Sweet people Irvin really listen to my frustration with farmers insurance there insured driver hit me at a red light & upon collision my engine light came on & encounter light paired with smoke put my vents..Its sad to be taken advantage of & have no control of what happens to you or your car but he listened to me & gave me reassurance but Im still going through my suet.I pray I get justice & my car fixed by farmers insurance

I will say this: these guys stand by their work and honor their warranty on body repair services. In 2017, I was victim of a hit-and-run fender bender on my 1999 Infiniti. I did repairs at Classic Collision through my insurance company. Really good concierge service at that time (4.5 years ago). Fender on that car was not available, so they had to rebuild and repaint.Unfortunately, a few months ago, I noticed that the repair was coming apart and a seam had opened and cracked paint. I took it back to Classic Collision expecting a dispute to fix it and make it right - figuring it was only warrantied for a few months or a year.No, tech explained that there was a lifetime warranty on their work, and they would re-do the repair free of charge. Took a few days, but they finished ahead of schedule. Finished work looks outstanding.Its pretty cool when a business EXCEEDS your customer service expectations. Classic Collision did it for me.

The only place I will ever be bringing my car! They do the most amazing work and offer a lifetime warranty! Donnie, Sean, Adrian, everyone that works here is so friendly and so helpful and I am beyond particular and annoying and they never seem bothered!Was super convenient to have geico cars onsite with enterprise so I never had to leave the shop and returned it here too!After my work there was a tiny mark on a taillight that bothered me so I came in and they replaced it on the spot!Best service I’ve ever had!!!!! Thank you guys!!!

I brought my wifes Subaru Legacy in after an incident with a deer. While the repairs appeared to be satisfactory, my wife had noticed that the passenger side steering responsive fog light was not illuminating the road. While the light did turn on, the fog light housing itself was loose and pointing down. I sent an email to get this issue resolved and was told to bring it in. When I brought it in, I explained the issue and the car was taken into the garage. A while later, it was brought out and said it was fixed and the adjuster had popped out. My wife said it was better, but not the same as before.I recently drove it and did notice that the adjustment was off. I went to adjust the angle with no luck, as the adjuster screw just spun. When I pulled out the fog light assembly it was clear that Classic Collision had just glued the housing to the bracket. The quality of work is clearly disappointing and even worse being lied to when asking what the issue was with the fog light. Shoddy work. Dont go here if you want your car glued back together.2/11/18Nobody has reached out to even attempt to correct this problem. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate today with Classic Collision of Kennesaw. I walked in a few minutes before my appointment and the girl was sitting at her desk with her headphones in. Once she noticed me, she came out to talk to me, leaving her headphones in. She immediately asked if I was going through insurance and I said yes, but I was shopping around, as the insurance company instructed me to do. She said there is no way they told you to do that, thats not how it works.So, within the first 2 minutes of walking into this location, I learned the staff has poor customer service, calls their customers liars, and are flat out rude.I called after a few minutes to let the manager know about my experience and it was obvious they had talked about me since I left. While he said he would let the staff know of the issue, it was obvious he didnt care about my concern. Overall, completely dissatisfied with this location and their lack of concern for their customers.

First I will state that classic collision does do good paint work. Over the years I have used many different body shops and they are not all created equal. Thats the positive note. On a negative note I cant say that I would choose this specific location to do business with or at a minimum my specific estimator. I had a few small minor issues after the initial body work was performed and I couldnt quite wrap my head around why the estimator was putting up such a fuss at my pushback on their high cost. Come to find out their estimators are paid on commission!!! With a large majority of their work being insurance claims its not that big of a deal, but if you come in and pay cash I would look elsewhere. The manager of the store I believe his name was Ian was fantastic to work with. Once he told me the estimators are paid on commission all the pieces fell into place. What is not cool was the verbal and nonverbal frustration of the estimator in public towards myself. After the initial body work was performed I hammered the estimator on his survey. When I had to come back in for additional repairs (I did not want two body shops painting the same car for the same repair) the estimator was agitated with me in the presence of others and verbally let me know that he did not appreciate me hammering him on his survey and then wondered why I was back there doing business in Classic Collision. While your mileage may vary, they did good paint work on my vehicle. In the end, the manager made things right, and if it was an insurance claim I wouldnt hesitate to use them. If you were paying cash out of pocket, I would not use them as their cost is above average and their estimators are paid on commission and will dime you up so they get a larger slice of the pie. There are quite a few body shops in Kennesaw within a one mile radius and I would look elsewhere IF you intend to pay cash.

