Highly upset, there was a long line. Browsed the store to get to the register and only one was working. My debit cards were declined because I couldnt use them as a credit. So it was a true waste of time. Then I was asked if I wanted them to hold my items, as if I couldnt afford to pay $129.40. Dont recommend visiting

Everything was easy to find. The cashier was extremely helpful & even though I had trouble finding the coupon she was able to find the one I described & applied it.Sadly I have an item that is missing pieces. Im not sure how that occurred but as I needed it for moving I found it highly inconvenient.

Customer service here is not so good. No one looks like they want to help you except when the big bosses come down! I came in one day and I assume they were having a meeting in the front of the store and the big bosses were there....EVERYONE was super nice and helpful that morning! When I returned a couple weeks later, back to normal, barely speak to you and they look away so you dont ask for help. They need to be trained at Publix! Publix EMPHASIZES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYDAY!!!!

Was looking for fondue forks and a clerk took me right to where they had them. Only 1 brand , but at least they had them.

Ordered a pan online from their website and it showed up dented, dented enough that the lid will not seal correctly like it should and it took 2 days longer then the ship date claimed on the website.So from now on, if i dont go to a store to pick the thing up directly, I will just use Amazon for shipping online since their stuff has shown up on time and Un-dented so far.Only chose Bed Bath & Beyond in the 1st place because it was a little cheaper and had a faster ship date then Amazon but I will wait next time since their products will just show up dented and later then Amazon anyways.

Ordered item for delivery as a gift. Tracking on the website showed waiting for pickup for almost a week. I finally called on the 9th day after ordering and was told item was lost in transit, no notice to me or corrective action taken. Agent re-ordered item. Not sure what would have happened if I hadnt called. Terrible is accurate for this purchase. Never order from Bed Bath and Beyond.

The shopping experience ended better than it started! Finding items off the gift registry was extremely frustrating as the aisle names didnt really match up and finding the item once you get into the right section was even worse. I finally gave up trying to self serve and asked for assistance. The sales person was courteous and helped me get what I needed. When checking out again, a different sales lady was helpful, even encouraged me to look for a coupon to aid further in discounting my purchase. I was able to use their wrapping station for free and left the store feeling better than I started.

I had a wonderful time at Bed Bath & Beyond today. Great prices on everything. I cant wait to return with more time to shop.

So I was just in this location. Looking for a shower Curtain, they were a mess and I could not find the one that I wanted. I went to the counter and Kindly asked”can I please get some assistance in the shower curtains. The young lady leaning over the counter on radio or cell phone and turns and asks a co worker, he refuses and they both look at me funny. So my reply if it’s a problem I will go somewhere else. His reply was “I don’t know anything about shower curtains”. They said okay like it was a problem. I have just remodeled my bathroom and was there to get the accessories. Easy spend of $200 they let walk out the door. I asked for the managers name and she gladly gave it to me. Is this what the world has come to?

The staff did a great job trying to help me. It seems what I was looking for isnt stocked normally, which is not their fault. The store should have been organized a little better, but it seemed like the staff were diligently working towards reorganizing and restocking. Organization is the key deficiency at this store.

These people are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always make it right. They have a variety of cool stuff to put in your home. They give 20% off coupons from time to time in the mail and will in most cases honor them even if it is expired.

My husband and I just had the most amazing customer service experience from Chadd at Orange Park location. He went over and beyond to help us find the right pillows. My husband and I are having horrible sleep issues with current pillows and have a closet full of pillows that didnt help. It was also reassuring that if the pillows didnt work, we have 90 days to return. Thank you, again, for going over and beyond to help us!!

I called the Bed Bath & Beyond location and spoke to a gal that recommended a bamboo pillow. I had already reviewed it & she used it so I had her hold one for me. I picked it up easily at the service desk. I also personally complimented her to a manager. I feel good service speaks volumes!

Love what they carry, but coupons arent coming in the mail as much..I returned 4 boxes of my husband hangers he didnt use a few months back, & it came to $110.00 but in mealtime my debit card it was charged on got replaced by new one! Mgr told me I had to have same # on card to get my $$ back.Had to go to my bank and prove I used to have that old number howEver they wouldnt take my word for it how inconvenient that has been..

I wish it had been clear that the item i wanted was only available online. I got to the store only to have to order it. And they charged me shipping because there is no ship to store option. Oh well. Its on track to be here in a few days.

The store employees are always helpful. Today, I had an exchange of a defective product to a better version of the product and the transaction was fast and smooth without any hassles. Makes me want to always purchase from a local branch versus online. Big thumbs up from me.

Such a wide selection of items to browse. Yes, they have good deals on sales and clearance items, but always comparison shop. We were actually able to purchase a Air Fryer at the best price here, alone with a 20% discount! I will say, Im impressed they carry My Pillow at half off! That pillow is normally $100/each, so for two pillows you spend $200, but at BBB, its $49/each - so for the same $200, you can buy 4 pillows!

The young lady who wanted on me wasnt to help in making sure my ceramic pumpkin was safely wrapped to taken and not get broken on the road, she just was trying to hurry up and get other people out, which it wasnt a long line. Signed will think about going back

My niece brags about Bed , Bath & Beyond having almost anything you could need. I looked around & kind of agreed with her. The cashier & manager were really nice & helpful. If you need somerhing, its a good place to go. Make sure you allot extra time because they have a lot of things & various choices of colors etc.

Very happy was able to ask for what I needed and was directed to it. The employees are great. I love to just go in and walk around but was on a time schedule yesterday.

The blonde woman with the chest tattoo is extremely rude. Never had a horrible experience here till now, she literally ruined the whole experience at this store for entering and leaving. Asked for a basket and she rolled her eyes at me. Then when checking out she had me and mother just standing there, never spoke or greeted us. At that point we were just ready to hurry, cash out, and leave. Horrible.

They are now sending coupons via email. But they dont work. Have been there twice with coupons in my email. Personnel cant figure out how to get coupons to redeem. One cashier told me to figure it out bring my phone and receipt back and they would refund me 20% of one item. Cashier should have a manager they can call when issue comes up. Managers should be trained to handle coupons this way if that is how store is going to issue then.
