Hotel Valet scratch my cars bumper and I took it to Gerber for their evaluation and repair. Appt. was at 2PM - the nice guy looked at it, went inside and returned with a rag and some magic lotion and buffed it clean.I was on my way home at 2:05PM - NO CHARGE!Fabulous service, professional and obviously tons of experience.Highly recommend this place for all your auto repairs !

Excellent service. I had my vehicle serviced here after being rear-ended. They were very professional, helpful, had great communication/provided updates, and finished a lot faster than I expected. They even offered to provide me an Uber ride after Hertz royally screwed up my rental reservation. Very friendly staff as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area in need of any type of auto service they provide.

Today I contacted Gerber Collision & Glass for an estimate on a repair. I had called several places but either got no response or they were not accepting new car repairs. Thankfully, I came upon the name Gerber Collision & Glass. I read the reviews and decided to call.My first contact was with an extremely customer service oriented representative, Aerica (love the spelling). I added extremely due to several factors: 1) Her voice was pleasant; 2) She returned my greeting and inquired about my well-being; 3) She listened patiently to the particulars of my situation; 4) She offered to contact my insurance company; 5) She pronounced my name correctly (a major plus); 6) She had prior knowledge of my insurance company and was able to provide information on how I should proceed with towing; 7) Last, but not least, she called back within 15min to give me an update!This is part 1 of my experience with Gerber. I cannot wait to see what else they can do. Stay tuned!..18.21 - - - So, my car was declared a total loss. However, Gerber made the process easy to accept. Again, the customer service was Fabulous!! I met Aerica today and she was just as wonderful in person as she was over the phone. So you may ask, what makes this experience different? Here is the difference...upon hearing that I needed to buy another car, Michelle (a new person I had never spoken with) provided some insight were I should purchase another vehicle. It turns out that Aerica was looking into them. I mean women sharing info/experience in an industry that is not known for its feminine touch, was the icing on the cake!But wait...there is a cherry...to have the owner acknowledge my first review was just too cool. I know should I ever need a collision service again, this is the place for me!! Thank you GCG for making a most frustration process feel painless!

My quote was in line with 2 others, so I decided to use Gerber. My car was finished when promised and my drop off appointment was easy. Very pleased with the work, and the service.2014 orange bmw with front quarter panel damage.Update. Went back for some light body work, but they declined the work. Guess theyre looking for cash cows only now. Too bad. When the economy tanks again, businesses like this will trip over themselves to win you back. When things are good, they dont care.

This place is outstanding!!! Their office staff is amazing & they all genuinely want to help you the BEST way possible. I got hit in a parking lot and their insurance suggested I use Gerber. SO glad I did. I had damages on both sides of my bumper. This was my first time putting my car in the shop all by myself. I’m 22 LOL! Donnie made it such an easy process. It was truly painless! My car was in and out of the shop in just a few days and the repairs look absolutely phenomenal! I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and family already! Would definitely use and recommend Gerber again!

Do you need a windshield repaired? Then we have something in common because I still need mine fixed too. After scheduling an appointment on the phone, I was told to bring my car to the nearest shop no later than 8am (I did not want home service). So I brought it there, got told that I had to wait for the techs to arrive because it’s a “different department”, and stood in a parking lot for 30 minutes after waking up at the asscrack of dawn for these people.

I used this same shop about 3 years ago to repair my Avalanche, they did an awesome job and kept me updated along the way. In May 2018 my husband was rearended in his company vehicle. The damages were approximately $9600.00 to his 2015 Ford Explorer. They went in and did the repairs amazingly. They worked with us, kept us informed , took our many telephone calls and remained extremely patient and professional through it all. They even put it up on the rack so my husband could inspect the underneath of the vehicle before picking it up. I cant say enough to express how we they worked with us. Also the repairs are guaranteed as long as the vehicle belongs to my husbands company. I will never go anywhere other than Gerbers for my vehicle repairs. So professional, awesome guaranteed as long as it doesnt change ownership. But the best part is that the repair work is amazing and while the vehicle did have substantial damage, it looks amazing. I cant say enough about Gerber on Cobb Parkway.

So I was in an accident last July. Getting OEM parts from BMW was a major pain but they got it done. The process was definitely trying for all parties involved. The communication was great through the process. I am writing this review over a year later because of the lifetime warranty on the repair. I stopped in with a couple minor things. They didn’t hesitate to make them right. No questions asked. All I can say is that they will do their best to make your vehicle right. Great service.