Took my car to get the hood, bumper and fender repaired and am very pleased and satisfied with the job done. Brian W. provided a realistic estimate, explanation of damage and work needed. Progress updates via text were timely, repairs and paint completed as quoted. Car returned super clean, and two weeks later all is still good. Thanks Classic Collision of Kennesaw!

Excellent communication and timely updates. Professional and friendly atmosphere. Huge bonus is having Enterprise rental in there building, which makes it convenient and easy to rent a vehicle. They completed the job fast! Paint job was good, however they had to shave down clear coat and rebuff a spot on hood. They completed this in just a few minutes. They washed/cleaned vehicle as well. Overall a great experience!

My experience with Classic Collisions is a great example of how NOT to give great customer service.I didn’t choose to work with Classic Collisions to begin with but since Geico has them set as their preferred vendor I had little choice. I dropped off the car on a Thursday morning, I was told that the car should be ready by the following Wednesday. I heard nothing about my car until Friday. They told me my car was in a certain stage and that I should call back to make pick-up appointment. After work I called then and asked if I could pick up my car. I was then informed that my car was not ready and that it may be ready on Monday. I received these same calls every day until I was sick of it and went in after work on Wednesday (the day of their estimated end date). I asked the front desk lady what the world was going on, she got a manager and I told him the story. I had a rental car and was paying for the insurance on it. I was fully prepared to have it till the estimated completion date but, now the car was being held past that time. I informed the manager that I wanted them to pay for the insurance till my car was ready. He explained to me that the reason why my car was so behind schedule was because a part had been on back order and didn’t arrive until Monday and then they had to finish everything else. He told me he couldn’t do anything about the insurance so he got another manager. After going through the story a third time the head manager told me there really wasn’t anything he could do about the insurance because it was against company policy but that he could give me a gift card for my troubles.The insurance was really not my biggest issue though, it was the fact that I had zero idea what was going on with my car. I had a feeling when I first entered the store that it may be a bad experience since there was a pack of girls running around giggling and the front desk lady was not very friendly. I only ever got calls in the morning and when I would call back and get the news she would blame it on the fact the computers crashed that Friday. Knowing that I was an attentive customer, they should have check on the car physically and called me around the evening with what exactly was happening (not just what department it was in). The middle manager seemed to be the only one who knew what the world was going on. But during our conversation on Wednesday and when I finally picked up the car, he kept on throwing his co-worker under the bus saying that they are still training her. You are all a team and everyone has access to a phone. Also, if you knew what was going on tell her to tell me what was happening. The head manager was the most disappointment of them all. When he was called over, he looked board and totally uninterested in my issue. He hardily made eye contact with me the entire time and after I got done telling him the story he gave me this irritated summery of, “so you’re just looking for us to pay for the insurance”. He totally missed the point. This was all for a grapefruit sized dent in my plastic bumper where someone had backed into me in a parking lotBesides the terrible customer service, the car looked good and they vacuumed out the front before returning it. However, I will not be returning to this store.

Being in an accident is never fun, but I had an amazing experience working with Classic Collision of Kennesaw. Right when I walked through their doors the receptionists were very helpful and understanding. When looking at my car with the insurance assessor they were honest and professional. The price for the fix was fair and they finished the repairs ahead of schedule. Classic Collision had great communication through the entire process and my car was even cleaned when I got back into it. Would highly recommend going here if you are in an accident!

