Marty in Houston is an amazing guy. He will help you out any way he can. Affordable tubs not found anywhere else and just a great place to go for friendly and helpful service. Even after I got my tub Marty excepted my calls and help in every possible way. They have my business from here on. Not a better place to shop in any industry.

Marty was wonderful during the purchase process. As you might imagine, the current supply chain woes delayed our hot tub delivery as is currently common in that industry. We were kept abreast as we waited for delivery. Once on its way, Marty called and informed us. Delivery was a snap, and the product fully meets our expectations. This is the 3rd hot tub we have owned (having moved many times) and I must say, the unit performs just as well as other hot hubs we have owned. The best part, this hot tub was thousands less than the bigger name brands such as Hot Springs and Cal Spas. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

After repeated phone messages to the rep, calls to corporate I was unable to get any call backs or updates on my purchase after 5 1/2 months. Although the process from purchase to install was three months (pandemic, factory, shipping), it gave me time to build an area for the spa in my backyard. My wife loves it. I adore Marti!! So of course the pandemic has made everything difficult across all industries. We are still getting it installed but bc Im so busy and totally ill informed on all things hot tub. He has provided referrals to help me figure out how to use it and set up the water chemistry. Update!!! Marty called me right away and is helping us take care of the problem!! Thats amazing support right there!Not sure how i feel at this point.... Weve had our hot tub 7 months and its now started tripping the breaker. Apparently u pay $5000 for something and expect it to work. warranty only covers 90 days or a year for parts. So my husband has to figure it out and fix it, they only cover parts... Whats going to happen after a year? Mistake on my part for not doing research for a better company with a better warranty.

I purchased my new hot tub from Marty and couldn’t be happier. Marty followed up from start to finish after the new tub was installed. After installation I noticed the filter lid was cracked so I notified Marty and he submitted paperwork for it to be replaced. Good old fashioned customer service. Everyone else was over 6 months for delivery. Aqua living had the tub we wanted arriving the next day. Went and checked it out and it was in our backyard 2 days later! Only issues was there was no drain on the outside of the cabinet which was fixed the same day. Great product for the price

After an extra long delay (thanks CV) our spa was finally delivered, and it was worth the wait. We both LOVE this swim spa! My husband and I now enjoy exercising and/or just relaxing together in our backyard paradise after work. It is a treat we look forward to every day! And we are also having fun entertaining our family and friends and welcome the cool repose after completing our weekend projects. Marty at Aqua Living has been wonderful about answering the many questions we had, getting us a service contact with the manufacturer and following up to see that we are happy with our purchase. We strongly suggest that you do NOT go to a pool supply for extra chemicals - just do what Marty tells you to do to treat your water and it will save you a LOT of money, time and headaches. And on delivery day: we were so excited that we forgot to get the exercise equipment from the delivery team and had to wait a few days until they shipped it to us. Otherwise, the only thing that could have made it better was for it to have been delivered sooner. Then again, maybe not. As I said - it was well worth the wait!

Purchased a Catalina Hampton spa. Started leaking within first 2 months. Customer service with warranty was very poor.UPDATE - Marty responded immediately when he realized we were not getting service through the corporate/warranty phone numbers. He arranged service to be done quickly and apologized for the delay from the corporate office. The hot tub leak was fixed, and I appreciate his help and concern for taking care of his customers. I will make sure to call him for any problems in the future.

If youre in the Houston area and want a spa call Aqua Living. We are first time spa owners and couldnt be happier. We got exactly what we wanted for a very fair price. No one tried to upsell us into more spa than we needed.The service has been fantastic. We had one small minor issue when the spa was delivered and they took care of it immediately & did all the leg work to get a service contractor out here. Any questions Ive had have received an immediate response from Marty. Once ordered, we did have to wait about 10 weeks for the spa to arrive, but it was so worth the wait.

Marty who is the regional rep for Aqua Living is the man you want to talk to. Most polite, professional and apologetic person ever. We purchased a Dr. Wellness X-5 Spa in August and received it in November 2020. The tub arrived on time and was installed by very experienced technicians. We love the tubs power and quality. The technicians inspected the tub did a great job.

