I ordered a part on Monday paid for 2 day shipping its Friday morning and my order status says its on hold. Im not able to get any customer service support over the phone or in emails. I will definitely never order from here or recommend it to anyone I know. If I could I would give them zero stars for service and customer support.

Its been a year and all I have recieved are excuses. Terrible company! Buyer beware! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I buy parts on a daily basis and never have a dealt with this from any other company. Im going to BBB with statements from other customers with similar complaints if you are interested in submitting your statement leave a response.

Absolutely terrible customer service!We have ordered multiple parts from them and I can tell you we will never order again after the service we just received.We paid $90 in expedited shipping last Monday. It is now a week later and we just received the part. I was told on Friday that they would cancel the part since we had not received it yet and we would get fully refunded for the expedited shipping and the part. We just called our credit card company and they only refunded us $50 for expedited shipping and the part came today. The representative knew we didnt need the part anymore because we had to drive an hour to another spa support store to buy it because their expedited shipping through Fedex is in fact not expedited at all. They also dont answer their phones so dont expect to get a call back in a timely manner especially since ive been calling for 5 hours straight with no answer or return call.

Called this place to find out if they had a particular part in stock & you cannot talk to a person. Emailed them to find out the information, and they send an automated response, that if you have already purchased a part, thank you for your purchase. Read the reviews and got steered clear of this place. Not receiving items for over a month, wrong parts. I do not do business with a company that has no desire to talk to their customers, if needed. Purchased from a more reputable place that was very helpful, $200 more but you get what you pay for.

Received my order a month in a half late and when installed everything worked except for my heat! I had email and did get a response right away and then Doug the technician reached out to me. H e had asked for photos and I sent them and he replied with need additional photo and then after that all I got was crickets. I have left numerous emails not just to Doug the tech but the original email that I had gotten a quick response from. I decided to fix what I paid over $500.00 and not work and pretty much missed the cold weather here in Florida to enjoy my Jacuzzi. I hope this review makes future buyers question what they are purchasing and to did a little deaper on finding another source for there product!

PSS are thieves. They charged my card but never shipped my jacuzzi control panel. They never return calls or emails. They lied to me repeatedly about when my part will be shipped. After a month I finally got a manager on the phone who refused to refund my money and then hung up on me. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company. Shop at your own peril!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a motor in November, turned out to be the wrong motor and i contacted them. I was given instructions to return, and I returned the motor. Weeks went past after the package was delivered and I still did not receive my refund. I called asking about my refund and I was told they were looking into it and I would get a phone call the next day. I never received a phone call back. I called multiple times and send multiple emails and I haven’t heard from them since. 5 months later and I am still fighting PayPal for my refund.

My order took two weeks to arrive, the pack I ordered was broken. No one answers the phone here or the manufacturer which was United Spa Controls. Finally, I received a call from the manufacturer and he ran through a diagnosis and thought it had a bad transformer and sent me one, the transformer was not the problem and it was the board that had a short. The manufacturer then said to deal with PSS but to hold onto the old pack until I received the replacement. The manufacturer was very professional but rarely will answer or return calls. After several more calls to PSS a technician called from PSS, he automatically assumed it was the breaker wiring that was the problem, I told him the manufacturer already said it was the board, instead the technician made me rediagnose the pack and pull apart my breaker panel to reconfirm it was the board, he became very rude once he had found out he was incorrect assuming it was the wiring instead of the pack. He then said he was sending a replacement. Next day, a representative said they would double charge my card on file if I didnt return the broken pack, I explained the manufacturer suggested I keep the old pack until the replacement was up and running. He then changed the agreement and said I have to return the broken pack first before they sent the replacement. After many more calls I talked to the supervisor which said I must return the broken pack first, then put me on the phone with the same rude technician which said they will not offer a replacement but refund only, also stated that some customers cant be dealt with. This company including all employees involved do not consider that this pack took longer than expected to arrive, the pack was broken, the time it took to install the pack, cutting parts from the spa to accommodate the pack, losing the water to uninstall the pack, calling many times, replacing the transformer, diagnosis twice, dealing with a rude technician, printing out their return label, and reboxing for the return. Naturally any customer would be upset. After sending back the broken pack, a week had passed and no one issued a refund to my card, called, or emailed an explanation. I then emailed the supervisor asking about my refund, he said the broken pack had to be checked in first. Another week had passed and I sent another email to the supervisor asking for my refund, he then claims the return box was damaged in shipping and attempts to blame me by sending several pictures of nothing. I told him it was their return label and if they did or did not insure the return was not my problem. The supervisor then says the return must be approved for the return. Another week goes by without no explanation. I sent another email to the supervisor asking for the refund. He said to be patient and he would get back by the end of the week. Naturally after waiting 3 weeks for a return on my card the constant communications and excuses were unacceptable. Finally, I received a refund on my card. If you plan to purchase a spa pack find a different source, unless you want to wait for your order, receive a broken pack, call many times, get disrespected by technicians and staff to diagnosis, repair, install, and uninstall, spend time and money dealing with them, deal with excuses that change daily, and wait 3 weeks for a refund. It would be a disaster to deal with this company if there was a future warranty issue. Worst part is the unaccountability and irresponsible of PSS to consider the time and money wasted dealing with their incompetence.