Who likes bringing their car into a body shop? No one...Got rear-ended and decided to come here because it was where my dealership recommended. It worked out pretty well because there is an Enterprise rental agency right inside the building. So, I was able to get my car rented before I even spoke to a shop representative. I dropped my car off, drove off in the rental. I got a text message the next day telling me that my car would be ready in 6 days at 5pm. And another text with a breakdown of the estimate. I came back a little early on the day I was told, and after a short wait, I got my car and returned my rental. My car was thoroughly cleaned and repaired and it looked great. No complaints. But, there wasnt very much human interaction in the process. I probably only spoke a few dozen words to a human representative there. It was a pretty frosty experience. Im glad I didnt pay for it.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer service skills and poor communication. For example, I received this text from an advisor as follows “ Hey man I got your wiper motor this morning but apparently we haven’t paid our bill at Napa so can you pay for the wiper motor so they can bring it to me I don’t have checks or cash here there’s no way for me to pay for it“...this doesn’t seem very business like. Need new management. Going down hill very quickly!!Would highly not recommend this place.

I told Doug, the Classic Collisions, (State Farm) representative that I was going to write a very honest review on how I actually felt, about the paint job done on my 2006 BMW M Roadster. (I have kept this car in showroom condition with low mileage as it was my Retirement Present to myself).Recently I had an unfortunate situation where the car was peppered with gravel thrown up by a passing Semi, causing small paint chips over the front end, including hood and fenders.After a rather poor experience with” Magnum Collision Repair Center” 9 years ago for a very similar situation, I was reluctant to get the stone chips addressed. However, I finally decided that it was the right thing to do.State Farm recommended Classic Collisions, Kennesaw, GA and I hesitantly took my car to them. Doug looked the car over and asked me to drop it off Monday morning and let me know that the car would be ready Friday at the latest.He assured me that I would be delighted with the results.True to his word the car was ready Friday morning and he called me to come take a look. To say that the work done was outstanding is an understatement. The car looked beautiful inside and out. The paint job was immaculate; I tried hard to find something that I could point to. Great Customer Service. Had my front bumper replaced on my Honda Accord. Called My insurance company (Geico) and they had pretty much everything ready to go. Dropped my car off and the onsite Enterprise had my rental ready to go. Everything went smoothly and they sent notifications to me know the process of my vehicle. As far as the work on my accord, they did a great job, looks brand new. Staff was very friendly. Highly Recommend!

Honestly, I had probably one of the most complicated car repairs ever. Im only putting four stars because they ultimately couldnt fix my car and Honda fixed it.Although they couldnt fix my vehicle, I must rave about their customer service. The people here are absolutely fantastic. I have never been to a body shop that has gone above and beyond as this one. I got quick updates on my vehicle and everyone I had talked to were very accommodating. The receptionist, Maddie, is the absolute best!!! She deserves some sort of promotion/raise for the amount of troubles I have caused! She has been quite the lifesaver, I dont know what I would have done throughout my car repair process without her!

If a collision place is needed again, we will not use this location. Upon picking up my car, I found smoked cigarettes in my car. I immediately notified the staff and decided to check my trunk. Upon opening my trunk there was an old dirty comforter in my trunk. The manager confirmed a homeless man was squatting in my car!!!! Seriously!!! And, when my husband called him back to discuss the issue, he couldnt remember which car it was. There were several people, evidently, that had this same issue.

Wouldnt really recommend this shop. A girl did a price estimate for some interior damage and said it would be about 75$. Made an appointment to get it done and the day before I was supposed to go in, she called and said it would cost more like 800-900$. I understand its just an estimate, but thats a pretty big difference? Plus they were not super easy to get in contact with, had to make back to back calls because I didnt receive a return phone call.

The experience started off great and went down hill. They dont stuck to their word regarding car rental. The manager agreed to pay my bill now I received a collection notice for something they promised to pay. I will never recommend anyone to take their car there even if it is preferred by the insurance carrier. When I received my car back it wasnt running smoothly I took it back they said it was something I did which was a lie my car what they charged the insurance company wasnt the work that was done.

