Bought a $66,000 truck from Chevy brand new and came in after 2600 miles to upgrade my truck and they gave me $51,000 for trade in. That’s a complete joke. Trucks have increased by 30% in the past year. They’re going to sell my truck for more than I bought it for. I already know because they have a replica of my truck listed for $72,000. They’re just trying to scam you for your trade ins. Maybe not for all kinds of cars and maybe it’s just my appraisal guy. Just be careful

Expensive repair, changing out the cracked dash and a door panel due to the original GM parts being poor quality.. My second time using Ron Sherry as my service rep and he is excellent , kept me informed of the progress and handled a air bag recall while in the shop. Repairs completed on time and well executed, the dash and door panel fitment is perfect.

Jamal was great to work with during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about purchase options and helped me evaluate the best scenario. These are different times, a sellers market, and I still feel I was able to get a good deal from Jamal and Mak Haik Chevrolet.

This was my first experience with the Express Service Department. I was disappointed for the following reasons:1). The signage was not clear and delayed my arrival at the Express Service Lane.2). The attendant did not have a record of my appointment and all of the information given to Chelsie when I made the appointment had to be resubmitted to the sevice attendant.3). Even with an appointment, I was informed that the wait time would be 1hour and 30 minutes for a routine Oil Change. I have had oil change appointments at other dealerships and never have I experienced such a delay.4). The attendant told me of a recall that needed to be addressed but failed, in my opinion, to clearly articulate the additional time needed to handle the issue.5). I found the attendants customer service skills dry, to say the least. This did improve later, but first impressions are important.6). I was given an assessment sheet outlining items reviewed. Some of which would need attention, at some point soon. What I found curious was the note about looking at getting tires. My tires are new-4 weeks old. This i found odd.7). Finally, once the oil change and recall was complete (two plus hours later) my infotainment touchscreen would not work. This was quickly addressed and the attendant did seem engaged in my service needs at that point. He was also unhappy with the service tech who did the work for not resetting the oil change setting in the vehicle.I would like to return, but am still debating whether or not I should.

My vehicle was in the body shop at Mac Haik for almost a month for repairs for a rear-end accident. I wanted to get a state inspection done while it was in the shop, but because the battery had been disconnected during the repairs, it had to be driven for 100 miles to reset the computer before the inspection could be done. So after I picked it up and drove it the 100 miles, I made an appointment to take it back in for the state inspection. While it had been in the shop, I asked if I could use a $25 coupon that I had gotten in the mail for the inspection and was told that I could. The day before the appointment, I called to verify that I could use the coupon (otherwise, I would have gotten the inspection somewhere closer to home). The question had to go up to a manager, but because I had been told yes previously, they honored this. I was happy to pay $.50 instead of $25.50! I was also in and out in about an hour.

If there is less than ONE STAR I will not hesitate to give this place. The sales department was on top of my head to trade my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 4X4 over a month and they send me appraisal and made me an appointment at 5:00 pm. After I took off tine from my work and arrived there no body received me, I called 5 times, I texted the people they were texting me before and finally I left empty hands…wasted my time to drive all the way there and no one even answer my calls… very low quality of customer service

I live out of town, about five hours from Houston. I grew up and lived in Houston for the last 50 years. I have bought over 6 cars from Mac Haik Chevrolet and I am trying to buy a new trailblazerWell, apparently they do not want to sell cars anymore cause after an initial hello I explained what I was wanting to do and what car I was interested in purchasing. I must say that there internet department is HORRIBLE. No response, no customer service. It’s all about getting you in the dealership. You would think that a sale is a sale. I am not the average customer over 800 credit rating and 10k to put down, but no response.With technology they way it is. Dealers need to be more accommodating to consumers. These dealers have loans to pay on their inventory and they need to move cars. So Mac Haik you probably lost a sale because you think you are more important than the customer

I recently purchased my last vehicle from this dealer. First they tried to Chingalei me on the purchase. They sold me the suburban and for an agreed upon price, then wrote the contract up with $3000 additional fees hidden. They had to cancel the contract and redo.Now my wife had a blowout on a rear tire. For 2 days I have been waiting for them to tell me if it is under warranty. We have had the vehicle for a month with 1600 miles on it. I am not sure who knows their warranty policies. They claimed it was bumper to bumper when you purchase the car, now no one seems to know what that means. All I am looking for is an answer is it under warranty or is it not?Roy Desselle

