They had lots of options. The tea is great. They have a pretty quick drive through. Their parking lot is tight, though with not a lot of spaces. Inside they have a fair amount of seating with chill music and a good atmosphere. They close at 4. They have free wifi and electrical outlets available. Service was fast and pleasant.

Delicious coffee! Got the strawberry hill latte, which was genuinely like having strawberry ice cream coffee or strawberry shortcake. What a treat and surprise. I’ve had only one other coffee roasted that gave notes of strawberry and strawberry ice cream in my life, which was delicious. What a pleasant surprise to have that recreated in a latte drink here - definitely something super unique to this shop.Service was quick, as well as kind, friendly, and genuine! Very cute, clean shop with nice decor.Only downside for us was no food outside of a few pastries. The pictures added on Google maps are a little deceiving as it makes it seem like they have more than pastries at this location, however they are still in the works of adding the kitchen here and it’s only their other location that has food. We were on a road trip and trying to make an all in one stop, so it was a bummer to discover there wasn’t actually savory/more filling food options here.Totally recommend for your coffee needs! Great pitstop for a delicious latte. Smaller establishment with friendly and quick service. Seating is limited, so be prepared to not be able to sit all day and sip on coffee while you get your work done. The building is clean! I dont think I have ever been to an establishment where the bathroom smells good. Will definitely be coming back when I am in the area again.

People were nice and helpful. The place is near and clean. The coffee and pastries were very good. We used a shaded table outside.

This city has some great coffee shops and views that makes KC amazing and then you find this place that offers both. Get yourself an iced coffee or a hot latte, go up to the top deck and look out over the city to enjoy both anytime of day. The menus pretty diverse and the inside is very quaint too, plus its across from Slaps BBQ so coffee and the smell of smoked meats really makes you feel at home in this place.

Honestly, I oddly correct has been dethroned as my fave coffee in KC by Splitlog. And its close to strawberry hill... Which just makes me super happy...

Okay… this place is soo good their iced lattes are awesome.. usually the men that work there in the mornings do a good job making the caramel lattes .. although today 9/8/2021 around 11:30ish I went through the drive through and a dark skinned girl took my order at the window.. I asked for a iced caramel latte and it was horrible.. it has no caramel flavor .. smh

It made for a good boost of energy after a meal at Slaps BBQ across the street.I went with their Strawberry Hill Latte, which was very flavorful with a strong strawberry note. Highly recommend it!The lady went with a vanilla cinnamon latte which was mixed very well with a heavy cinnamon flavor. She highly recommends it as well for a fall drink!Limited seating inside due to Covid-19, but it was clean and looks like a great place to hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee when things are back to normal.

Great macchiato! One of the best Ive had. The place itself is cute and cozy. There isnt much space, so large groups arent recommended. The decor was very comfortable. I recommend stopping by.

It was my first time going here and I got a donut and Carmel latte and I have to say they were both amazing!! The drive thru girl was super nice and the man making the drink made me one of the best lattes I’ve ever had! Super friendly workers and very good quality food! Give this place a try if you haven’t yet :)

They are amazing. The line is usually long because its so popular, but they send someone out to walk the line of cars, take orders and payment so everything is ready when you get to the window!

Splitlog was quaint and outstanding. I greatly enjoyed the experience! There was parking away from the street, right next to the building. Splitlog also has a convenient drive thru.Oddly Correct coffee is used here, which is one of my local favorites.

I love the staff and the coffee is amazing! They have a rotation of roasters making new experiences each time you visit! They feature roasters from across the country as well as local roasters! Give Split Log a try! I love spending time editing video in their intimate seating area.

I love how Splitlog pays homage to the history of the Strawberry Hill district just by its name alone. Also with the giant mural on the wall in their parking lot....LOVE IT! Being right off the highway, its one of the first places that you see that truly stands out pretty much welcoming you in.Its easy to try out just by going through the drive thru or you can stop in and check out the space. Its a small space with big character! Its also what I would consider a kid friendly place with an outdoor seating area with picnic tables behind the coffee shop. Their pastries looked delicious! They were displayed beautifully and somehow I didnt try one, but next time I will be sure to! I did however get an iced caramel latte with almond milk and it was SO GOOD. When it comes to offering blends from either Oddly Correctly and/or Messenger, I know Ill always get a good drink!The staff was super friendly and courteous too. I also appreciate that I can bring in my own up and they offer a discount for it. Some places dont do that, so its an awesome perk!

We stopped in on a road trip for some breakfast and were absolutely blown away. The mocha and hot chocolate were both delicious, really gentle flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet.The pastries were unbelievable. We got a cinnamon knot and a chocolate croissant, and one bite was enough to taste the love that went into making these fresh. So buttery and fluffy!Next time we drive through Kansas City, well be stopping in for sure.

Splitlog his hands down one of my favorite coffee stops in Kansas City. The coffee is excellent and is always prepared correctly. They are also consistently the most bubbly and kind staff I come into contact with. I generally go through their drive-thru, but I have also been inside twice to have coffee meetings. It is a small location, so you can sometimes not find a seat. It is semi-accessible. The restrooms are unisex. There is an ample parking lot and I like that the spaces are wide.

Try the dirty London fog, it is wonderful!

I love the compact feel of Dagwoods and the fact that you can see the kitchen! This place definitely transports you back to a time when diners such as these were all the rage!!Would have given 5 stars, but it took almost 45 minutes to get our food, which in a diner setting is honestly unheard of. The most adorable coffee place. Saw this on our way to our air BNB for our 1 night stopping through KC. The place is so cute and quaint. There is a drive through and a gorgeous and minimal interior. The baristas were fantastic. So friendly and so knowledgeable about coffee. The coffee was amazing and my ham and cheese croissant was to die for!! Can’t wait to stop back by on our way home and for future visits to KC!

Yes its small but exquisite with flare. You wont be treated better anywhere, and a better brewed cup of coffee with a fresh baked donut, pastry, or cookie awaits your escape. If your in a hurry, the drive through is quick and well marked. If you take in the quaint ambiance, dont forget the outside area, early or late. An attribute to Strawberry-Hill!!!

I waited way too long to come here but then when you plug it in the GPS you realize its like 10-15 from a lot of spots and definitely worth it.This is the kind of place that just knows what theyre doing when it comes to coffee. Expertly crafted, balanced, efficient.. Hard to beat that combo.I really, really enjoyed the overall vibe here; cozy, natural light, and good vibes.Bonus: They have a drive-thru!

This place is a great little coffee shop. They have a full menu of coffee and tea options. The barista are very friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. I was impressed how quickly my iced latte was made and even more impressed by how delicious it was. The red velvet donut was great as well. Looking forward to more visits to try other things on their menu.

Im in Kansas City for client meetings and every breakfast and coffee place I saw in the area looked sketchy until I came across SplitLog Coffee Company. I got delicious hot green tea and honey and pastries for my clients (mango coconut muffins, strawberry and blackberry scones). My clients loved the muffins and scones and asked me to tell them where Splitlog was! Mission accomplished! Everyone was super nice and inviting. We need a SplitLog Coffee Company in Atlanta ASAP!

Really nice staff but stupidly expensive average coffee house coffee. Extremely small sitting area. Its nice for what it is but dont go there for any sort of conversation you wouldnt share with a stranger. There is a nice area outback if its nice outside at least.

Great little place. They bring in coffee from a bunch of cool roasters around the US and some Oddly Correct as well. I dont think I have had a cup of coffee there I did not enjoy. Parking is easy and always available. My only nag is when all of the tables are taken the little sitting bars on the sides get really cramped.
