Its pretty good coffee and always pretty quick service. But, their pastry case is always very sparse, and generally feels like a more limited menu than some other cafes in the city. They also rarely have things like bags of beans to sell.

The outside smoking section on the North-side of the CoffeeShop was abysmally drab. But the pollinator garden on the roof was super neat.

Definitely a must in Kansas City. It has a great ambience, the staff is friendly and I love the open concept layout.I will definitely be coming here more regularly.

I love this neighborhood coffee shop. In my experience most of the staff have been friendly and the coffee is strong and delicious, a personal favorite of mine. And their open patio seating is seriously the best in KC - probably their biggest selling point!! Great for people watching. I really miss One More Cup in Waldo, but Crows is a great alternative, albeit a different vibe.

Expensive Blueberry Muffin. Frozen/Dehydrated Blueberries. Dry w/o sugar on top basic muffin at best. Friendly Staff. High Energy. Cozy Atmosphere open space concept. Lots of natural light. $5 Quiche (Worth it!). Delicious. Fluffy.

The Iced matcha latte was gross. Didn’t bother to dissolve the matcha before adding in ice, so chunks of matcha were floating in the cup. Literally just tasted like milk. Won’t be back

This is a new early morning favourite of ours. The coffee is good, and sometimes the windows slide open to create an open-air coffee shop. So cute!

Pretty decent coffee. Which probably sounds mediocre but I dont really like coffee and I was able to drink an 8oz white mocha. Thats a huge win!

This place is the tops. Even with all of the restrictions because of the pandemic they still put out a quality product each and every time I go in. Food, coffee, service: all are top notch. Super clean all the time but still has the little touches to let you know its a local place. every time I go in the mens room it cracks me up about all the fun graffiti in there. Too cold now that the patio usually is a great place to hang out, work and socialize. Also their coffee has an incredible flavor no matter how its being served. Not overly burnt like other places.

Very disappointed. This was our second try with Crows. We had hoped our first visit was simply an anomaly with shop just having an off day.. Unfortunately, the coffee was again too strong, lukewarm and bitter. In addition there were zero snack/food options for a person with gluten free dairy free dietary restrictions. We will not be returning.

I’ve only been here twice and have never been super impressed with their customer service. I came in today with my husband and the barista with long brown hair and side bangs was super snarky and condescending. I asked a question about their card machine and she replied with, “yup you’re a genius”.She has made previous snarky comments as well. After today, I will not be returning.

Just never had a good experience here. The coffee always has grounds in it, there always at least one item missing from my order and the staff just blames the customers.

Maybe Im easy to please, but Ive always gotten great coffee here. The food is delicious too, and reasonably priced. The staff has been very friendly and willing to deal with my indecisive nature. I dont usually get any type of drink with syrup but I did get a vanilla latte once by suggestion and it was delicious. Not too sweet!

Okay I had every intention to really love this place as I live right down the street, however every time I order something it’s a little disappointing. I think either the coffee is not flavorful or potent enough to taste or the proportions are off. I’ve had lattes, mochas, iced everything’s and still...also, I only had cash at the time so they are only accepting credit cards, BUT they accept cash tips of course. Thank god another guy behind me bought my coffee. So sweet! I would have probably been a forever patron With a little more compassion as the woman in front sees me every weekend but she just stared at me with a blank face as she does all the time and shrugged her shoulder like oh well, too bad. Thank god for community members.

My favorite afternoon work spot. Cozy and welcoming. It lacks the pretension of other coffee shops that intimidate the customer with esoteric and status-envious menus. But its selections still surprise. The crowd is eclectic, but the consistent pop-ins by regulars should tell you that this place inspires loyalty. I’ve overheard people discussing Mozart, community organizing, entrepreneurship, the best burrito places in KC, and the philosophical implications of Shel Silverstein’s work. Keep it up Crow’s. Good coffee shops are an under-appreciated requirement for livable cities and open societies.

Love this place! I drive about 20 minutes from home to come here and study or get work done. Lots of seating available and it never seems too loud even when its busy. Coffee and food are priced fairly. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I have never been there in the evening but I love that you can order wine or beer there too! Overall a great place in a great part of town.

