Visited the office in person for obscure parts. Received exceptional customer service from Oscar. Overheard Monique handling customer calls like a true professional. Left without parts in hand but they are to arrive Monday via USPS. Great experience!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a part for our Hot Tub and used the number off the bottom. Received the incorrect part but didnt know this until the repair tech was able to come (due to Covid). Tel Ken for return/ refund. He refused, even though everything was intact and we had been assured we could return it before ordering. Strongly suggest using another company. Also contacted Balboa who makes the part and advised them and they are checking distributors for poor customer service issues.

Horrible communication, refused to install heater because pool timer was on inside of garage wall, demanded it be outside bc he said it wasn’t to code! Kicked order back to home warranty company.If there was a 0 star I would have picked that one

Long wait times, poor responses, lacking knowledge.Paid the $89 to have a technician come out. Spent some time discussing some options and said Id get a quote back for parts theyd replace. Waited a week to get the new quote but had no details, waited another week to get more details on the quote.They wanted to replace a could guts on some valves to solve an internal leak which isnt possible to have an internal leak from from that part. Second opinions agreed and got it fixed elsewhere.They are friendly folks just tough to get responses and I respectfully disagree with their diagnosis.

I placed an order for a spa part on 25th November. The item shows as in stock and they took full payment immediately.Its now 16th Jan and I havent received the part and they have ignored all emails I have sent them asking for an order update.

I recently purchased a home with a pool and am new to this. The pump has gone out and the fidelity home warranty company has worked with Spa Inspectors in the past, so that is who they chose. My initial experience has been great! Excellent customer service on phone and prompt attention to scheduling a tech to view equipment. I will update after tech review tomorrow. So far satisfied and a sense of ease knowing I could get this pump replaced without purchasing a new one. This company will play a big part in helping me get the part replaced with warranty co.Update: tech was great and so was office. Motor was replaced and so were the parts that cause the leaks and wear on motor. However, I did notice that there is still a leak and notified the warranty company. They called spa inspectors and tech came out again. I still think there is a slight leak and will keep an eye on the bubbling. Not sure enough silicon can stop a leak. Still good service and response times. Maybe the pump needs to be replaced in full. Time will tell.

Spa Inspector came out and thought the problem was bad sensors, and if they could not replace senors recommend getting rigid the Balaboa and going with Gecko Controller. But Olympus Pool, came out the next day and reset the controller board. Everything is running fine. Call Olympus Pool to repair. Reason for two stars they did come out. But not sure about the knowledge.

For $89 an inspector came and inspected my aged in-ground hot tub and spoke of all the needed repairs which I was OK with. He said someone would be in contact with me the next day. After no follow-up from them, I called for 2 weeks and finally talked to someone that said he wanted to come and look at the system (only after trying to sell me a new above-ground hot tub). He never showed and never heard from them again.

I had someone from Spa Inspectors come out to fix my Hayward pool heater after 2 other companies had tried and failed. Repairman came out and said all it needed was a good cleaning and he could do that for only $200. I explained that 2 other companies had looked at it and were unable to resolve the issue, in addition, it is only 2 years old and weve only used it 4 times, so I found it hard to believe that all it needed was to be cleaned. He assured me that it would be good to go once he cleaned it. Well, I paid the $200 and went out the next weekend to start the heater for the spa. The heater was in the exact same condition as it was before their $200 cleaning. Nothing was fixed. Unbelievable! Im pretty sure that he never even turned it on during the time that he was here because if he did he would have seen that it shuts off and gives an ERROR message after about 2 minutes of run time.

We love your new spa. Thank you. We tried another company first, but they did not follow through and we got our money back. Spa Inspectors took care of us. They even showed us where the electrical company that was referred by the previous company steered us wrong. We used there electric referral and got everything set up and they installed immediately. They were amazing through the whole process. We sent yall a letter, but realized that all you could do with that is frame it and hang it. We wanted to spread the word. We appreciate you whole staff. Everyone was great. Tia and Tom were great and you install team was awesome and walked us through using our new spa. Thanks again, and thanks for your hard work.

They did not provide a rough estimate in advance like I was told I would receive then they sent the wrong technician to the house (I had to take off work for this). All I needed was for a valve to be mounted to the hot tub and I had purchased the part in advance. Since the wrong technician was sent the valve could not be installed that day. Later I received a quote for the install and it was over $400. I found another spa company that is going to do this for half the price.