When I was unfortunate to get in a front and rear accident. I took my car to classical collision of Kennesaw. I took comfort in knowing that my car was going to be repaired at a body shop that has been around for 30+ years technicians and staff are I car certified . I worked with Doug he took very good care of my car kept me updated and I never had to worry about what was going on. I would suggest classic collision to Kennesaw to all Friends and family.

The repair to my car was almost perfect. The damange was done to the drivers side front and back door. The front door was completely replaced and the back door was salvageable and repaired perfectly. The front door that was completely replaced I have issues with. Does not have a seal like the original door did, so when I drive I can hear wind/air through the door. Its annoying unless I have music on. I guess its expected since a new car door cant be expected to fit perfectly, right???Second, when I went to pick up the car the interior was a mess! My car is black cloth interior and it was so dirty and full of dust it looked grey. There were white spots of paint all over the drivers side interior that were quite hard to get rid of.Lastly, the staff made a scratch and chipped the paint on the front bumper of the car. They admitted to their mistake and offered to repair.So basically the repair done to the car & customer service Id say is good BUT dont expect to get your car back as you left it. They are quite negligent with the care of your car.

DO NOT GO HERE. A 15 day repair took 45 days, the paint is COVERED in swirl marks, and interior panels which had to be removed are now broken. Now have to take more time off work to get them to fix these items, since they arent even open on Saturdays.

Can you leave less than 1 star? GECIO uses all these places as their auto repair express but the contract should be removed. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER - No customer service - the guy there doing inspections wont see you if your 2 mins late - I got there 10 mins after my appointment time due to a work issue but his time was obviously more important to him and they wouldnt even see me - customer service is damned at this place NEVER GO HERE OR ANY OF THEM! youll be sorry....The attitude is you owe them for being a customer of theirs wow! I hope they go out of business soon - just my opinion anyway

There advisors are nice upfront not so much for there management team. Then the lies come in. They throw there other employees under the bus saying they lied to you. Then they give you your car back 6 days late. Do not waste your time, go somewhere that is actually a reputable repair shop. Waste of time!

Pick up vehicle today, it was nice and shiny. Agent was Doug nice guy very talkative. Scuff marks on the driver side where the vehicle got hit still shows the damaged from being hit. Only person that was very help is Jenette at the front desk. Paula which is Doug counter part, very sarcastic chic the type of person that feels like she has the right to disrupt a customer atmosphere.. She walks out the front door at quitting time making a statement you better get right with God a couple of times. Who does that and who is she implying this to? sick society chic needs some serious help!

This place is not good for luxury cars. They dont pay properly attention to detail and did not fix it as expected. Plus, now is taking longer than expected as they have to fix the problem. I will take it to the Lexus to have it inspected after is done.

Exceedingly poor service. Communication between them and in house insurance companies seemed non-existent. I was told to my face someone would be checking with management on a matter for my vehicle. When I showed up I am told the direct opposite of what their representatives heard the insurance officer state was to be done. I would not use their shop nor recommend them. Additionally the whole process of taking your car when hit is to kidnap your vehicle and force you to take what they say to get your vehicle back.And should you not agree with them you then are labled hostile by the manager and access to your vehicle that was minutes earlier given is now refused. I would give no stars if that were possible.

My husband took our truck to get fixed after an accident. The adjusters were very rude and unsympathetic to the situation. They should look at the situation from the customers perspective, but of course, this wasnt their vehicle so they really didnt care. The conversation had me wondering if they were adjusters or auto mechanics. How would they know what internal damage was done by just examining external damage? My husband was simply trying to explain what all had been going on with the car since it was in the accident, and they basically laughed. I did not appreciate the attitudes of these two females. Good customer service goes a long way.

I had my car fixed there and after a month later I went to pick it up and it had damage that wasnt there before and the interior was a mess. I took it back and they had it another 2 weeks. got it back and and now there is trim pieces broke on the outside and paint over spray all over the windshield and windows and one of my wheels had been scratched. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Its hard to get in contact with anyone and they never return your calls.