Extremely poor customer service and probably a scam.I order a part during the weekend and received two e-mails. One was a confirmation, the other said that the part was still in my cart. Monday morning I called to find out the status and left a e-mail and voice message. I had not received any response Tuesday morning so I called again and left a VM. By Tuesday I could see I was charged, but still no status. I then sent a e-mail stating I would contact PayPal for a chargeback if I did not get a response. Amazingly, the company responded at once to that one and refunded the amount without me askingSo I have two issues. One the company ignored my inquiries about my order for two days until I threatened a charge back. The fact they saw that final e-mail at once tells me they just dont care about returning calls/e-mailsThe second is only conjecture on my part. I suspect they are already in trouble with PayPal. That is why my threat was taken so serious as if I would of gone through with it, it may of jeopardized their merchant account.Bottom line, dodged a bullet ordering from this company. At least they did not rob me.

Needed a part fast, because I was having my pool resurfaced and once it filled up needed to get my filtration system running again. Paid $10.75 for three day shipping which would have gotten it here in plenty of time. That was in March 20th. I called them on Tuesday the 23rd. And the guy tells me “it shipped out today”. 10 minutes later I get a notification that a label has been created to ship it but it hasn’t been received at the post office yet. By this time even with three day it might get here in the Nick of time but I noticed that the tracking information showed standard FC instead of the 3 day priority I paid for. I emailed them again and they apologized and refunded the extra $10.75. It’s now April 4th, over two weeks since I ordered the part and it’s still not here. It’s coming, they did ship it, but to get my pool going I finally found the part in another town and had to drive 2 hours to buy it. So two weeks later I’m about to receive a part I don’t even need anymore.

Buyer from Canada. Do not order from this company. They are crooks. They will charge you before delivery, not deliver and not answer their phone or respond to voicemails. I had to go through the BBB (better business bureau) to try and get my money back. They finally responded to me after hearing from the BBB. They say it has been refunded. I have not seen any money back on my credit card yet. They are scammers. And if theyre not then theyre just a terribly run company. Buyer beware!

This is the place to buy new parts for your Jacuzzi, for about 75% off the price gouge from Jaccuzi. Also, they offer instructions for assembly and for converstion to the new type parts without getting into removing plumbing, instead simply exchanging the inner valve part. So far, I have not contacted the store people personally, so I cant attest to that. See photos of my broken control knobs. Also had old air controls, which had broken knob posts, so I removed the inner old valves. I then removed the new inner valves from new control, then switched them to the old control, and replaced the old knobs with the new knobs.

Can not get these guys on the phone! I was looking for a topside control pad and had a few questions before I will purchase. 3 days left messages and no returned calls. I sure am glad that I am not one of the customers waiting on their order to ship because if you cant even get in contact with a person pertaining to a product to purchase you probably will never see your online purchase arrive. Had to give 1 star to rate but they deserve 0 stars.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH POOL SPA SUPPLIES…! I ordered a heater assembly for my Dimension one spa and received it on July 14, 2020. The description of the part stated it came with a flow switch. When I opened the box upon receipt I discovered there was no flow switch in the box. Because the connection between my original flow switch and the new heater was different I could not use my original switch. I called Pool Spa Supplies on the phone and never reached a human so I had to leave a message and I also emailed them several times and they have yet to contact me to help resolve this issue. I finally had to resort to shopping elsewhere to locate and purchase the compatible flow switch to make this work. I am very disappointed with Pool Spa Supplies and will never, ever do business with this company again and will do everything in my power to ensure no one else does business with them either. Consider yourself forewarned!

These frauds need to be shutdown for stealing peoples money. I placed an order through their website and then followed up with them about the order with NO RESPONSE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!!! Its been 3 days now with NUMEROUS phone calls and emails with NO RESPONSE from them. I told them to just refund my money and Ill go elsewhere, but theyve yet to respond. The Better Business Bureau is now involved because they are NOT supposed to be using an A+ BBB Rating logo on their website since they are NOT A+ Rated! Further actions will be taken if they do not simply refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a new hot tub heater coil at 8AM on a Wednesday and paid $25 extra for 2 day shipping so that it would be here by my wife’s birthday on Saturday. I hadn’t heard anything from them by Thursday at 10AM so I sent a polite message asking if they had a chance to ship yet, and if I could get tracking info whenever they did ship it. I got a short message back Thursday at noon implying that it would be ridiculous for them to have already shipped it since I had only ordered it yesterday. They said they would ship by the end of the day Thursday and I would receive tracking into. I hadn’t heard anything from them by Friday morning, so I sent another message telling them if it hadn’t been shipped yet, to go ahead and cancel my order and send me a refund rather than ship out the item. It’s now Saturday and I still haven’t heard back from them. Terrible customer service. Slow shipping. No communication. I’d look elsewhere.

