The place advertises that they are for sales, service and parts. If youre going here looking for parts, look elsewhere. The parts that they carry are the basic items that you can pick up at your neighborhood wal-mart. Dont go here expecting anything more. Customer service is terrible. The only lady that was working the front kept telling me to hold on a second because she was taking care of another customer. Apparently, taking care of another customer was talking about jewelry and telling stories about how she used to do sales at Garrett. I almost left, and I wished I had. After waiting for social hour to end, she said she had to put a sticky on the item that the last customer bought, and shed be right back. Wait another five minutes plus for her to go to the back of the store and talk to other employees for a little bit, she finally comes back. I tell her the fairly common part that I am looking for and she immediately tells me they dont carry it...thats how small their parts inventory is. The icing on the cake though, is how it was my fault apparently. She proceeded to tell me that I should have asked her when I got there, instead of waiting for the half hour plus that she kept me waiting. Yeah, the same girl that every time I talked to her, told me to hold on until she was done with the other customer. Look elsewhere

I bought a washing machine from here. When I hooked it up, it didnt work, so I took it back the next morning. They were very apologetic and had it repaired in about an hour. Its working great now, and other than the hassle of having to bring it back for that, Im pretty pleased with everything. Ill buy from them again.

Called and spoke with a customer service lady.i asked her did she have any used washes in stock. She replied yes. I asked what was starting price.she said, 199.00 on up. When I got there she had 1 single washer. I opened the lid and the whole washer shook, I looked inside and bottom of tub was rusty. False advertising. Beware.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THE WASHING MACHINE THAT WAS BOUGHT LASTED EXACTLY 67 DAYS 7 days pass warranty. They will not work with you or help you in anyway. Called a technician to see about having it repaired. Main wiring harness melted and lid switch BYPASSED. AN ELECTRICAL HAZARD. They rig these machines just enough to work with out caring if they burn down your home. SMH.

We bought a washer and dryer set from them a few years ago, when they delivered and set up the guy went through some of the features and hadn’t had any problems with either one of them. And believe their good people with great service as well .

My second great experience with appliance depot happened today. Found a deal on a great fridge I desperately needed. I purchased a washer 3 years ago that works just fine. Both times Chris did a great job taking care of me. I will definitely be back when my next appliance breaks. Lol! Thanks again for the great service!

Large selection at reasonable prices. I needed a fridge for my side room to store overflow and extra and got a large one for 250 plus tax and delivery. Quick delivery as well. People were very friendly and helpful

Chris was great. The used gas stoves are in very good condition at a fair price. We initially had an issue, my fault, did not check if the appliance was configured for natural gas instead of liquid propane. Rather than replace the orifices and recalibrate the pressure regulator, I exchanged for an other unit. Chris had the driver (sorry, forgot his name, but a wonderful fellow too) pick up and deliver in the kitchen twice, did not ask for anything more. I would heartily recomend them to anyone based on their after sale service!

I saw Chriss post on FB and sent him a message. He responded quick and told where to go. I show up, tell him my budget and he magically opens a random fridge in my price range which was perfect. Hes a pro at what he does. If youre a landlord or property manager, come here for the real deal.

Bad bad bad business. The manager sold me $750 beds that they had when i paid for it and then all the sudden they dont. And refuses to refund my money until the next day. Theft is all i can say. Never go here.

Spent $400 on washer and dryer neither works. Be careful not to sign the aperwork that says no refunds. The warranty only covers them to come out and attempt to fix the issue which was unsuccessful.

Went there yesterday to look at refrigerators. Was immediately greeted by the owner. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Ran some errands, went back to purchase it and set up delivery. This is where things start to get bad. My wife very plainly states that she has to be at work by noon, the owner inquires about appointments for tomorrow and there are none. We set up a time of 1030am. He says that the fridge would be loaded and ready for delivery by today. (3/4) Needless to say, the fridge wasnt loaded for delivery and they arrived at 1130 (!) My wife had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. That how it was discovered that the refrigerator hadnt been loaded. Hopefully, my experience will help any potential customer of the aforementioned shop to make their best and most informed decision about where to (and where not to) purchase appliances.