Unbelievable.I am returned customer. First incident was handled through Geico. I wanted to pay my second one out of pocket. I was quoted a price at much higher rate. I asked why they said because Geico has discount with them...They actually told me to go shop around. So I did.I went to the dealer and the dealers price is $300 cheaper.Thanks for the advice Classic Collision.You could have had me for life.

Very Very dissatisfied with the service we received after being rear ended and pushed into another vehicle a month ago. Not only with the so called repair work by Classic Collision but with the Geico insurance reps as well. Both Depts very rude and unprofessional. Hoping Days Chevrolet will/can fix what Classic Collision failed/neglected to do. We never signed papers for Classic Collision to do any repairs just give an estimate. We were told by Geico to get it sent to Classic Collision asap to keep from being billed from the towing yard a daily fee for storage, The next thing we know is we are receiving a phone call from Classic Collision saying they have took the truck apart and had started the repair process and we had already made arrangements with a repair shop in Cartersville that we knew and trusted to do the repairs. So here we are a month later our truck just three days from being picked up from Classic Collision sent to Days Chevrolet from Classic Collisions neglect to do the repairs correctly. Its not that hard to see brake lights out, the headlamp coming off and moister in it, The engine not running as strong, not 10 mins after leaving the repair center the check engine light comes on and the oil lights comes and and dinging like crazy and so much over spray from being painted. Supposedly have a lifetime warranty on their repairs and if anything is to go wrong that they didnt find while estimating the repairs they would fix it...... Not at all..... They do not stand by their word.... When you call to tell them they wont answer the phone and will not return messages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLASSIC COLLISION OF KENNESAW, GA.

I almost never do reviews, but after 2 months and multiple returns, I think its fitting to do one. Back in January I curbed my car during the ice storm, and due to the nature of my job I need my car. I decided to just take it to the closest body shop that Jim Ellis VW recommends and they referred me to Classic Collision. First time I get my car back, it feels like it doesnt have any power steering, theres a horrible rumble strip like sound from the front, the headlights misaligned, interior lighting messed up (security light would turn on instead of the ambient lighting), the door panel wasnt fully put on, the front fascia wasnt put on right, and more. Second time I get it back, the rumble strip sound is still there, the security light issue still present, and headlights misaligned. Third time, sound still there and I was told the lighting was fixed (it wasnt). After the 4th time, I told them I wanted Jim Ellis to do any remainder work and now Im on my 7th attempt to get my car fixed. In some ways, I figure this is a review of both companies, but still. Classic Collision is a joke. You do one thing there and that is repair cars, but the piss poor attention to detail and care there make me think I couldve done a better job watching YouTube videos and trying my damnedest to fix it. Id rather have taken my car to chop shop for Gods sake.If someone from Classic Collision reads this, please know that I will NEVER take my car there again. If someone asks me if they should take their car there, I will laugh and emphatically say hell no! At this point, Im not going to be satisfied by a job well done from them. At this point, damn near the only thing that will make me happy is a new VW GTI (what I currently drive) on their dime or a nice, fat check. Even if either of those things happened, I still wont be a returning customer. 2+ months later and my car still has to go back to the shop for the upteenth time for the same damn lighting issue, the struts are squeaky as hell, the carpeting wasnt fully set in the back (I dont even know why they were back there; they couldnt even plug the subwoofer back in) and now my coolant system is acting funky (literally never had an issue with it until I had these repairs done; I figure a hose is damaged somewhere possibly). So yeah! Again if anybody at Classic Collision reads this, I will never take my car back there, I will never recommend anyone come here (and will go out of my way to tell people to not come here), and the only thing that will make me even somewhat content with all of the bs Ive been put through is a nice check (State farm figured $250 was appropriate loss of value after almost $10,000 worth of repairs over 2 months) or a brand new car.

On 9/20/16 I took my NV200 to review the repair cost and projected repair timeline. Alexis Gayton, my assigned CSR, was very professional, courteous and friendly. She expeditiously solicited the assistance of the assigned adjuster and I was out of the facility in a jiffy. The execeptional service did not stop there, I have received almost daily update on the progress of the repair. Well done Alexis, you are a Rock Star..