Doug in PSS support made my day and weekend. Purchased a Waterway CalSpa Dually conversion kit from PSS. It arrived on-time and well packaged. All parts were included and in great condition. I was having a bad week and just hoped to get the SPA back up and running for the family to relax. Everything installed great but I had an electrical issue with the motor. Doug helped me diagnose my problem and resolve it over the phone. Two thumbs up! Doug was kind, knowledgeable, and highly responsive throughout. PSS made a customer for life. Thanks a million Doug.

No response back from anyone. Several emails, several phone messages.They have my returned part as well as the money i have paid. I would like to exchange the part but they will not return any correspondence. I am very, very disappointed. I packaged up the product as requested with RMA numbers. I have tracking numbers that i have sent them and the package was delivered to the a month ago. NO RESPONSE! I do not like to send reviews, especially bad ones however this is madness. Time to call the BBB! I could not send this without choosing a rating star. This is the only reason they gat 1 star. Just answer the GD phone!!!!!

I have had terrible customer service with this company. Ordered a circulation pump. They charged my credit card and emailed me with a question. I emailed back and never heard from them. I have left 5 messages in the last two weeks as they never answer the phone and emailed them four times. No response. How hard is it just to respond to an email.

Not at all happy with their service. Ordered over a weekend, shows shipped on Monday but USPS has NO record of receiving the package. Paid for USPS Priority Mail but PSS cant seem to get the package into the Postal system. After three days tracking still shows Label Printed - awaiting package on the USPS site. Emailed the company and after 24 hours no response. I will likely receive the package some day but wont be ordering again from them because of their slow handling of the package and their non-response to email inquiries. Will ask for refund of priority mail charge or dispute with credit card company.

Crooks - they refused to refund their mistake and stole $20 from me!They advertised selling a part I needed, they sent another supposedly drop-in replacement which didnt fit. I provided evidence in pictures and they accepted that OK. It then took me multiple calls over 3 months to get a refund, which initially resulted in a 57% refund, I then called again and complained and they increased to 78%, and still refused to refund the shipping or a portion of the items.THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG PART AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!?They wont be getting my business again, thats for sure!

Took over 7 days to get an order I paid for 2-day priority shipping. I called to ask for a possible refund for the extra shipping and the man who was supposedly customer service manager was totally rude and un apologetic. I found the exact pump I needed to replace mine. I ordered it form Pool and spa Supply because they had claimed to have the exact Brand and part number. I did not want to rig up another pump with the same specs, so I paid a little more for the exact part. They sent me another brand and the wrong size outlet. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Ariana Helped me and she was great. They sent me a return label and I had a pump the next day.THE WRONG BRAND !! I have to make a bracket and rig it anyway!!My neighbor owns a pool supply company and would give me the parts at cost, but he does not deal with Laing. I should have went to him.I was very specific and they screwed up twice !Good LuckVic

I ordered a spa controller-heater. The item was delivered as promised, but was defect on arrival. Tech support by phone was available. He concluded that the circuit board was defect. Would I please return it. However I had to pay first for the replacement board to be send. The full refund would follow.So I pay for the replacement board. This was send immediately and the unit worked as expected. I send the defect board back. No refund was given because, suddenly, they changed their opinion and claimed that the defect was caused by me.Buying seems to work well with this company, but do not count on service: no warranty for the stuff they sell.

Terrible service. Ordered a part that online was in stock. The call the next day saying it wasnt but can get it from the manufacturer in 5 days. Asked if its still ok to send and they would give me half off my 2 day shipping. Well its over a week later and just got the tracking. They shipped it ground, another week to wait, not 2 day and still havent seen my refund from the shipping. My advice, look far parts elsewhere.

This company (so-called) is a joke. Left 5 messages over the course of three weeks- no return. On the 6th attempt- After verifying my order- they shipped me the wrong pump (230V) and wont take it back. Buyer beware- I wouldnt send my worst enemy to SPA Supplies LLC

These guys are completely unable to do anything right. I paid for 2 day delivery and they only sent me part of my order. Then, they promised the rest of my order would be sent 2 day delivery as well but it never showed up. Customer service seems to be forever having phone problems and they are rude and pissy most of the time. Find someone else, these guys are CLOWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
