This place is great! A go to for all your pool needs. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They dont try to over sell you on products (recommend exactly what you need) and the prices are some of the best out there.

The staff at Glacier Pools and Spas is top notch. The prices for parts and pool chemicals are much lower than Leslies. They also stock many pool parts that other places will have to order, and have a lower cost than I found online. The staff is very friendly and patient for those like myself that are new to swimming pools. They will answer any questions that you have. I recently purchased a new robotic pool cleaner from them. They have a loaner model that you can try before you buy. I must have asked 100 questions as I couldnt decide between two models but the employee was very patient and answered all of my questions, making my purchasing experience pleasant. I have found my new pool store!

I brought in a broken old pressure fed cleaner and Brad gave me a quick estimate of the expected repair costs (very reasonable). I instead opted to buy a new unit that also had scrubbing capabilities while also being pressure fed. Brad patiently answered all my noob pool owner questions and was very knowledgeable. I came at the recommendation of a friend, and these guys are legit.

Great experience! My pump motor died after the hard freeze. It was impossible to find one quickly- until I called glacier. They had it in next day. I was was having trouble with assembly so they did it for me at no extra cost. Top notch service. I was blown away. Many thanks to glacier pool supply. Will definitely recommend!

Went in on a Sunday with two employees in the store. Had a a strange question about my pool (wont go into that) got an attitude right off the bat from one of them kind of like I was bothering him, the guy behind the counter was more friendly and helpful. When I go into a store to talk to a professional its because im not one and I could use the help.I dont want to feel like Im bothering someone or get a condescending attitude from someone and thats exactly what he did.

My old pool store closed so I came here being I I didnt want to go to Leslies to have my water tested. The 2 young men that work the front are always helpful and have a great attitude. I buy usually boxes of chlorine or acid and they always ask if I need help carrying stuff out. Great service so far.

Had an issue with the blower for my spa. The owner came out to my house to see what the issue was and then returned with the correct part at no charge to me. This is not the first time they have saved me a bunch of money. Another time they fixed a pool pump rather than sell me a new one.

These guys got my pool back on track in less than12 hrs. Sold me exactly what I needed , upgraded to a sand filter and one gallon of chemicals, nothing more, nothing less ( unlike some other popular pool chain around selling me stuff I didnt need). Very helpful with all the questions I had and actually took the time to answer them and didnt feel rushed. They are now my go to guys for all my pool needs for now on. I definitely recommend giving them a try..

This store has amazing customer service. I called looking for a part that I needed after taking my Polaris pool cleaner halfway apart and realizing I ordered the wrong part online. I was expecting difficulty but instead received the best customer service I have ever experienced. Craig (awesome guy and very knowledgeable) told me that not only did he have the part but he would be happy and able to repair my cleaner free of charge with the purchase of the $10 part. It was the most difficult part on the cleaner to replace in my opinion. He completely disassembled the cleaner checking all the parts for proper function. It was quite obvious that he had 20+ years of experience. After replacing the broken part he gave me lots of advice while putting the cleaner back together. This repair would have taken me several hours and he completed it and I was ready to go within 45 minutes. As I was leaving, he also gave me a bottle that I could bring my water in for testing free of charge and told me he would educate me on the proper levels in the water. It is impossible for an online store to be able to provide this kind of service and it is invaluable to me as a new pool owner. I will now use this company for all of my pool needs.

Bought a new Hayward Tri-Star pump to replace old North Star> These guys were so helpful in answering questions to help me through my self install. New pump was very noisy and Staff at Glacier Pools replaced it with NO hassels>These guys are knowledgeable and great to work with.

Just visited for the first time today, we had an issue with our Cal Spa Tub. Jeremy was so knowledgeable and so very helpful. We will definitely be regular customers!!!!

Disappointed, we set appointment for pool service and they never came. I followed up and kept telling they would come but never did. I dont recommend them at all for pool service appointments!

After Hurricane Harvey I had a part break on my filter. Glacier like everyone else didnt have it in Stock. Jim came by after the store closed and help create a part so our pool could circulate. They are the greatest!! They always have the answers and are so nice. They go beyond expectations. 😁

We had a clogged skimmer for weeks and had no luck clearing it ourselves. Jim came out and fixed our pump in a matter of minutes, showed us how to prevent it in the future. These guys are awesome!

