Super cute store and coffee shop that has unique Kansas themed items like t-shirts, food items and gifts. This is my second time and I will definitely be back. It is a little pricey (adult t-shirts range from $28 to $32) but not any more than any other specialty boutique.

Loved this little shop. Tons of trinkets to look at and there was even a bar in the back.

Awesome selection of Kansas City themed items and a really good coffee shop in one. I had a cappuccino with almond milk and my friend had an iced latte and they were really good. The store also offered vegan sandwiches and breakfast items.

So many wonderful items from local business. We left with candles, KC t-shirts and hats, and other things. Check it out.

Great store show casing numerous businesses in one place. We got some lotion made with honey and a beautiful pair of earrings. They had lots of really great items to choose from.

The best souvenir / gift shop I’ve ever been to in ANY city! Tons of items for all things Kansas City. It’s basically a bunch of different shops all rolled into one. Tons of different T-shirts, apparel, home decor, candles, kitchen glasses, bbq sauce, gifts, and souvenirs. They also have a coffee shop, ice cream shop, and bar area. Really cool store for shopping! Definitely recommend anyone visiting to stop here to get something from Made in KC. Only downside is parking is difficult to find.

Super cool place with lots of local apparel and doodads. The bar is the spot to be and our server this Sunday afternoon I believe his name was Jason is an absolute all-star. Cant recommend it enough.

The best place to support local in the city! Lots of vendors from candles to local honey to merchandise! If I need a thoughtful gift for a friend, I go here! The cafe/bar also has awesome specials like Happy Hour 4-7 pm everyday! The wine and beer flights are a great way to try local options before buying it at Made in KC. The staff is helpful and friendly!

Bigger than their prairefire location and have local gifts for any persons interest. I am a local and havent seen half of these products at other stores/vendors. They have a wide variety of local artists and companies producing food, liquor, paints, crafts, clothing, etc. Food prices have a higher margin than a grocery store but they have a better variety.

Super cute store full of locally made goods. Clothing, apparel, art, food and drink such as locally made wine! And so much more! Theres also a bar to taste local wines or a grab cup of coffee. I got a really cool local t shirt that I LOVE!

Its nice, open and clean. The bar looks great. Not sure I would hang out there but it has a great vibe. Staff were all super friendly. Hoping this store starts to attact a variety of made local products. Sort of feels like a hipster souvenir gift shop right now with most items being decorated in or about KC. I like to spend money locally but can only have so much KC gear. I do appreciate a store that pulls it all together for us!

This is the coolest store!! The perfect curation of the best of Kansas City hometown goods. Tshirts, home goods, plants and food products, prints for your home or local brews and wine. Jewelry to ceramics. This store not only has great goods but crepes, ice cream a full bar and a coffee shop. A nice amount of tables to chill at and maybe even bring your computer to get some work done. The lovely wall art brings all the different vendor spaces together in a cool and uniquely Kansas City vibe. Ill be coming back every time I need to buy a birthday gift or Christmas gifts! Well done!

Good place for all things KC and surrounding area related. If you arent from the Midwest definitely visit. If you are from the Midwest and love your home get some merchandise and support your local artisans.

The store is fine. They have various local merch as you would expect. Whatever you do just dont eat here. We gave them a shot for breakfast and immediately regretted it. The breakfast sandwiches were significantly worse than gas station food. The food is pre-made and kept in a refrigerator. It is warmed up in a toaster oven. The bread is dry from being in a fridge. The cheese was cold and not even close to being melted because the sandwiches are cooked whole instead of open face. I received something different than what I ordered. They were understaffed and the wait was long. There were no redeeming qualities about the food or experience of eating here.

Very nice selection of locally produced good. Friendly, knowledgeable barstaff. Definitely going back. And I see that over 90% of the money spent here stays in KC, wow. A good cause too. More to like about this place.

An awesome Kansas City store with KCs best hometown brands. I highly recommend this cool store. Grab the latest Chiefs, Royals or Kansas City shirt. The spirits from Rieger are a great gift for anyone. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Find them all over the store in the different sections. The coffee and ice cream are awesome. There is so much going on in this store. Recently visited for sugar cookies from a inside pop-up shop. Parking is a breeze around this store. Beside the street parking, it is connected to a garage.