Showed up for an 11:30am appointment scheduled through Geico for repair on our Mini Cooper. We sat in the lobby and I witnessed a gentleman calling people in his office following up on estimates. About 11:36am he stepped out of his office to advise is that we are 3 hours late. We would never have scheduled an appointment that early due to my employment. On 6 occasions he stated that his time was valuable and that is why they schedule appointments every 30 minutes. Well my time is also valuable being in the medical field of which I took a day off for this appointment. So I gathered my things and walked out advising him we would find somewhere else more professional to care for our vehicle. From looking at the other reviews, I think this was a very wise decision.

The lady from classic collision who helped me was extremely cordial, professional, and very thorough. It was not her fault that GEICO made the orders. She was so amazing and helpful., and even tried to intervene on my behalf, but no go. THE 5 STARS ARE FOR CLASSIC COLLISION ONLY.The representative from GEICO (named Michael) was not. He didnt fix my car properly. Id been told that most likely my car would be totalled, due to the damages. I WAS LATER TOLD THAT THE DAMAGE WERE ONLY COSMETIC (NOT TRUE).Afterward,I had to pay nearly $400 to Toyota to make my car drivable and safe. I have a hybrid, that was inherited by my mother whod passed unexpectedly, and I was on my way to her home to handle her affairs when we were hit. And, he tried to run!The drunk driver is a repeat offender, and is in jail.I have an autistic daughter, and the drunk driver hit her side is the car.Anyway, the GEICO REP (drunk drivers insurance) made me sign a form before anything was done, stating the expected work would be done, AND, they had to make sure upon inspection that the decision was correct. He even tried to make me pay at least $150, if the bumper was to be fixed, painted, and/or replaced due to a dent on the opposite side!The shaking, and pulling to the right, and the unde carriage were supposed to be fixed - they didnt do amything more than what was on the original estimate. AND, HE TRAPPED ME IN THAT SIGNATURE! Im fairly certain that all parts that were to be replaced, were either banged out, or used.I currently have too many catastrophic events going on in my life. Therefore, I cant address that anymore.Sorry for such a long review guys... Guess I needed to vent.

When I filled out the form for my car to be fixed, I marked that I wanted to be contacted every Tuesday and thursday by both email and text. 12 days my car was on the shop (for minor damage that should have only been 5 days max) and I heard NOTHING!! I had to call them to figure out what was going on with my car!!! Terrible customer service! I should have been kept in the loop with the progress of my car and instead I had to pay for it sitting in the shop cause I was never contacted.....

Be very leary of using their rental car service. We returned a car today , was told it was ok to go. An hour later they called and said their was a scratch on bumper (which there was not). We said no there was not, you let me go. A woman was calling from her personal cellular number asking to pay the deductible over the phone, after hours. We refused and called Geico. Hertz car rental are scamming us and our insurance said this happens all the time. The work on the car looks great and we used then before and loved it. I say it again it is not the collision shop but the Hertz car rental side.

If you value the integrity of your car, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS BUSINESS. State Farm recommended I take my 2012 Volkswagen CC to this shop to fulfill an insurance claim. Not only did Classic Collision of Kennesaw do a subpar job of communicating to me what was going on, but they actually damaged components of the car that werent even involved in the claim. After picking up the car and immediately taking it to a VW dealership to have it inspected, I was shocked at the damage to the interior door card, the speaker grill, the interior clips, the key fob and the steering wheel. All this occurred under the care of Classic Collision of Kennesaw. After returning my car to them and the business having my car for almost a week, simply for them to tell me that they wont be repair the steering wheel or the key fob, the general manager Ike Johnson CLAIMED that he had taken my car and key fob to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw and the service manager had told him that the damage to my steering wheel was from wear and tear and a pre-existing problem. When I reached out to to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw (because I have a relationship with the service manager and with the dealership), the service manager stated to me that Mr. Ike Johnsons claim of having reached out to the dealership was FALSE. They had NEVER communicated anything about the issue to the dealership, they had NEVER brought my key fob in for repairs, and they had NEVER brought the car in for inspection of the steering wheel. Not only have I had my car damaged to by Classic Collision of Kennesaw but I have been lied to directly to my face!I have since learned that the second round of repairs that Classic claimed to have accomplished was also not performed correctly. Not only did their underhanded attempt at cutting corners cause additional wiring issues when they did not do their due diligence to actually order the part correctly, but they decided to 1) not do the initial second repair and lie about that. 2) used HOT GLUE to secure a component of my door to the door card which is NOT supposed to be done.