Martin was very knowledgeable about the products. He did everything he could to get us into the right spa. When we got it home and it would not start. Martin drove 2 hours each way to check the spa and coordinate with tec support. I dont know very many salesman that would go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. If you are looking for a spa this is the best brand and Martin is the sales person. No one better. When we upgrade Martin is the only person we will buy from.

My boyfriend and I had gone to another branch in our area back in June and ordered a hot tub. Unfortunately our experience there was... not great. After many months of waiting and very little communication from our sales rep we were on the verge of canceling our order despite being approved for a line of credit. As a last ditch effort I decided to contact another branch, and Im so incredibly glad I did. Marty at Aqua Living Houston absolutely saved the sale. After calling him with very little information to give (as were were completely uninformed for months) he immediately looked into the situation, found where the problem was and fixed it. He took what little we had and turned our terrible situation into an enjoyable experience from that point on. And, not to mention the fact that he was doing it basically on his own time, as our original purchase was through a different branch. He kept us informed, called us on a regular basis with updates and went well out of his way to make sure we regained our confidence in our purchase. I absolutely would, and will, refer anyone looking for a great hot tub to Marty. He clearly takes great pride in his job and the company itself... which is exactly what you want in a salesperson when shopping for such a large purchase. We received our hot tub a few weeks ago, just before our anniversary. It did take a while to get it delivered from the time we ordered due to the COVID crisis. However, Marty was always available to take my call asking about the status of the shipment. Great price, very nice people to deal with. Both made it easier to have to wait longer than anticipated.

Although we had a problem with the delivery date, Marty did all he could to get the spa delivered and he and his son Jon were on sight at delivery. Don’t waste your time nor money! All the great reviews were about Richard and he no longer works there. After reading all the positive reviews, I called Aqua Living to see if their posted hours were valid.I spoke to Marty who said yes and that they were running a big sale right now.My wife and I went there expecting the same great service in the reviews.Boy were we in for a shock!Nothing could be further from the truth!We met with Marty, who said he was either the Regional or District Manager and who has been with the company for over twenty years and he quickly passed us off to his son (who was a young man) who immediately tried to show us the most expensive Hot Tub they had.When we asked for a model posted on-line for less than half the cost, they didnt have one to show us except online.Marty, who was short with us, said that sale price ended today.After sitting down with the son, we asked some questions that he he didnt know the answers to.Marty was nearby at the computer and had some ear buds in.He had his back to us and we never knew if he was talking to us or whoever was on the other end of the ear buds.When my wife asked him if he was talking to us or his computer, he spun around in his chair said I am facing you and talking to you.Then, he stood up and rudely said he would no longer talk to her and walked away.We both decided that if we are being treated so rudely before we purchased, we could only imagine how rude he would be after our purchase, especially if we had any problems.When my wife said we were leaving after being treated so rudely, the son yelled “”You will not find a better deal or a better price anywhere in town”.Having been in sales myself for several years I always treated people the way I wanted and expected to be treated. The customer was almost always right.I do not know who posted the previous good reviews but I can guarantee I will never work with this company.In fact, I felt like I was at a Time Share presentation where it was high pressure sales and if you did not buy, you felt you were stupid.

It has been an exceptional experience from purchase, financing, delivery, and the actual spa w/accessories.Shout out to Richard Moody who was incredibly helpful, professional, & answered any questions I had about the spa (and, I had a lot of questions). If you are at all apprehensive about the wholesale situation like I was; know you are getting a top notch product. Even our electrician (a personal friend) said the components were “Cadillac quality” during install.I’d recommend If you are trying to save money, skip the spa chemical set. It was not the best quality. Leslie pools has a much better chemical set.The insulated spa cover came in with a 6” rip in the seam at delivery. Richard, promised a replacement In a couple weeks. We purchased our PP41 hot tub in late May. It has been a wonderful experience. I was initially concerned about the delivery and set up, but that went great as well (get the backyard delivery when you order). I have absolutely no complaints about the purchase, delivery or the hot tub itself. Richard was a pleasure to work with and really helped make the process smooth. We are in our hot tub almost every night and it is wonderful. You just need to check chemicals often if you are in as much as we are. It is very easy to maintain.

