My husband and I shopped at Spas Unlimited on FM 1960. David Lessing, the general manager waited on us. He showed us several swim spas and some hot tubs. We decided on one of the hot tubs. David was very patient with us as we were trying to get a prescription from our chiropractor. He was not pushy at all, and gave us some suggestions. He is very knowledgeable in the mechanics of these items.When we settled on this one, the delivery crew came to deliver and set it up. Benny and the other 2 men that were with him set it up in just a short time. These men were courteous, professional and friendly. Benny explained a few things about the hot tub, then they cleaned up everything, and left.The overall experience with Spas Unlimited and the employees was great.We love our hot tub.

We have just installed our 2nd hot tub from Gene Fullerton and his team. In both cases the deal was fair and they have gone the extra mile to assure everything went splendidly. The install team is very professional and talented. I recommend Spas Unlimited with the highest rating possible.

We decided to take a look at the selection of hot tubs in-stock at Spas Unlimited. We took the whole family on a Saturday - and Gene took excellent care of us! He went over all our needs (I have some physical issues) and recommended a perfect spa for our family! Although there were several other customers in the store that day, Gene took time with each of us and also gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The sale was easy - and financing was available which Gene was able to do over the phone (no going to a bank!) Our installation was set for the following Friday; the delivery guys were so helpful and friendly. They arrived at the exact time they scheduled, and were courteous and professional. We had the electrician get everything set-up in no time! The spa is absolutely perfect for us. Just the right size - not too small and definitely not too big for our space and for our family. We appreciated the hot tub stairs/steps and cover being INCLUDED! GREAT PRICE AND A GREAT SPA! 5 STARS!

About a year ago I purchased a spa from David Lessing and then 10 months later when the spa was still under warranty, a major water event in my back yard flooded the area where the spa was set up. Needless to say I had been advised by the Spas Unlimited delivery man that elevating my spa was not necessary. Needless to say, he should have advised me to raise the area because even this minor water event got the motor and circuit board wet. My lovely spa stopped working. I called Spas Unlimited to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs, alas, the warranty did not cover water damage. Again the team at Spas Unlimited provided a solution. Brett, the most amazing and courteous maintenance repair person fixed my spa. It was tough to get him scheduled as he was booked for at least a month. We set up a time, his soonest appointment and he arrived on time. He worked tirelessly and I was so grateful that he brought the parts he thought he might need along so he didnt have to return to install the new motor and circuit board. All in all, the repair job has proven stellar and Brett was a prince of a person in all respects!

Some of the friendly guys lve every worked with they made sure we had good understanding of how to operate our new spa.We hit a snag on Electrical hook up day as the circuit board was bad. I reached out to David (owner) on Sunday and he actually replied and told me he would have Brett come out tomorrow and get us up and running.Brett showed up and he was a polite and efficient man. We went in to purchase our hot tub towards the end of June and had a very good experience they weren’t pushy and let us browse around alone first and said to let them know when we had questions. We were told it would be a 4-6 week wait for delivery due to the pandemic but also could be sooner and I’m happy to say it was within the window at 5 weeks. Everyone there was very helpful with questions and delivery guys were very nice and did a great job my husband even helped them out getting it on the deck where I wanted it placed. I would highly recommend doing business with this company and we are very happy with our purchase of our windward spa.

Lots of inventory to choose.Installation & Set Up is interesting, they drop off the hot tub then if you need any help you can call them and they will walk you through the set up process. For the price paid, one would think a little more would be delivered.Service: HORRIBLE! Once the sale is complete, they will nickle and dime you for everything. I paid for a service call, the service guy came out and basically did nothing. He was to replace on head but never did the paperwork. I had to go in three times and it was a different story every time and zero solution. I had to pursue them and I am the customer who PAID. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. I am so disgusted that Spas Unlimited never made an attempt to correct the issue.

The only unpleastness is having to go thru so much BS just to leave a good review for a small business. They came out (Brett Lewis technician) to repair an older model dynasty series hot tub that is on property we just moved into. He did a great job, got a pump replaced and went over how to find maintenance videos on their website. Reasonably priced for the quality of equipment and service. Would highly recommend.

Very positive experience with both sales and delivery. I did not feel pressure to purchase something outside of my budget. Delivery and set up exceeded my expectations. I give Spas Unlimited 5 stars, but the manufacturer only 3.5. I purchased a Viking Legend 2. Pros: Kids love the multi-colored LEDs, seems well insulated and made in USA. Cons: Was disappointed in the design and quality control of the water fall feature. There are 2 jets that are supposed to direct water down the center of the water feature, but one jet is severely angled to the side causing water to go all over the place and splash your face. Sounds like a small thing, but clearly limited quality control at the factory. There is no way anyone tested this prior to shipping to distributor. The control panel is only lit in the center making it very difficult to see the surrounding buttons at night (I did not have this issue with my prior Balboa control panel). The area that is designed to lay back is a below average design. My prior spa had a nice slope that allowed your legs to naturally bend and keep your center of balance. This design is more like lying back almost flat, which causes your legs to float. If I had to purchase again, I would have done more research and spent a little more to get a better designed product like I had previously. Would gladly buy from Spas Unlimited again. My fault for not researching further and trying to get something on the lower end of the budget.