I could not even get a return phone call from MORGAN SPA, I called the 4 times over 3 weeks to get service, never got a human, so I Googled Houston Spa and got Spa Inspectors, Chuck the tech came out on time found the problem, called the office, I spoke to the manager Tom who gave me an excellent price to replace the main control board, after 10 years of service and the top control unit. Chuck came back out and spent 5 hours on a very unfriendly wet January day to do the work, He cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job, he also found some other minor problems and corrected them. I deleted the other spa company from my phone contact list. Hope I dont have another spa problem but if I do, I will call Spa Inspectors

Received a quote to fix my heater for over $1300 and thought this sounded high. They charged me over $100 just to come out and look at it. Called a second company to come out and fixed it completely for $400. Communication was bad and felt they were really trying to take advantage of the situation. Beware!!

These guys are great! I have an older Hotsprings tub and they patiently worked with me until we found the right parts to get it up an running....now it works great! Lots of patience, knowledge, and great customer service.

Stay Away from this company if you dont want to be ripped off!!They cant keep their story straight and will tell you anything just to pay for their service Even if that means they dont fix anything. It seems their technician is sent on service calls to collect a service fee, not to do any repairs.

Took weeks after the initial service call and numerous phone calls for them to order parts and schedule a time to do the repair. Once they came out to do the repair they overcharged on the hourly rate. The repairman was only here 2 hours and we were billed 3 hours at 100 plus dollars an hour. Called management and they asked for video proof that the tech was only there 2 hours as they say he was he 4 hours per the paperwork. I would stay away from the company they are not honestFurther to the the comment below from the business . I provided security videos showing the actual time the tech was on site (This was requested by them)showing he was onsite for 2 hours. Since then I have not heard back from them. They seem to be very dishonest and just provide a generic excuse.

Ive used them before and their prices are high. Customer service is sketchy. Called to have them replace pool timers and was told there was a $60 service charge. They gave me a two hour window and my wife wasnt home when the tech came by early. He should have called but he didnt. I dont know if he actually looked at anything but they wanted to charge me $90 for coming out. When I explained it should be $60 the receptionist said I dont know who would have told you that. Finally after 10 minutes and confusion about whether or not I was using a home warranty they agreed to the $60. They wanted $600 to replace timers and I dont know if they looked at the equipment or just went by what I told them was wrong. Dont use these guys!!!

Emailed on Dec. 9th..... he emailed back asking for additional info, I replied and never heard another word. Called them December 14th, was promised a call back.....never got one. Emailed 12/15 and got a reply saying he called with a price and I was supposed to call back. Funny.... if he called, he would have spoke with me because it was my cell number they have. They will definitely not ever get my business.

Spa Inspectors was sent to me through my home warranty.Complaints-Was told my appt would be on Monday, when I asked what time, morning or afternoon, they said they would let me know Monday. I was called and told they would be at my house at 10:40. They called to let me know the time at 10:35. I feel it would have been considerate to at least let me know if I had a morning or afternoon appt or given me a 4 hour window. However, when a different tech came out to install the motor I was given a 2 hour window.-The tech called at 10:50 and told me he would be back between 11:30 & 12:30. He never showed up.-I called multiple times to ask what they found out about my pool pump with no response. Left two messages with no call back.-Took about 2 weeks from the time of initial service to finish the job, and the problem still was not finished.-I was told that I would have to pay another service fee because my home warranty would not cover another part under the same service request. Long Story short, Spa Inspectors took themselves off the list and would not be able to come out and reserve my pool. I am a little irritated they will not finish the initial job that I needed completed.

I contacted Tom from Spa Inspector over three weeks ago since my pool guy told me my pool filter was broken. Almost daily I related to Tom that the pool is collecting algae and I am pouring chemicals to stabilize the algae with poor success. For three weeks I heard lots of excuses about the delay in getting service and fixing the problem. Excuses were like I forgot or I am still waiting for an answer about what to do. After three weeks of needless delay I was told Spa Inspector cannot help me. Spa Inspector shows poor communication, lack of customer service, and incompetence.

Wow worst experience ever. Also let me point out that they are not a member of the BBB as they advertise on their website. that is a blatant lie. 3 almost 4 weeks later hot tub still not fixed and hearing more and more excuses and then they attacked me online on facebook when i posted a review of them there they accused me of cussing them and being a bad customer. TOM was very rude to deal with and this company made things worse with my hottub although they deny it was there fault that the heating element (coincidentally) went out when they put in a bad motor one day.