We purchase a new G series hot tub and very happy with the whole experience.It is now three months later and very happy that I went with the tranquility series. I get real bad knots in my back and using the hot tub has help tremendously. I sit in it for about 20 minutes and it relaxes my back muscles; the knots don’t build up.Richard is great; he helps via text pretty much any time.

I just received my hot tub for summer staycation!! I live in Houston and ordered a Hudson Bay 29 hot tub from the local Aqua Living dealer, Marty Hirth. I called and he was very helpful to get my order over the phone and walked me through the process and lead time. He also sent me a status of my order and a bulletin to explain potential delays due to Covid. It took 7 weeks to get the hot tub from the date I ordered. I can understand a couple of weeks delay given the circumstances. Marty seems like a great guy and he was very attentive every time I called him to ch. I recommend ordering from local dealer rather than websites. Price was even better than online shops.

We bought our hot tub about 11 months ago. Richard was our sales person. Richard shared shared an abundance of knowledgeable and accurate information about the quality and easy maintenance of our hot tub.We have not had any trouble at all with our hot tub! Prior to my hot tub being delivered any question I had concerning the hot tub or concerning delivery Richard was always very prompt in answering my questions. Anytime I have questions concerning the the chemical balance I call - they answer and help right away. Their company truly gives the best customer service of any company I’ve interacted with.I have chronic back pain and the hot tub has made my life so much more bearable and enjoyable. It’s so awesome feeling the soothing jets from my neck all the way to the bottom of my feet.Thank you for making such a beautiful, durable, well-built (in the USA) hot tub!!!

NEVER ! do business in this place.We did our first deposit back in may.Delivery time Mr. Martin said from 2 to 3 weeks. it is on the agreement signed.We finance part of the Hot Tub with LPI Finance.We never received the Hot Tub and Mr Martin several times told me is on the way, it is on the delivery shipment, o no, It will come soon.Bad news they have not build it yet.., He send a fake tracking number.On July we had or first Finance payment debited from my bank account.for a product never received.I called Mr Martin and canceled the transaction. He gets mad at me and said Refund will take 5 to 7 business days, then I dont do refund, call corporate., Im done with you, he probably forgot I was the customer.Still with no product, no money and a payment done from the finance , no one answer in the Aqualiving Corporate.This is a SCAM. We will keep fighting for our money back.

I was skeptical on the quality of the hot tubs prior to purchasing due to the very low price compared with retail stores. I have had the X3 hot tub now for 1.5 years and have had no problems at all. It has been a great hot tub, especially for the money. Additionally, Richard was easy to deal with and made the buying process painless. He has also kept a high level of service after the purchase, being quick to respond when replacement filters were needed and following up just to see how things were going.

I absolutely love my hot tub! Superb quality and water gets hot. The jets are powerful. Very well made!! I added upgrades like the cool LED lights which have multiple colors which makes for an amazing experience and the kids love it!! I enjoy it almost daily!!

In 2016, I invested in a X-12 hot tub from Aqua Living, the spa worked wonderfully, but the new family hangout needed more seating capacity. So, I called Richard again and told him of my problem and with his help I was able to get a second new custom upgrade G-15 Hot tub with all the bells and whistles. Received my new hot tub in January 2018, life doesn’t get any better than this, love the spa, the quality of the craftsmanship and most importantly the price. Money well spent. Thanks Richard.

My husband and I searched for months to find the right hot tub for our budget. We came across Hot Tubs Houston, called and Richard immediately set up and apointment to meet with us in his show room. He was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and we found a hot tub in our price range. Our hot tub was shipped with no problems very quickly, we set it up and have had no issues with it at all! We are very happy with our purchase and use it still almost daily. If we ever decide to upgrade to a fancier one we will definitely return for business.

Called in my order after visiting the showroom. Their prices are substantially cheaper than other places we had looked. Quality seems good. Spa was delivered about a month later ($500 delivery fee) and set up. So far it has been working fine. Would buy from them again.

I bought the hot tub last year and we really enjoy it. No problems what so ever. The sound system is awesome. Dont buy one with out it. Shop here first you will be glad you did. No hot tub is perfect but this one is as close as you can get. My second tub.