This was my 1st time taking my car here for a repair but I have to say that I am pretty fed up with this place! I dont mean to give a bad review but more so to let the consumers know what I had to go thru. I took my 2012 Infinit G37 IPL back three times and still didnt get it right. It took longer than expected and after being called the 1st time stating it was ready, I left there just to find out there were more problems wrong with my car because of the poor work of putting pieces back together. Whoever worked on my door did not put everything back in place. I spoke with the manager and he stated it was already like that when I brought it in but its funny because that wasnt the problem I had when I took my car in. I spoke with the VP, and thank goodness he gave me his word and yes they kept the car there to clean up the mess they made, which was very professional on his part. Needless to say, that when that was done and I was called for pick up, Im only left with another problem. I ended up with a leak near the rear side mirror, I emailed the VP and again took the car in and they said nothing was wrong. Now Im left with the headache of going back n forth just to get this right so I took it to another place and they had to fix someones mistake or careless work. This place is not for luxury car.

This was our 2nd time being here. 1st time went smoothly in March. This time around was absolutely disappointing from all aspects (CC, Geico, and Enterprise). First, please understand that all 3 companies are under the same roof with glass walls separating them. So I called to speak with the agent at Enterprise, the secretary Jennifer didnt want to get up from her desk to walk 50 ft to ask for the agent after she told me she didnt have a direct line to them. Next, I was calling Enterprise to replace our rental car as the engine was making a horrible sound after 2 days. (Thanks to the new agent there who assisted us). Now, 2.5 weeks later our car still has not been taken care of because they were awaiting the arrival of the fuel tank from Germany (we have a BMW 335d) which was stated would take 5-10 business days. Ok, I get that. However, they failed to mention they had ordered a gas tank instead of diesel which is really why it was taking so long, but thank you to the Manager for being honest in what really happened. THEN, after they started taking the car apart, they found more damage and had to order more parts- not understanding why this assessment wasnt done in the first place. So we had to wait on Geico to approve fixing the other damage. BUT we still had to wait for more parts to come in. So its been three weeks and Enterprise has the nerve to call me to tell me I owe them for 2 days extra on the rental car because Geico set the date as July 25th but our claim said July 29th. After I explained to them that my car was still in the shop, I had to take time out of my day and do their job by calling Geico to ask them to update the computer so that I wouldnt be charged for still having the rental car. AGAIN, they are all under the same roof. Enterprise took it upon themselves to call me 2 more times on various days to again say that I owed them money or I had to call Geico to have them update the computer of the actual due date. So thank you Taylor and Jamal for not doing your jobs. I made a complaint to Geico and they were kind enough to provide excellent customer service (Jason McEvilly) to attempt to rectify the piss poor service at this place. Even when my fiance went to pick up the car, they forgot to put the seat belts back in the car after removing them to do the repairs. Also, they put the centerpiece back incorrectly because the buttons are mashed in and a piece of the gear shaft wasnt put back on properly. Then, even after we got our car back- Jamal from Enterprise again called and attempted to charge me $45 by saying I brought the car back on an empty tank when it was filled completely. I told him that was incorrect and he was able to fix it. But that didnt stop him from being an ass when I told him about the poor customer service from their department. He said, Im sorry that you didnt like they were calling you to provide feedback. Me having to do YOUR job and call Geico THREE times is NOT providing me with feedback.I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this place. Somehow in the last few months, this company has become a $h!t show and is disorganized beyond repair. IF I need to get my cars fixed, it will never be here again.