Great open area with sliding doors. Service was awesome! Great atmosphere for working on your laptop and getting things accomplished - check off your to do list! The matcha latte was great. My only complaint (nothing to do with the coffee shop itself) would be that smoking outside ends up inside when the doors are open, but thankfully that didnt happen often 😁

This is a neighborhood favorite. I really love the chocolate Chai, essentially hot chocolate and chai mixed. The breakfast burritos are decent. Very laid back and unassuming. I stop by probably once a week. Staff are friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit.

I stopped by here after eating next door and Im happy I did. I got an iced Carmel and vanilla macchiato and it was SO good. It wasnt overly sweet like Starbucks is. It was a perfect balance.

I have not been to the other locations, but this one has a very chill atmosphere that was easy to relax in. I had iced coffee which was very delicious. My companions had a croissant that was warmed and shared. It was amazing and warming is recommended.

This is a great local coffee shop. They serve my favorite local coffee, Messenger. They also sell bags of it which is great so I can get it so close to home. I always get great service when I go to Crows. I love the openness of the shop too. Its a great place to sit and what the world go by.

I like all the Crows I have been to with cool and friendly staff, delicious baked goods, and relaxed atmospheres. Messenger Coffee is tasty but for a change of pace try the chocolate chai...hot or iced, its a treat. Chocolate croissants are also a step above the regular. Of course I like chocolate.

Great local coffee shop with comparable prices and specialized coffee drinks. I appreciate that the menu isn’t chock full of a gajillion different options that makes it overwhelming. Their quiche and pastries are awesome. Not a full meal menu, but good for a quick bite or treat with your coffee. I love their sliding windows that open up in good weather. Can get busy, but worth it.

Easily the best coffee shop in the Kansas City metro. The coffee is on point made by baristas who take pride in their precision in making espresso drinks. Crows also provide a very great environment and provide a place for communities to gather and form.It is an excellent place to meet a friend for a Gibraltar or nurse a cold brew while working on the laptop. It is a solidly well ran growing local business.

The people that both work there and have coffee seem to really be very nice people. My service was prompt and correct. The pricing seems to be in line with other coffee shops that I frequent. Parking was easy. I would definitely go back.

Coffee tasted great, had a breakfast burrito which was delicious and a savory scone, definitely going back to crows regularly.

The hibiscus ice tea was so refreshing. And the oak milk hazelnut latte was also tasty.

A great small cozy local coffee shop. Top notch roasts and lattes, a great selection of baked goods, as well as a great layout. The store front has a facade thats partial sliding glass walls which open to the patio, great for summer days and cool spring afternoons. The staff is kind and knowledgeable about their craft.

I come here all the time to get the London Fog, which is an earl grey tea latte. I am in love with it. The prices here are steep, but the bathroom graffiti is inspiring. You take the good with the bad, and end up with a trendy coffee shop that you cant help but like, especially if youre a basic b* like me.

I love the space and open mic nights. Coffee needs an upgrade. I like a variety of offerings from different roasters. Messenger coffee is overrated and lacks a robust flavor profile.

Always​ a welcoming staff. On the weekend the biscuits and gravy are a good comfort, very much like the proper homemade. Then add the open air when the windows are pulled back, easy place to hang out.

This was an accidental discovery. Nice little coffee shop in Waldo, next to the Boru ramen restaurant. Service was friendly. Setup was comfortable. My latte was delicious. The crowd of patrons seemed likeable enough. Music was a little loud and questionable, but not a deal breaker. WiFi worked well. Im pretty sure Ill be back there, again, at some point. You should check it out, too!

Its friendly, has good coffe, AND you can wait for your persciption to be filled, or run over to Aldis for 1/2 and 1/2 for the the house.You cant go wrong in this neck of the woods. Lots to do. Two bicycle shops near by. Lots and LOTS of places to eat. OH--- Price Choppers is just down the street.

Great experience! The baristas were friendly and professional. I ordered my usual cold brew to go and a cortado/Gibraltar for here. Everything was perfect and I didnt have to wait for long. There was enough seating for my friend and I to grab a table.