My air conditioner in my car wasnt working. In Houston that is a problem that needs immediate attention! I called the service department and spoke with Larry Lebeck. He was very attentive. After checking my warranties and vehicle information he asked when would I like to bring my car in so that service could take a look at it. I told him to give me a minute and Id call him back, I needed to make arrangements for someone to drive me back to work. He said no worries, let me take care of that and call an Uber for you. And that he did! After a couple of hours the problem was resolved and I was back on the road with some COOL air! Everyone was so professional and courteous. Larry even called a few days after my visit to follow up. Best service in town...hands down!

Rude, arrogant and dishonest people. Strongly discourage buying a car from this dealership. I went in to buy a new Chevrolet that was confirmed by the salesman, Jorge, by phone that it was in stock. When I arrived I was told it was not available. When a similar vehicle from the new inventory could not be found, we went to to the Used Cars section where I was met by rude people, especially the one I was told was the manager, who left me waiting and were not interested in showing or discussing anything.After leaving the dealership without a vehicle, I received an automated e-mail message from the GM, Josh Potts, and replied detailing the experience. He never replied but I received a call from the Salesman, Jorge, the next morning. He offered to get a discount on one of the used Equinoxs we were looking at and I agreed over the phone. I never heard from him again....I bought two other vehicles and none are Chevrolet.

Updated review: The GM reached out to me today and was very nice and helpful in understanding the situation a little better. I was still told it could be July or August until it gets what it needs, but he was willing to refund my deposit should I need to go elsewhere. I am still disappointed that it could take 8 months to get a car, but I appreciate him willing to work with me and my situation and trust that they didnt know about this when I ordered the car and is really out of their control as well.___________________________________________________I have never special ordered a car.  But that’s what I did since no one in the vicinity had any for sale that were to my liking.  I was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks.  I paid my deposit and happily left.It’s now been almost 20 weeks and still no car.  No one can give me a definitive answer on why.  Not even GM themselves.  They could not give me another estimate or say where the car even was.  It’s just not so clearly marked as “in transit” and as been for 2 months. Speculation from the dealership is that it is awaiting a chip which there is a shortage for (still no accurate estimate).  GM could not or would not confirm that.  I do know the car is made and is over 60 days old already.  They will probably be coming out with 2022 versions soon and I’m still waiting for a 2021. I also was not given top dollar for my trade in.My main issue is this:  I understand they can only do what they can do, but the communication/lack of transparency and wait has been awful. I really do want THIS dang car, but how much longer am I suppose to borrow rides because I don’t have one?  Their estimate was grossly misleading and if they knew there was a shortage of anything anywhere, I should have been privy to this information before paying a deposit for one (which I was told they would not refund even though they can’t deliver a complete car to me in a timely manner).I am really disappointed with this whole experience and if anyone is considering doing this, I would take the estimate they give you with a grain of salt and not plan around it.  I’m holding out hope, but it’s dwindling.  The salesman has been as helpful as he can be, but doesn’t have much information either.  I just really need my car!

Fiance is ASE Certified. Clearly the items in question were never taken care of or reviewed. Instead they came back with other items that didnt need servicing at this time. Serving me with a $600 bill in an attempt to upcharge me due to no actual work needed. They also specified they could not complete the 60,000 mile maintenance service that was required by Manufacturer (Chevy). They said they would just look over the vehicle. My tires are still giving me issues. 3 out of 4 lose air regularly since purchase. One sensor is off or defective. This location just didnt do anything that was asked. For an express service, they arent trying to really help you maintain your vehicle. Their goal is to upcharge you and probably wont even complete the items they recommended.

Surprised at the short time the recall correction took (less than an hour). The waiting room & the service advisor was very nice. Also the complimentary car wash was a nice surprise.

Great Fast service. Very professional and courteous. Ask for Oscar Rodriguez he will work with you and get the job done. Definitely recommend him and this dealership. Plan on returning in the future for another purchase.
