Excellent knowledge and showroom. Have not bought yet and was impressed by Randy the salesman. Do call ahead to make sure you will be able to see the showroom due the need to have one customer at a time for social distancing.

Olympic has done an excellent job for us over the many years they have been taking care of our pool. They are responsive, competent and socially intelligent as to communicating issues and how to resolve. I have also found their pricing to be reasonable as well. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional to help manage the year-long effort of pool care!

Where do I start.... I have been a customer i think for over 15 years and have bought 2 spas from them. Whenever I have an issue they are quick and resolve it . Well I waited 4.5 months to get my special order hot tub (thanks to covid 19) and it was worth the wait!!! I was fine for the first 3 months but the past 1.5 months, I was getting a little stir crazy and calling Randy once a week. He was great. Called the factory to get updates, took my calls or returned them and was always polite and courteous! The hot tub was installed yesterday and I used it immediately! It was worth the wait and the delivery team and Jason the spa technician were great! Randy is still helping me get familiar with my hot tub and I really appreciate his time and patience! Glad I used Olympic Pools and Spas!

I was in the worst spot! I was in the process of buying a used hot tub from another place. I waited patiently for 6 months for it to work! Promise after promise, issue after issue, until I gave up! I called Olympic defeated and tired. Tony was the only person who actually came out to inspect our problem before providing a quote and I appreciated that.I can’t say they were the cheapest quote I received, but the price was certainly fair.The (2 man) crew that came to repair a broken pipe for our waterfall within our stone wall was excellent . The attention to detail was appreciated because they could have easily been careless and broken some of our travertine tile which would have been pricey to replace. They made sure everything was level and put back together. You could tell they were skilled craftsmen and took pride in their work.Our job was relatively small compared to a lot of larger more profitable jobs and as such we had to be flexible with when Olympic could squeeze us in, but we understood that (and can appreciate that from a business perspective) and our repair was not an emergency so we were ok to wait. Even with that said, we only waited 8 weeks and part of that was because we were not available one of the times they were.I would use Olympic again and based on our experience I would recommend them to others.

We just had our hot tub installed and I can not rave enough about Olympic Pools and Spa. Randy showed us all of features of the spas and was super helpful in picking the model we wanted. They were there every step of the way to make sure our spa was installed perfectly. The installation crew answered all of our questions and we are now confident with the upkeep. Mr. Snelling is a true leader that demands a lot from his crew to provide one of the absolute best pool professional services to his customers. As a man his integrity, leadership and work ethic is second to none. The fact that a competitor would take the time to write this review is all you need to know about this company. Our industry sadly is getting destroyed by independent contractors with limited experience effecting all of our credibility and making our job that much more difficult. The large operations are hiring people willing to work for “close to nothing “ and marking up cheap inferior product lines to the same price and even higher in some cases than the premier Pentair and Jandy lines. David Castle I’ve always said should be working at NASA. I’m an APSP Tech 11, CPB1, TDLR licensed journeyman that has fixed thousands of problem pools in the Houston area for over 16 years now. But as a pool technician we have to be an engineer, plumber, electrician, chemist and mechanic all rolled into one. I still see something at least once per week that I haven’t seen before. David Castle is who the experts call when we encounter a” head scratcher “ with the more advanced chemical feeder, control systems,etc especially on the commercial side. We have used this company for years. Their service is EXCELLENT. We have also been a repeat buyer from them based on the selection of spas they have and their customer service. Their techs are very knowledgeable and polite. If we are not there when they come out to service the spa, Jason always leaves me a note telling me what he did. These people are honest and competent. They always try to save you money and wont over sell the job.

Olympic Pools chipped out our old and disintegrating plaster and put all Stonescape plaster in. Our old pool looks brand new again! Everyone that worked on it was super friendly. The crews worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves where you’d never know they were here. We’re so happy with our pool and Olympic Pools!

Best pool service Ive ever used in the 20+ years I have been an Estate Manager and Property Manager. The are friendly, punctual and do a very thorough job of maintaining our pool and spa!!

We are a client of Olympic Pools and Spas and have been for the last 6 years. They provide our weekly service in addition to any and all service/repairs needed for our pool and spa. In the six years we have only had 3 different guys provide the weekly service. Randall was the 2nd person assigned to our account and he was and is a perfectionist like I am, when he was promoted we were very happy for him and very sad for us. Jose has been providing our weekly service since and he has been wonderful as well. Randall is our acct. Manager and if I ever have any concerns he continues to be responsive and always addresses whatever my concern is. We have used 4 other companies prior to finding Olympic. I have had a pool in my back yard for the last 23 years and started utilizing weekly service approximately 11 years ago. Olympic has been the best of the companies we have employed.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Olympic Pools & Spas! I called them after Harvey; our home was flooded and we had decided to tear it down and build a new house on our lot. Since we had to kill the power to tear down the house and there was a significant lag time before the new house was constructed and power was restored, we could have lost the pool (we had resurfaced and restored the pool BEFORE Harvey- so we would have suffered even further loss). The pool service we had previously used did not work with us to keep the pool from completely deteriorating, so I started calling other companies to see who could help us. The people at Olympic were wonderful , they came out and and regularly treated the pool during the whole process and managed to keep it looking great during the entire process. Even the builders commented that they had never seen a pool so well maintained during the rebuilding process. I am very, very impressed with this company.

I called inquiring a spa for my home and spoke with Ms. Lindsey. She was VERY helpful and answered all my questions! She definitely has me arranging the budget to put the idea in motion! If only every business had professionals like yall do!

All too often people complain when things go wrong, my philosophy is that we should similarly recognize and reward good service.Had a tough time getting my spa serviced just before the Thanksgiving holiday and somehow stumbled upon Olympic. They were timely in arriving and performed initial repairs on an old gas heater and did get it functioning. Unfortunately it subsequently quit again due to general wear and tear. The service man came out a second time, at no charge, and worked diligently to definitively diagnose the issue. I was out of town so my wife took notes to share with me at a later point. To my surprise, Olympic also took the time to follow up and provide the diagnosis and detailed part information by email. They were fair, reasonable and super to work with.Regards,Gary

Let me start by stating that this company is the best pool service company we have ever had taking care of our pools. We own two pools, one is complicated and the other is very small and simple. They take care of both of these pools in the Memorial and Spring Branch areas of Houston.My idea of a wonderful vendor relationship is the vendor that you never have to call due to an issue from them/ their staff. This is that company...they do a fantastic job.I have had them install a new light fixture, run new electricity and install a chlorinator at our smaller pool in Spring Branch. FANTASTIC - job done on time and done right.At our Memorial pool they installed an iAqualink motherboard to our existing equipment. I had already researched the price of the part and acquired a quote from another pool vendor that works in the area. I went with Olympic Pools as their price was very reasonable for the install and part price.Their employees, especially lead pool tech, are all so respectful and professional and the ladies in the office are wonderful too. Especially Rhiana who has been my primary contact. I even think I have been able to get a hold of them on Saturdays although I do not know if that is a regular business day for the company.Absolutely, hands down, without a doubt, the best pool company we have worked with in the Houston area.