I visited this place looking for a part as the place is called Appliance Depot -Sales - Service - Parts. The person working told me that he didn’t know where the parts were in his store to come back tomorrow! Wow!!! Customer service is awesome. He didn’t even attempt to look for the part that I needed. Complete waste of my time.

Horrible experience. 1st machine didnt work. 2nd machine installed incorrectly which caused a flood in 2/3rds of my house. Found out installer stole my personal equipment to have installed it properly. Owner doesnt care about his customers only the money he can get from them at all cost to that customer.

I was in and out with little trouble at all. The staff is very friendly. They dont hassle you or try to pressure you into buying anything.

Well after buying a washer and dryer to be delivered same day, get a call saying they cant make it today. Now I have to miss work for delivery. I wouldnt have bought anything if they couldnt deliver same day. Cant keep your word then dont say it. Wont spend another dime with them.

They couldnt install my dishwasher after delivering it, they then said since i couldnt keep the dishwasher that they were taking back the oven that i had bought as well. He then told me they were going to refund me but then refused to give me my money back for the delivery fee. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL DISHWASHERS THAT THEY SELL. ITS A waste. Chris was very helpful in the whole matter but the owner himself was not

Last week my boyfriend bought me a washer and dryer from here... Same day they delivered, the dryer didnt fix in closet that machines are stored in... So he stated call the owner in the morning and hell set up where you can have it swaped out... Well that was before I found out the dryer didnt even work, it wasnt getting hot... So next day I go in store and explain the problem to them, and owner tells me well when my guy left it was working... And that I needed to switch my breaker off and on... So I went back home and tried, still didnt work... So I called and they were suppose to swap out next day... Well guy comes and doesnt swap out but picks up old one... So Im left with no dryer, I guess they wanted to fit it... But I explained to them it doesnt fit in my closet anyways so why not just switch it out... So after many phone calls they agreed said they would get back to me, never heard from them that day... So finally 2 days later they bring a new one that worked and fit... But just going through the hassle of it all, just to get a working machine wad so stressful Ill never purchase from here again... Good Luck!

Sold me a broken washer/dryer set for $525. It was delivered by them. After calling about it, they said they can pick it up Thursday. I never received any confirmation or callback. They never picked them up. Now my calls arent answered.

Bought a washer and dryer for 375, right when we brought it home and set it up, the dry caught on fire and the washer kept stopping throughout its first cycle and at the end, the water did not drain out. So not only did i waste my money on 2 non working machines, when I called to get someone to come out and fix it, they told me they couldnt do it that day and that they would do it the next day.. called the next day and their saying the same thing. Its unprofessional and would never recommend this place to anyone.I purchased the machines at the one off of merril (not the main store) and the sales man there told me that I would be able to refund with no questions asked, I called the main store up and their telling me that they will only replace it if they cannot fix it. I will take the blame for not getting that in writing.. I wonder how long its going to take them to come out and even LOOK at it . Ridiculous .

We purchased a refrigerator here everything went well until delivery day rolled around. We asked when we could expect delivery and were told the next day was open we settled on a delivery time and I stressed my need for delivery to be on time as I had to leave for work by a certain time. Delivery day rolls around and twenty minutes after my refrigerator was supposed to be delivered I called and got voice mail so I left a message, twenty minutes after I called again was placed on hold and told that they were loading the item right now and would arrive in 10 minutes. Needles to say I wasnt able to leave for work on time. I would have rated higher had they been professional enough to give me a courtesy call and let me know they were running late so that I could ask for a rescheduled delivery time.

Damage furniture when delivered had to help get it off the truck because they only sent one that guy so I paid for delivery that I had to help do went back to the store complained about it and they wrote me a $65 check for the delivery fee that bounce in my account and now the owner manager is never at the store I suggest you not do business with these people its horrible
