Excellent store with an ample supply of tools, appliances and other non-clothing items that youd find in a Sears store. They handled the pick-up of my on-line order with professionalism and accuracy.

We love Sears products. We got away for awhile to our dismay. We just bought a new washer and cant wait to try it!!!

The only positive to my experience was when I first went in the man on the floor was very nice. Other than that the whole thing has been a mess. I was delivered a supposed new refrigerator but as soon as I got it it started messing up. Light not working properly...freezer going between being room temp to to cold to room temp again. The bottom not cooling at all.then I get told someone would be at my home Tuesday between 8-12. No one shows and it takes repeatedly calling to get the service guy who says he wasnt scheduled til the 7th?!

Very unprofessional. Disappointed in their sales tactics and blatant lies to get a commission.Also disapprove of the voicemail from Chris saying he would add charges to the sears card because I assume you will want that too.