They were polite and came highly recommended, but said they couldn’t work on anything with Allstate insurance. It really doesn’t matter how good they are if they can’t help you. Don’t call them if you have Allstate insurance.

Exceptional service and treatment. So impressed with Keiths expertise and compassion. Even if an accident is not your fault, being in one is traumatic. You will not be disappointed with this repair shop. I was rear ended on my brand new car two weeks ago and it only took the repair shop 3 days to fix my car. They made all arrangements with the insurance company so i didn’t have to. Their work is lifetime guaranteed. They even went the extra mile and detailed my car. Love this shop and will never go any where else! Their customer service is excellent and very helpful.

I hit a hitch on Monday, and I had passed Gerber every day on my commute. I decided to stop there. I knew how much a new fender would cost (may have had a similar accident a few year back but I never got it fixed) and they came in under what I expected. I dropped my car off Wednesday and got the call that it was ready Friday morning. Jessica, my estimator, was polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out and my car is looking brand new. I wish I could leave more than five stars!

My car was re-ended on August 10th and Gerber was able to fit me in same-day for an estimate for repair. After getting approvals from State Farm, Gerber handled everything from top to bottom and was very professional throughout the process. They sent text messages frequently throughout the process to keep me updated on progress and Jennifer made sure to call as well. My car looks like nothing ever happened and they even put a freshener in the car for when I picked it up! Im glad I took it here!

Never emailed my quote after sitting in the ladies office for an hour after she typed it up..after an hour of everything she noticed she had written my quote for the wrong kind vehicle I brought in to het quoted and was told it would be emailed to me never got it three weeks later here I am still with a banged-up vehicle. Called to talk to her she was not available they left a message for her to call me back never got a call back

My windshield needed to be replaced on a 2012 Altima. Glass America has a mobile service. They fixed my windshield in the parking lot while I was at work. (Kris did a wonderful job!) I shopped around and most places were more expensive (this place ended up being about $40 cheaper). This was after calling and getting quotes from windshield replacement companies suggested by my citys Facebook group. Best price around. Very easy, hassle free experience.

This place is a joke. They never saved my info. I got hung up on twice when someone picked up the phone and I got 3 different quotes for glass in a 10 minute time frame that went up because someone didnt save my number. Further more their glass shop is separate from the actual shop. Dont actually go to a facility looking for glass repair. I walk in, no one says anything. I stand there looking around the chick sees me doest even say Ill be right with. She continues talking to an unseen person in another room about a delivery that should have arrived on today (Monday). She finally gets up and informs me that the glass part is a mobile unit and that i can take a card or she can pass on my info. I fill out my info, tell her to have a great day and silence... she is talking to someone else in front of me. Pass this place up.

This place did not want my business, a walk in one hour before they close and they want to make me come again the next day? The damage in the car I needed repaired was just replacing the front piece of the ground effects package on the car. It would had taken a person at most 5 minutes to come out, take the pictures and I offered to receive the quote via e-mail the next day. Other stores like Classic Collision and the Carl Black dealership in Kennesaw were able to give me a quote withing less than 30 minutes of arriving there.I do not want to provide personal information here. There is no way for me to give you my phone or e-mail in private. Pretty much, it was down to the front desk lady who said everyone was busy and she could not get them away from what they were doing.If you provide an e-mail address in your reply or phone number I am willing to call you.

I had an appointment yesterday at Gerber Collisions in Kennesaw to have an estimate written up on my car. When I got there, they could not find my appointment and when they did, they were lazer focused on the fact the insurance company made a mistake and had the car in my husbands name. Whether or not that should have make a difference in getting the estimate for the repairs is based on ones own judgment. I called the insurance company and had my auto info resubmitted correctly. Nonetheless, I rescheduled my appointment for today. I arrived at Gerber Kennesaw on time, checked in and waited in the lobby for forty minutes. I was only acknowledged at checked in, but was not acknowledged for the forty minutes I waited thereafter.The person I had the appointment with, (I believe her name was Barbara but could be wrong, but I do know her name starts with a B), did not have any other customers waiting on her, (she never acknowledged the fact that I was waiting, she did not say give me a few minutes, nothing!) so why I had to wait for forty minutes is beyond me.If I were white, would they have assisted me on Tuesday or acknowledge me and do the right thing and give me the estimate any way? Light bulb, they could have asked to see my registration (or maybe Black people cant afford luxury cars)? I doubt they have the capacity to think that far ahead. Very disappointing.I will never go there again or refer anyone there. Will contact USAA to let them know how unprofessional and dismissive these people are of minorities. I want to know, would they treat a white person differently? Yes! After all, its Cobb County.