I have visited Glacier in The Woodlands twice now for pool supplies. I have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to assist with any problem you may have. I have found their prices to be as good if not better than the big box stores and comparable to on-line prices, They are now my go to store for all of my pool supplies and parts.

The employee was more worried about making sure my mask was properly on then helping me look for what I needed, rude inconsiderate child I can assure you I will never be back..Even though I put it on apparently it wasn’t good enough for him so we had to restate the fact oh I don’t think it’s on properly

If you are in need of a HONEST pool supply company than STOP searching and shop here. This place is definitely on the conservative side and will NOT sell you everything and anything that you really dont need. Jim and Brad are very knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to your needs. My wife and I moved into our house in 2017 with a pool that was already installed. My wife reached out several times to the owner of the pool company that built our pool for him to come out and educate us on the pool and its equipment. Needless, to say the owner is partial to the other well know pool supply company who rips people off and wouldnt even return our calls or texts. My wife took pictures of our pool and pool equipment up to Glacier Pool Supplies of Egret and Jim took the time out of his busy schedule and explained to her EVERYTHING. My wife went home and did the adjustments that Jim recommended and our pool looks the BEST it ever has since we moved in. This place is excellent they treat you like a real customer they know exactly what you want when you walk in there I need a pump I told him the pump and what it was for and they had one right there on the Shelf it was cheaper than another Pool supply place I will not name the name but you can figure out who it is really easy its the other one on the side of the highway they have a lot of different pool supplies in their toys stuff for the kids you know to make it look fun and interesting different lights that you can put in your pool and more floaties and you would know what to do with they treat you like the customer they test your water for free they keep running track of what your pool is and and what you have they give you suggestions to get your levels back to normal and but yeah theyre just the way they treat you they treat you right they really do

We recently purchased a new house that had a pool but we have no experience with pools so this could have been bad! We were referred to Glacier Pools by the previous owners and they have been lifesavers. From the first day I knew we had found our pool place. Craig met us and gave us his contact information in case we needed help. He learned my name within the first week with all the trips I made up there. Thank God he never got tired of all my questions! Ive never been to a place that seems so happy to help. Craig is so knowledgeable and has instructed me on countless occasions how to fix our problems. Hes been spot on each time too. He has also saved us tons of money by helping me troubleshoot issues myself. What an incredible teacher and person in general. Weve also been blessed to know Jim who even spoke to me at 10pm and 8am on a weekend to make sure things were ok. We will always return to Glacier Pools for any pool need we have thanks to amazing customer service and experience.

Glacier is not like those other pool supply stores. They are friendly and care about helping you get what you need. Craig Ownby is great. He offered some great suggestions on changing the grids for my filter. It saved me a lot of time and frustration. He also treated my 6 year old son with respect and listened to him talk away about who knows what.

I really cant think of any other place that treats their customers like family. Jim went above and beyond to help diagnose and fix our pool heater that was damaged by Harvey. I would recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are great. Jim went out of his way to help me and make sure I had the parts that I needed. When the parts I needed were not in the store he offered to get them from the warehouse and meet me after hours so I can have them the same day.

Craig is AWESOME. His number one concern is a satisfied customer and he does everything he can to get you out the door as inexpensivly as possible. I will never go anywhere else for my pool supplies and repairs.

Convenient pool supply store with helpful service staff and good parts selection. Prices are a bit higher but justified by convenience and help.

I called this company asking information about PB4-60 polaris booster pump. They are very unprepared to give information. The lady who I was talking about with, was very rude and impolite and refused to give information, alleging that only could give information with serial number. She did not allow I could complete my sentences and she interrupted me very often of rude way. I am very disappointed that have somebody so much unprepared to help a consumer. I expected that someone who works in a swimming pools store would be able to know what is a PB4-60 polaris booster pump.

When I called about a pump warranty issues i was given a range of different answers on why my warranty would not be honored. Ranging from I didnt get a full warranty because I paid a discounted price for the pump to they (Glacier) are given a different warranty from what the manufacturers brochure shows.Ill be taking my business back to Leslies or just ordering what I need on line.
