel at Jim Ellis Volkswagen, too. I dont get that hurried, make a decision, nearly chaotic feeling you often get at an auto dealer. I look forward to purchasing from them soon.