I recently moved into a new home and was looking for local company to help with my spa pump. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They even had the needed nails for the side panels that were missing from my move. Over the past 3 years, I have been glad to reach out to them when needed. Neil is very helpful and is quick to schedule visits for repairs. Call early in the day as Neil picks up his tickets early before he heads out. I highly recommend them for spa repair! David is great too!

In early December 2018, I purchased a new Catalina hot tub. It was finally delivered in late January 2019. By October the stereo had quit working. In December, well before my 1 year warranty expired, I contacted Spas Unlimited (SU) and they planned to send someone out to fix it. In late January the technician, Brett, came to look at it and confirmed the stereo did not work and told me they would need to order one and charged me $95 for a service call. fee for him coming out. A few days later Brett requested a picture of the stereo so they could get the correct one. I did not hear from him again – but with Covid, I kind of understood. Checked in with Laura in early August at least 3 times and she indicated they dropped the ball, but would get ahold of Catalina and get one coming. That was last I heard from them and it’s late September (time to start using the hot tub again). I ordered a name brand replacement (not a generic one like was in there) and will install it myself. Other than splicing in a new pigtail for the different electrical plug, this is a 30 minute job I should have done myself from the onset. My new Clarion was $180. I could have nearly paid for the new stereo and saved myself all the head aches of dealing with these people with the $102 (95 + tax) I paid for a service call that yielded nothing.I previously had a 2004 Catalina that lasted 14 years and it was wonderful. This one is a nice tub but only has 2 pumps instead of 3, and 1 runs all the time. SU included a cover with the hot tub, but it is a generic one 2” thick that really does not fit the tub. The cover for my previous tub was “fitted” from Catalina and 4” thick.Be aware of what you’re buying and don’t expect any service from these folks. I will buy my next one elsewhere.

Ive been going to this store for years for all my spa products and chemicals. Their staff is very professional, and knowledgeable. They also have great prices. I just used their service guys for the first time and they were great as well. They came out within a couple of days of setting up the appointment (at the designated time) and were prepared with the part my spa needed. They had me up and running again within an hour. Ive been a customer of Spas Unlimited for a number of years, bought a swim spa, had it installed by Spas Unlimited, and have had a few minor problems and Spas Unlimited has taken care of me. I buy my supplies there on a regular basis and enjoy walking in and being known there.

Been doing business with Spas unlimited for several years now and highly recommend using them for all your spa needs. Great people and great vibes everytime I walk in the door.

The experience at the store was flawless and Gene was fantastic to deal with. Delivery was smooth. The only disappointing part was the electrician who isn’t part of the store. We were advised the cost we would be around $595 for the 240v hook up but ended up getting taken for a ride for $875 which was disappointing as it appears the GFCI box may not meet code for distance from the spa and the electricity run was a short one as our breaker was in the garage and the spa was right behind it. Again electrician is not part of store but was their recommendation. Just to note it turns out $595 includes 20ft of cable run, the remainder is charged at $8/Ft!. I run Cable in oilwells that are cheaper.

I give this company ZERO stars for their so-called customer service. All they are worried about is collecting the service fee and to hell with whether or not the product is repaired or not!!! So-called Customer Service manager just wants to argue with the customer and tell them they dont understand how customer service works. I understand enough to know that when I call out a company and pay them for repairs to my hot tub, that I expect it to work longer than 10 minutes!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Andy was very helpful over the phone, and the order came in exactly when they said it would. I was very happy with the quality of the new spa cover and the service. When you have a business working to help you with your needs and they are friendly as well, then you stick with them. I will be calling on Spas Unlimited again when the need arises.

I purchased my Spa from Spas Unlimited almost 4 years ago. The customer service i received before during and after the purchase was good to excellent. But, what has been too notch is the repair service i have received. Having said that, i wish i had no need of repair services as an $8,000.00 puchase should be free of service needs for quite sometime. But, i guess things do happen. The repair guy at Spas unlimited has been too notch and i hope that service remains that way because i am bound to have to call again at some point in the future. For the most part, my Dynasty Spa has been great but a few problems have occurred.

I called for service on January 7th. I was told that someone would call me back the following day. Today is January 16th and I have yet to receive a call back. Luckily I found another company to address my needs and wasnt charged the $95 service call fee that Spas Unlimited was going to tack onto my bill.