This is the perfect time Kansas city store. They have everything, and all local!Amazing creations from many makers , and something here for everyone .. from clothes to postcards to woodwork, to honey and soap and even rotating Cafe items ! Its got a little bit of everything . Definitely recommend going!

The best of KCMO all in one venue!

I love that they have such a variety of different clothing, accessories, and other products in one spot. It makes shopping that much easier. Plus, ordering coffee or beer while you shop is never a bad thing.

This place is so fun! We stumbled in here and stayed for hours, mainly at the bar. They have dozens of vendors who sell items that are locally made, hence the name of the storefront. A KC must visit!

Now this is the place to go! Lots of nice stuff AND a bar in the back. Husbands, boyfriends and really anyone with a spouse who likes to shop, go here while they shop.

Very local and they have a wide variety of items here. Great for random presents for a loved one. They are a bit expensive, but that often happens with locally-produced items.

Very cool place. Was really busy when we were there so a little hard to navigate and see everything. I bought a cute wristlet from a local brand.

I stopped in to look at what clothing they had for chiefs. I was disappointed in how overcrowded the store was during a pandemic. It was really hard to navigate because of all the people in the store. Staying 6 feet away from anybody was impossible. I was very disappointed in the management for not limiting the number of people allowed inside the store for the safety of the employees and customers.

What a cool atmosphere! The location is a decent size. The pricing with some vendors is a little expensive, BUT supporting local businesses is the way to go! I love that everything is local. *Note: the restroom is for customers only. Which is understandable!* You have a tap house, KC and Chief items, Fragrances, and household goods.

Made in KC is a unique shopping experience. I love that I can hang out, get ice cream, buy BBQ sauces or handmade items and peruse KC apparel. I have purchased a number of items here to gift and they have been well loved.

I encountered some of the best customer services ever on 6/13/20 here. We walked in to get ice cream and of course, the line was long its was like 90° outside and they have some of the best ice creams. I stopped Sammy & Farnoosh to ask how long does it take to get through that line? Both of them being honest said probably 30 min, in the same breath they gave us a list of different days and times come back when its fewer ppl!Thanks again ladies

An awesome showcase of all the local businesses KC has to offer. Clothing and accessories are high quality, and the coffee bar is ah-mazing. Best pumpkin spice latte Ive ever had (Starbucks who?) and the people who work there are always so friendly. Great place to pick up one-of-a-kind KC gifts or even just hangout with a great cup of coffee.

Wonderful and large ice cream delights. My son had a not your average smore. It was very big and he had a hard time keeping up with itI had a shake with cocoa pebbles mixed in. Tasted just like a wonderful bowl of chocolate cereal.The hubs had shake with mixed in strawberries and fruity pebbles.Yummy ness all around.

Nice spacious creative ambiance. Open seating to meet a friend on the Plaza. Good choice if you have local fave products and to pick up an adult beverage. Most items are priced high. A little awkward setup for checking out unless you meet a friendly engaging employee.

The MIKC team is the most wonderful team Ive ever worked with as a local entrepreneur. When I started my company, they gave me an audience and supported us by being our very first order. They are true pioneers for new concepts in KC, and this store shows it. The management team is top notch!

Fantastic set of popup stores. Each one is extremely well designed, pleasing to look at. Whoever set this place up really did KC justice at positive PR. I want to take this whole store home, and Im not even a local to the area.Also of note: they have some nice eateries (boba, ice cream, alcohol) in the facility and some very comfortable seating in the back. Highly recommended.

Extremely rude workers who treated me and my family poorly as we were there with four small children. After purchasing ice cream at 8:45, my young son had to use the restroom. When I asked the bartender where the restrooms were, she said they were closed. A moment later, when I asked again for the sake of a four year old in need, she rolled her eyes before giving me the code in a huff. The restroom, mind you, was an utter mess. Afterward, another worker targeted my group, all of whom had purchased something, that she needed us to clear out in five minutes as she needed to turn down the table. Here’s a suggestion: if you’re going to close at 9, close at 9. If you want to close at 8:55, close at 8:55. Really disappointing as I like the products in the store, but these two particular employees ruined the experience, especially for my out of town guests.

Much larger and tons of selection including food and beverage. Great destiination shopping with coffee bar and ice cream bar. Plus a real bar!!!! Food. Bring your out of towners and try it out.
